I had a tricky shower enclosure that we wanted to update by adding a glass shower door. Branden and staff worked tirelessly with the manufacturer to make sure the glass was to exact specifications.I have used Glass Solutions in the past and will definitely use them for future products, their staff are wonderful and I highly recommend their finished products.

Fantastic Service! I own a company in Louisiana and do work in the Gulfport area. We had a rock pop up and hit one of our commercial contracts store window this morning. I spoke to Branden first thing in the morning and a crew immediately went out. He jump through some hoops to get this done for my customer before it interrupted their business operations. I needed a piece of glass cut for a window repair. They had my piece cut for my replacement within minutes. Very friendly & helpful. We had visited Lowe’s & Home Depot & both were out of product or unable to cut the glass. We now know this will definitely be our first stop for future glass needs. Highly recommended.

I was a little concerned having glass cut and installed into my home while being out of town. The initial process was smooth and reassuring from the office staff as we planned the quotes, options, payments and installs. After the decisions on products was completed, a scheduled date for the installs was set. The day of install, my realtor was onsite and had nothing but good things to say about the professionalism and quality of the installers. In hindsight? Glass Solutions was a great choice!

Just when you think kindness in this world has been lost, you go to a business that is closed and you are confronted with an employee that is so gracious he goes in and cuts glass for me anyway, taking away from his time trying to remodel the office from damage. This young man took his personal time to help me. Although I got the wrong stuff I still need to have my window fixed I will be calling them to schedule the repair. Some things you just need a professional for and This is one of those situations. I highly recommend their service !!!

Glass Solutions did a great job! I had a broken jalousie window on the south side if my home. Some of the parts are hard to find or obsolete. Their technicians were courteous and professional. They explained the entire process to me. They ordered, received and installed the new glass within a few days. The glass is a little thicker so its less likely to break, and only cost a little more making this a cost effective repair. Because the jalousie window frames are obsolete, they had a solution for this too. It looks so much nicer now! They even saved me a trip to their store and I was able to take care of the payment over the phone, then they emailed me a receipt. They made this process much easier than previous experiences with other contractors. Great customer service! Thank you!

They saved me $450! A tempered glass window In my 13yo truck camper shell was shattered by a weed eater thrown rock. Original company would only sell me complete window assembly (frame, screens, two tempered glass windows etc.) for $650. Glass Solutions, Inc. made a template, ordered the correct type and tint of glass and INSTALLED IT for $200! I cant tell the difference between it and the remaining original windows except for the lack of dirt on the new one. Outstanding job!!

Ive used Glass Solutions for two different types of jobs - a frameless shower door and replacement windows in our home. Both times they technicians were friendly and courteous. The jobs were also completed in what I would consider to be a normal length of time (from order to install). I would recommend Glass Solutions to anyone!

This is the worst place ever. They did a terrible job on my windshield seal and being military I had to move and since they dont trust anyone in my area they would hold to their warranty on the seal. I am now out another complete windshield replace because no company will just fix the seal. They do not even care about their service or customers. They take your money and run! Worst business ever!Update: thats 10 hours away. Driving back isnt an option. I just brought the car to Mazda Dealership Service and they said that is a terrible windshield job, and the water is caused from the terrible work you did. Unless people want to pay for a windshield twice, dont go here.

Warning.. I was driving by Glass Solutions Inc. when one of the service trucks comes flying out the garage on the left side of their building.. As he was already in the wrong, all i could so was try to dodge the truck but instead of letting me get on out the way, he hit the gas and did everything he could to make sure that i didnt get in front of him.. Not only was it extremely dangerous for everyone around but you are in your companys truck pulling off of companys property.. Everyone around saw what you did.. Moron.. Be very careful with this company.. If this is acceptable behavior I wouldnt trust anyone sent out to do service.. No one in their right mind would do that.. Its really unbelievable!! WATCH OUT!!!

Could not be more happy with their work. Lawn guy shattered a window last summer. I had been dealing with southeastern for over a year, trying to get my window replaced. Called Glass Solutions, and they were out the very next day. They removed the shattered glass, and measured everything. They contacted me the following day with an estimate for my special order window. Within two weeks I had my window replaced and a gym mirror installed. I love my new mirror, and couldnt be happier about my window being fixed!

Im new to the area. Was driving around with my to do and to get list, upon which was writen measurements for a piece of glass. Happen chance brought me by this place and I stopped, on the opposite side of the street. A friendly man in the garage door bay asked if I needed some help. I enquired if they cut small pieces of glass, and if they were still open. It was late afternoon. The man said yes to both and that I could park right in front of the entrance door. I went right in. A friendly receptionist was there to help, and another man came from the back and was very helpful with suggestions of tint and edge finish. He cut and wrapped promtly, and the price was nominal. And they gave me little tabs to put under the glass. Also, they gave me directions as I was slightly lost when I found them. All in all, A+.
