They like to tell older people that dont know nothing about garages that they need a new door or opener when they really dont just so they can make money you can buy up for a quarter of the price from lowes. Doorways price gauges people like crazy and pay their workers that do everything barely nothing

The entire interaction was nice. Tharion came out to give the quote and take measurements to make sure everything was the right size. Heres what really sealed the deal. The door I wanted wasnt going to seal like I wanted it to and it cost more than what I actually ended up choosing. By making the recommendation he did, not only did he save me a couple hundred dollars, I got exactly what I wanted with a wind rating. Brandon, the tech that actually came out to install the door was extremely polite, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend these guys. Customer relations is definitely one of their strong points.

I would definitely recommend this companys service to others! Tech Brandi came out and immediately fixed our garage door in 1 hour! Whereas when we call Overhead doors in Gulfport they quoted a bill to repair as if I was getting a new garage door! Doorways super exceeded our expectation when we know now to call them first! Overhead Doors in Gulfport quoted $570 plus and with poor customer service from tech and Doorways did quality work with less time with super satisfactory work!

The service technician who came to my residence for repairs was very knowledgeable and professional. He identified my problem immediately and briefed me on several options for repairs. His professionalism and work ethics provides a very positive image for the company.

We had two Sears garage door openers that were about 7 years of age each. Worked reasonably well until the weather was humid or it was raining. When raining or very humid neither door operator would work at all. We had been stranded outside the house a time or two.We contacted Doorways, Inc. since they were rated highly by BBB. Doorways folks did an excellent job of the installation of Liftmaster door operators and remotes. The Liftmaster operators are quiet in their operation, and so far, have never failed to open or close no matter the weather.One small negative -- The installing folks could have done a neater job on the electric eye wiring down near the bottoms of both garage doors. Again, a minor thing, but I have an electrical construction background and I look for, and expect, clean, neat wiring jobs.Would I use Doorways, Inc. again. You bet I would! I highly recommend them.
