Consistently the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I get the same coffee every time so “know” what it should look and taste like but this location is all milk. I can’t even taste the coffee and from reading the other reviews I’m not the only one that experiences this. Definitely feel like I’m wasting my money here and the wait is just never worth it.

After being trapped in the drive through for half hour and making me late for an appt, the two girls at the window had no idea how to utilize the Starbucks app. They should at least get rid of that median. Last time someones car stalled out and I was stuck and ended up late for work. Imagine explaining that one. App or not, your not getting through there in less than 25 min.

The ladies working there today were absolutely amazing! They were nonstop pouring, fixing, mixing drinks and food for the hundreds of customers. I am surprised as how well these ladies were working together - hearing one state that a second person called out. God bless you and your tenacity in taking care of those coming to your establishment!

The beautiful statement displayed on the exterior wall of the Starbucks in Gulfport, MS is enough for me to continue being a customer there. Yes the line is long often at this location as it is at others. Yes sometimes it’s very slow. If you get in that line then you expect it to be. The fact this location is dedicated to people who have the courage to serve OUR country and has the respect to display it has my business. I love our country and all my family and beyond that serves. 🇺🇸Thank you Starbucks I’m Gulfport, MS.

I am a regular. And i am dropping this for people looking for response/review of coffee shop if not been yet. (Just this Starbucks hwy49)You will experience sum different every time.Just because Lil place stays busy so that leads to bad service. Cause employees here do best they can. And I think they do good under pressure of hundreds of customers in a hour.Give employees a break sum days/weeks.All people working here are great.Do not dare go thru drive thru if you plan on being on time for something.Order ahead: and dont arrive or enter until your order time is ready will prevent waiting in store around lots of people. ?(possibly sick)?Comfortable place, with smiling faces always.(Unless its Saturday morning) then I recommend not getting coffee from this particular location.

The lines were wrapped around the building and barely moving, assumed they were short staffed so it was okay. However, when arriving at the window, there were 3 girls at the window so the were just slammed and maybe training. Half of our order was wrong and the coffee honestly just tasted more like milk with a hint of flavor (even the drink that was supposed to have 2 shots espresso tasted like milk) posting hoping they see this and do better for future guests

Just left this location - pretty diasspointed. I ordered 2 hot white mochas and they just taste like hot milk. We stopped here on our way back to Texas so we cant go back. Although located in a great spot its a nightmare to get out of during peak times. I feel like I just paid $11 to wait for 6 minutes and get hot milk. I even ordered 10 minutes ahead on the mobile app because we were about 14 miles away. Super disappointed.

I was a little worried to stop here after seeing all the bad reviews, but I had a pleasant time. The baristas were helpful and friendly, and the drinks are delicious. Everything came out quickly, as well. I was there at 8:45pm on a Tuesday in case that matters!

I go to this location pretty often and I think the staff is very good! Yes, they are extremely busy, and yes there might be a wait. Some customers can be pretty awful to the staff, even though they can clearly see that they are busting their behind because of so many orders!I did a mobile order the other day and it was about 12-15 minutes late; I asked one of the baristas ( guy with curly hair) about my order ( I had to go to work). He was on it right then and there and I thought he was great! Thank you!

Ordered a venti brown sugar oatmeal “shaken” espresso through the mobile order app, when we arrived at the window we were told venti cups have been sold out and that we’ll get the drinks in tall sizes instead. We didn’t get a choice in the matter for if we wanted this change and the drinks weren’t shaken, and as the picture shows, the drink mixture in the cups weren’t equal or even for the right cup size. From what my significant other says “it’s all oats no espresso”. Sadly won’t be coming back to any Starbucks in the future.

Awful service EVERY.SINGLE.TIME!!!!! But today, they have really surpassed themselves in incompetence. There were 5 people in line (in store) ahead of me, yet I waited to order 25 minutes. Ordered a tea and a scone. The tea took another 15 minutes, and a scone - another 10! And that is only after I talked to the cashier! I dread coming here, but this is the only Starbucks in town. And yes, I get it - it is busy here, but there were 8 people on staff that day!!! Not to mention, I worked Starbucks before (not at this location) and know that it does not take this long to serve 5 people!!

Poor customer service, never should there be eight staffers behind the counter and only one, the order taker, cashier, prep and serve. The order process from placing to delivery took almost sixteen minutes. Nothing special, two venti bold brews with cream and a couple kale mushroom with egg bites. Way too expensive experience, no body tried to speed up the order. None of these staffers would make it in the real world. These would be cut before getting to their first lunch break. Shame on these fakers. Starbucks needs managers who can see incompetence.

