Waiting four days for a shipment that should have arrived Monday. I work for a business that helps keep homes running. Parts are expected for promised repairs. Apparently there was a fill in driver who cant deliver and who reported our business closed. There is road work in progress, but the road is open. The business is OPEN. People live down this road. Houses are visible from the main street. People have to get to their home. Therefore a FedEx driver should be able to figure it out. Or park and walk about 100 ft to our building. Today the regular driver is back and delivering packages down our street. Not ours however because its lost in transit. Expected delivery tomorrow. Extremely disappointed in service. Livid that its taken four days and we still havent gotten the parts.
I would give 0 stars if I could!! Fedex as a company is horrible from top to bottom. Every time I am required to use them it ends up a mess. And their customer service is a joke. That is if you can understand the broken English!! This last time they are taking 6 days to deliver a 2 day package!! And its going to cause me to lose the item because I leave for vacation the day they are delivering it. My package was supposed to be delivered Friday and it is now moved to the following Tuesday. They wont even let me pick it up Tuesday AM before I leave for Vacation. Its like they do everything possible not to help you!
I have had my package stolen twice out of 3 deliveries. These packages never made it to my front door. I called multiple times and no one seems to know where they go. The facility needs to go under investigation how terrible they are. Even the managers couldn’t answer or help with a missing package. I said I’d pick it up because I’m literally 3 minutes from the shipment location and they wouldn’t even give it to me. I never got my package. Never received any packages from them.
Utterly ridiculous!! I bought my daughter a clarinet from Mobile, AL on Saturday. It was shipped to Biloxi, Ms. I should have gotten to me no later than Monday. Now at Wednesday they cannot locate it. The amount of complaints this company have acquired is sad. I have been calling every 2 hours ALL DAY. Either you will get tired of hearing from me or you will produce my package.
If i could give 0 stars i would. Delivery states it was attempted but never was how at the time they say they tried to deliver i was recieving a package from ups neither of us see a fedex driver. Now im supposed to start work tomorrow and theyve taken my work equipment a hour away smh. N the customer service people that you can barley understand say that we can pick it up at the location after 6 but they close at 6 come on people get it together.
My package has been stuck here for almost 2 weeks now!! Im assuming they either lost it or destroyed it. They refuse to give me any info and I have no idea if my package even exists anymore. Very annoying. Do your job!

Every single time I have a package come through here theres an issue. Ive had three that after about a week of potentially delayed I have to contact FedEx to find out theyve just been lost. I get that logistics can be complicated and staffing is short right now, but how do you lose so many packages? Ive had one delivered that looked like it was just left in the rain and the box and everything in it were just destroyed.
Useless I don’t know how this company is still in business. Customer service only answers the phone to tell you they can’t help. I would recommend finding another shipper if you need packages on time.

Trash company says they tried to deliver and nobody was home. I was literally sitting staring at my driveway from 8am to 4:30pm a fedex vehicle was never in the area. Now my package is listed as pending plan to go to the facility today. Guess I have to do their job for them.
There was no one inside when I arrived, no way of getting anyones attention. After a good 7 minute wait 2 ladies came in from the back. They werent in any hurry to help, as they continued their conversation before asking if they could help anyone. After the initial awkward moments the lady was friendly and nice.

Twice my scheduled medical delivery has arrived two days prior to scheduled date. The previous instance it was returned to original sender because I wasnt here to receive it as I was expecting it on another date. This past time once again a delivery attempt was made as I found the note on my door. After speaking with a representative they told me it would be delivered on the regularly scheduled date. I heard them walk onto my porch so went to meet them only to find an attempted delivery notice without even a knock at the door. The number left on the notice wont allow me to connect with a representative because the package number hasnt been re registered yet. This is my antiepileptic medication that I must take multiple times daily. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I HAVE ONE GOOD DRIVER, HOWEVER the other delivery drivers are jokes. Every time my chewy boxes are delivered, the driver leaves in propped in front of my gate door. This makes it seriously hard to open the gate door, without almost taking the door down.Not to mention NO MATTER WHAT THE WEATHER is like, they leave ANY AND ALL PACKAGES in the weather, why cant they bring them to the porch. Do you hear or see out side dogs, I have inside dogs.

