Only gave 1 star to leave a review. I ordered a 1 pound BLOCK of dry ice. They gave me a tiny bag of dry ice pellets that didnt last 15 mins in my car on my way to where I needed it to go. They also charged $$$ for it and didnt give me a receipt or when I pointed out I wanted a BlOCK they told me to bad since it was already processed. Deplorable customer service.
