I was recommended to this small herbal shop by my sister. It was probably one of the best recommendations I’ve ever received. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The customer service was beyond exceptional and well beyond my expectations. The person I spoke with who I believe to be the owner was extremely knowledgeable and and insanely helpful. He was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and the product was fresh and well explained to me. The prices are absolutely fair for the outstanding quality and at the time of writing this I’ve had a chance to sample what I’ve purchased in order to better review. I highly recommend The Kratom Shack! This establishment will always have a repeat customer due to customer service, quality of product and fairness of price.

I freaking love this place! I didnt catch his name, but the guy that was there this past weekend (07/30, 07/31) was the BOMB. Solid dude, great rates for kratom, theres so many strains to choose from as well! He helped me pick which strains would fit me best for what I was wanting out of kratom. Love this place, I drive or ride from North Alabama which is about 6-7 hours one way. Well worth the trip which I usually take once a month or so. The owner and the employees are awesome! Ive been using Kratom for about 3 years now and have visited quite a few establishments, the product here is top shelf and worth the money which is not near as expensive as Florida prices so definitely recommend!

This is definitely the best place on the entire coast to get kratom :) They also have the cheapest kilo price I have found, not to mention the quality of the product is A+....... Wow! Where to start, After many years of constant pain and lack of energy I was looking for a solution. I was welcomed like family, very kind and caring individuals. They answered every question with patience and took the time to find out what would be best for me! They were so welcoming we all chatted like family that hasnt seen eachother in a while. 45 min later I was pain free!! I cried when I got home. First off, the staff is not only very hospitable and helpful, but also knowledgeable about everything they sell, especially when it comes to which product or blend of products an individual customer would use for their specific needs. I suffer from spinal stenosis which keeps my body in severe pain 24/7 along with numbness in my extremities and had become addicted to opiates as a result, but since i began shopping at the kratom shack i have found amazing relief with my pain which eases the numbness which helps me work and sleep better than i have in years. Just discovered this store recently and am amazed at the place.First off, the employees were extremely kind, and very knowledgeable of their products. The kava kava root is on point and can highly recommend it for sleep.Second, it is a very judge free zone, which as a guy who made several mistakes in my life is definitely a win in my book. If you have any questions about any products their staff can answer without any issues.I felt very accepted, and had great conversations with them.