Terrible, terrible service !! Will never buy anything FedEx ships. My package sat at Gulfport warehouse for a week . No one notified me of the delay . Then when I called got a person on the phone I could not even understand an they told me since my package was at the warehouse longer than a week, that I would have to contact the sender . I couldn’t even go pick it up !!! Terrible company

I ordered something on the 25 th of March and still have not received it yet. One day it says out for delivery by 8 pm then another day it says could not be delivered, business closed. They are delivering to wrong address. Some real morons they have working for them, can not read shipping label correctly.
This is the most wonderful branch of FedEx. Ive been doing business here for years with absolutely no issues. The customer service is exceptional! Very personable, helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to help customers and know their regulars by name.
5 stars BTW if you happen to get email saying your package is at the local FedEx distribution center or facility chances are its this place. Even if its not due til the following day they will pass the package to you with a valid ID life hack status

Paid for next day air PRIORITY, my package left the fedex facility on Thursday evening. Its now Sunday and I still have not received my package that was guaranteed to be here on Friday before noon, missed work waiting because it requires a signature! Customer service does nothing, they dont care. Fedex has awful delivery and customer service!!

Why does this hub only have one truck servicing the commercial locations between HWY 49 in Gulfport and Edgewater Mall in Biloxi? Thats a huge delivery route, and by the time the driver gets to our business location, its after our business hours and we cant receive our packages. This is not the drivers fault, but the fault of whoever is making the route decisions. Pre-COVID, both our FedEx and UPS deliveries would arrive between 11-2, but now only UPS maintains that schedule. Our office closes at 4, which is the same time many doctors offices close, so its not weird operating hours, especially since we are a healthcare business ourselves. We have many packages that come to our location from our corporate office, often without prior notice from them, so it makes it difficult to know that we have a package enroute. That never mattered before, because FedEx would deliver in the middle of the day during business hours, so someone was always there. We dont have the ability to put packages on hold or re-route because 1.) FedEx doesnt allow managed delivery for commercial addresses and 2.) you cant reach an actual human through the 1-800 number. This is a huge problem, and I dont know if its because FedEx is short-staffed, or if its another reason but commercial businesses cannot have their packages held hostage like this.

They delivered a package to an ABANDONED BUSINESS today at 8:53 AM and stated that I signed off on it, when in fact, they delivered to the wrong address, and even then, nobody signed off on the package. I went on the hunt, and low and behold, my package was shoved into the door of an abandoned suite. Great job FedEx! Youve been awarded with the Highest Level of Incompetence. How are you still in business?
Watch they will leave your package on your door when you instructed them to leave in at mailbox or at the office building locker. Smh.

This is the worst service I have worked with. USPS would have been better. Needed medication sent to me. Was supposed to be here by 1159 hrs on Friday and it did not show up. Was told it would be here by end of day Saturday and it is still not here. Was on hold for 50 minutes and got a person that I could not understand. Basically, sorry for the inconvenience. Maybe tomorrow. It states it is medical and yet they could care less.

When Google maps tells you have a arrived, drive up the driveway by the sign up to the parking on the right by chain gate the gate. Very nice stuff separated from the customers by a heavily fortified gate. 1 star for the entrance 5 stars for the staff makes this a 3 * review of this location
FedEx 800 number will not let you talk to a real person will not answer the questions that are not on their automated system. This location will not package your items even though they are the shipping center and all the rest are just drop boxes. Do not go

Donna the manager continually lied about the location of my package that sat at their facility for a week because they didnt have a vehicle big enough to deliver my package multiple calls to customer service over 3 days and Donna refused to speak with me, but continued to lie to agents about said status of my package.if you want any packages delivered make sure you DINT use FedEx!
I called to get a drop off place. I went where I was told and they wouldn’t take the package back. The person who gave me the address didn’t bother to tell me I needed a label to send it back. Bad business! This package NEEDS go back. The box hasn’t been opened and I’m not going to end up paying to send it back. I don’t even know what’s in the box. I’M NOT HAPPY!!

