Always enjoy shopping here, but today the service was just not there. The young man behind the counter seemed more interested in telling his clients to pull up their mask, then taking their money. In summary great store, service needs some tweaking.

Normally shop at The North Face stores but this location more than one store is combined. Staff not friendly at all. Walked through store for 20 minutes, staff internationally ignored me and would not make eye contact. Continued to look other directions. Had I found anything I would not have dared to spend my money there.

So I assume a lot of people think that this is a outlet store just because it’s at a outlet mall, but it’s not. The store offers more then one brand for men, women, and children. I’ve bought several things here for my wife and yes there is time where their inventory in sizes are low, but they will always check their other stores and have that size either shipped to you or brought to the store for free. Yes they do hire younger staff then normal, but for the most part they are knowledgeable about what they have and are friendly when it comes to helping find sizes etc. Prices are what to be expected by any of the brands they offer, but their selection is better then most places on the coast. Highly recommend stopping by to see what they offer.

The store is set up kinda strange for my liking. The sales associate was very helpful after I went to get him. Prices are pretty much the same for brands they carry as anywhere else. No sales that I am aware of.

Its an okay place to shop. The deals arent really that great. Some of the stores are hard to get into because they can only allow so many people in at a time right now. But if you have to still look for somewhere to shop it is nice to be able to find this many stores and one location. Otherwise Ill spend all your time driving around

I have made purchases from this store at the Gulfport and Orange Beach locations. I will not be making any purchase from this store anymore. I purchased a shirt for my son. He write it one time and I washed it and it shrunk 2 sizes. They say they cannot do an exchange because it had been washed. It fit fine before washing it. How do they think you are suppose to know it is going to shrink that much without wasing it. I refuse to buy from a store that will not back the product that they sell and I will make sure everyone that I know is aware that they do not back the product that they sell. I am very disappointed in this store.

The staff at the Gulfport store are always really nice, and they want to help. The prices are standard, but I do like that I can buy local (rather than, say, buy from Academy).

Amazing store with the greatest selection of the coolest stuff on the planet! YEAH ITS THAT GOOD! Anyone that spends time in the great outdoors can find something in this store! From those personality defining decals to komodo Joe grills. Hammocks, yeti, costa, and all your apparel favorites, yeah its in there!

It was just a real blessing. Super nice and caring. It was more like a family than a store.

Not just Northface here, the selection of Northface was minimal, friendly staff, good brands and variety of merchandise, noticed a large clearance room in the back of the store some with good sale prices.... if you can find your size .....

Dont be fooled, this is NOT a true North Face Outlet. This is a store with several outdoor brands with signs on the outside like Patagonia, Columbia, North Face, etc selling for regular retail prices. Very disappointed.

People were not very inviting I returned a jacket the girl running the register charged my card again instead of crediting my account I had to wait days to see the credit on my account an Im still not sure if its been credited as I called my credit card company an they told me there were charged not credits on my account an right at Christmas was not a good time to mess up my credit card account was really an inconvenience.
