I purchased two Ralph Lauren parfumes earlier today. Although the customer service was really wonderful to deal with, one of the bottles I purchased I can honestly say I have not a clue as to what it is as far as type of scent it is,smells nothing (no,not even a hint) like what it is supposed to be. It smells like the parfume may not be any good. Idk but im going back tomorrow to try to deal with this.

The sales lady was extremely nice, helpful, and professional. The store has a good selection and was clean and well laid out. Found a couple real good deals, but not everything is what one would think if as outlet prices. Its ironic that the VIP (for the outlet mall, not the store) free gift with purchase is a bag of samples the usually give out for free anyway.

Girlfriend is disabled and cant physically reach her face to take off her mask and they wouldnt make an exception

I cannot believe the outstanding service I received from the helpful staff! I came in with a vague notion of what I liked, and they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect scent! Not only that, but they helped me figure out an affordable option that worked great for my needs (they sold me on a Travalo system and totally changed my approach to buying scent)! They have definitely made a repeat customer out of me; let them make one out of you! You wont regret it! 👍👍👍
