First time dealing with French and Son, extremely impressed with everything and everyone from the easy to navigate website to the men that delivered the bike I bought from them. I have owned several bikes in my life mainly Harleys but, never online without a test ride and inspection in person. I asked Jacob when I called if the bike was in good condition he assured me that it was however, when the bike was delivered it was in EXCELLENT condition. The tires are new as well as the brakes this bike was clean. If you are reading reviews to decide if this company is one you can trust DO NOT HESITATE TO DEAL WITH FRENCH AND SON. They have the best customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time.

Was looking to find a place where my bike would be well taken care of and I definitely found it here. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They asked if I wanted them to clean/lube up my chain as an add on of what I asked them to do since they noticed it was a bit dirty. They didn’t over step and take care of it without asking me first if it was ok, which is a problem I’ve had with other bike shops.Great experience overall, the only thing I would maybe improve is their item selection in their sales floor.

Very kind and helpful people at French and Son’s. I saw them working on a Hayabusa and thought I might ask about a fork rebuild on a Fireblade. They said Of course, so I took my ‘08 Honda CBR1000RR forks to them and they had them done in a few hours! Though I haven’t ridden the bike yet, I put the forks back on the bike and they seem good so far, and I trust that they will be for quite awhile. Affordable pricing and quality service, 10/10 recommend French and Son’s!

I had seen this shop online just browsing around looking at motorcycle stuff. Today I needed a tire which I discovered after a few calls to shops closer to me was fairly “exotic”. On a lark I called French and Sons. Not only did they have the tire, but they were perfectly willing to install it immediately. That was a big help to me as my drive over and back was going to take some time. It was well worth the extra drive and effort. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who took care of my little issue very quickly. Although I never asked the price, I was shown exactly what the issue was and given a good explanation of the repair. Then, I was pleasantly surprised by the price. I highly recommend this local family owned shop. They will certainly get first shot at any work I need.

Good place, theyll steer you right even if initially it displeases you. Now that the tire is going bald, I want to get the exact same tire, since the maneuverability is significantly increased, as is the fun factor!

I went in to see what they had. A guy told me the basics of the shop, and didnt pressure me or give me a bunch of sales-speak. Basically they sell on consignment, so nobodys trying to make a quota. Nicely stocked with bikes and accessories, laid back atmosphere. Feels like you could go in and hang out. Definitely gonna try to buy from them when the time is right.

Cant say enough good about this place. Great selection of Helmets & Accessories. I just purchased a modular full face helmet from them with Sena communications. They walked me through the fitting process while addressing all my concerns. Prices are competitive online prices but Id pay extra for the kind of service I received, and without question. Replaced worn out rear tire and old battery. Parts were available, set aside for installation and appointment time was kept. Service techs work was out in the open where you could actually see what he was doing. They had a Suzuki on the rack before me and they serviced my Harley well. A very nice friendly shop. My 100,000+ mile bike was treated as an elder statesman, with much respect despite a couple of dings that mileage brings.