Drove 20 miles to get a cup of coffee that is supposed to be 150-170 degrees hot and got lukewarm coffee and they said its like that because I requested to add extra cream! Shame on you! Your business is coffee how can you run out of it in the morning and someone needs to explain the new crew how to serve coffee! This is the service you get at this location! No more coffee and tips here! Barnes and Noble does a better job! You are a joke not a business!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered ahead on the mobile app. Got in line and waited over 40 mins. Line was barely moving so it wasnt because they were extremely busy. Just extremely slow for some reason. When she handed me my frap it was melted. No ice left, just liquid. I asked for extra mocha and extra cookie crumbles. Didnt get either one. I gave the drink back to her and asked for a remake. Two mins later she hands me the same drink. Poor customer service 👎👎

Its starbucks but this one is special in one way. The time to get you cup of coffee.. You see, at this location, expect not to spend 5 to 10 minutes but 25 to 45 minutes for that cup of coffee.

Avoid on weekends! The line is always a long wait (I have waited up to 45 minutes in the drive thru only to be told that they were out of the components to make my drink) and is especially terrible on the weekends. The location is great in theory but access and egress is not very easy depending on the direction from which youre traveling. Service is good and my order is usually done very well.

Came on a Tuesday morning, not terribly busy. The customer service was average, however, the drinks were made and ready in good time. Tasted good too. I would recommend coming here based on how quick we were served and based on the quality of the product. Dont often get served quickly at a Starbucks. Minus one star as they could improve on their customer service.

This used to be a great place. They had some wonderful people working here. Bright, friendly, and as welcoming as I have ever seen anywhere.Now, the staff is lazy and rude. I had a girl throw, yes throw, my change at me this evening. When most of it went on the street below, she didn’t even apologize. She just looked at me with that, “Say something” look in her eyes.I can certainly see that some people are taking the change in this country to heart. No need to work hard, or be kind, any longer.They are rude, mean, and hateful here. I would go elsewhere if I were you.

Love my gulfport Starbucks! Always have a positive attitude even after dealing with people who complain about the long lines and amount of people inside (they can’t help starbucks is amazing and everyone wants it from the best location!) Even When they run out of the ingredients to make my drink ( which they can’t help that so many people ordered drinks that contain those ingredients) they always let me know of other options that would go well in my current order or something else that would be equally delicious. All in all they do an amazing job working under pressure and provide the best service considering they are ALWAYS packed with people and orders. you guys rock - Tom and Melissa

Great drinks, BUT not so sure whats such a reason to be very slow in the drive thru twice in drive thru third time ordered through the app. Need set up a meeting for your employees who works there whom at when its busiest to be quicker to fill orders, Star Bucks started in my state theh move faster here. Horrible service. Placed an order at 12:20, went in at 12:30 when it said it would be ready. They had only made one drink of my three and chose to make 19 other drinks of people ordering as they walked in. They did not order before me, they ordered twenty minutes after me and still got their orders first. By the time my third drink was made, and wrong might I add, the first one was watered down and tasteless. Extremely disappointed.

On February 24th, my order was inaccurate. I called because I was unable to get back there due to an appointment. The manager was nice and apologetic. She told me that she would take my name down in the Communication Book, and replace the drink at a later date. Since that day, I have called to check to see if the ingredients for a Caramel Ribbon Crunch had come in on the truck. The person that answered the phone today ASSURED me that the proper ingredients had come in. I exited off the interstate (and my original route) to proceed to Starbucks. After waiting in the LONG line, I get to the speaker to place my order. I attempted to order a Ham and Swiss Croissant and a Caramel Ribbon Crunch (that I was told was in fact available). Neither of the items were available, not even the one that I was told on the phone was available. Stacey in the Drive Thru window was EXTREMELY RUDE about this situation. Usually, the person in the window is. However, because the drinks were so good, I overlooked the unprofessional experiences. This visit was the WORST, and I didnt even get anything.

We are new to the area and staying in hotels nearby. We have been to this Starbucks several times. Probably closer to 5 or 6. On NO occasion have we waited less than 30 minutes to be served whether in the drive thru or in-store. The staff is friendly and doing their best to handle the flow but they are very obviously understaffed and unable to manage. The drinks are fine, the employees have always somehow managed to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor but... I have honestly never seen anything like it.

Placed a mobile order 20 minutes before going to the store.. I went in to let them know I was there and waited for my order outside an addition 10 minutes (wait time when order was placed was 7 to 10 minutes. Batista was rude, my drinks were wrong and I was told next time I needed to sit in drive thru as thats what it was for. The line was wrapped around the store and wasnt moving. I doubt I EVER go back.

As other reviewers have said, it’s a busy location that’s poorly managed and customer service definitely needs improvement! I love my lattes but I’m starting to think it isn’t worth the hassle! 😖

Literally THE WORST. If you want to wait for an actual hour while they drag feet about getting out single cups of coffee, this is your Starbucks. If you work nights, don’t waste your time stopping. Starbucks is Starbucks except this location is oddly slow, I have noticed it isnt uncommon to wait 30 minutes with my record being 38 minutes. Drinks that you order blended are often made first and sit for several minutes making them watery and some what flavor less like the strawberries and creme frappe. Thats my 2 cents and I would recommend buying coffee else where.