Package was seemingly lost (no one I talked to could tell me where it was) for 3 days and I was given a BS excuse about how it sometimes takes up to 48 business hours to locate a package. When they did locate it they told me it was on the delivery truck 3 days in a row and when I asked about that they said and I quote: I want to express my sincere apology for the inconvenience you have experienced because of this. As I have checked, the package has been virtually scanned for delivery today and should be loaded on a specific van that is going to your location but we have failed to load the van physically which is why it did not go out for delivery today. The package will now be loaded for delivery on the next business day, 04/29 by end of the day. well it wasnt and I am still waiting for this package that is now a week late, thankfully it isnt something important like medical supplies. Do not trust FedEx with anything.

She does not have the tact to deal with people and if she does not want to be there she should stay home and let someone else to do the job. She did not want to help me find my package. Several months ago, I was expecting a delivery of four (1.64 gallons each) Fabuloso Multipurpose Cleaner from SAMS. SAMS had emailed notification that it was shipped, but it didn’t arrive so I called them for a refund. Later that same day, the Saucier Post Office called to tell me that a postal carrier had found a large box in the road while delivering mail. They had tried for almost a week to catch a FedEx truck so they could give it to them and finally noticed that my phone number was listed under my address. I told them I would be there in about 20 minutes since I live in Perkinston. The box contained 3 of the Fabuloso because SAMS usually puts one of them in a separate box. (I never got the 4th bottle.). I had to call SAMS back and tell them what had happened. I also reported it to FedEx online. The Gulfport manager called to apologize and said if I ever had another delivery problem to call her directly. She also said she would be talking to the driver about being more careful. Well I’ll be calling her in the morning because two packages put on the truck early this morning were back at the facility at 7:28 pm. “Delivery exception: No attempt made, delivery scheduled for next business day.” Hope it’s not the same driver that lost the last shipment! UPDATE: I did try to call, but gave up in frustration because I wasnt able to get past the automated voice helper. The packages were delivered the next day.
Saturday Delivery.....LIES!!!! I was waiting for my package, I received A text notification(Business closed, Person Unavailable). My Business didnt close until 8pm (with 4 employees on location at all times). I filed a complaint the following Monday in regards to this situation, The corporate office stated that I may receive a call from Corporate in regards to what had taken place. I did, The following day(Tuesday) receive a call. The phone call was not from corporate, it was the FEDEX DRIVER, USING HIS OWN PERSONAL CELL PHONE(listed on the caller I.D.) he started by explaining someone other than himself had taken his route and wasnt familiar with the location he went to an address of 1022 INSTEAD OF 1022 E .....(1022...) DOESNT EXSIST (GOOGLE MAPS) IN MY AREA. He was sorry, and that he informed the driver that he should pay close attention to the address listed. I was very polite, As he will have my package delivered today( 3 days late). I placed another call to corporate demanding an explanation as to why a FEDEX DRIVER would be given my personal contact information that I released to Corporate to file this complaint, and then CALL ME FROM HIS PERSONAL CELL????? NOPE...NO ONE KNOWS THE REASON FOR THIS! How can CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION....be exchanged with their employees? How can employees have access to contact customers using their own personal phone? SCARY WORLD WE LIVE IN.
We are so unhappy with our FedEx delivery guy, that we have decided to order only parcels which are not delivered by FedEx. We own and manage vacation rentals and as a result order enormous amount of products and supplies online. At this point we had to return 3 beds, 2 ovens and numerous lighting fixtures, because they all came severely damaged. We saw the delivery guy dropping things on our front porch. We have seen him on ring cameras smashing the packages and just throwing them in front of the house. This is beyond unacceptable!

Why am I not given a number to contact you or the driver and why is my package not being retrieved? The worst! Completely inconsistent to when and if your package will actually arrive. Impossible to have someone pick up the phone at the local branch. I wish zero stars was an option as their customer service is abysmal.
Lady was very nice, some of the rules still in place upset alot of people but are reasonable seeing shipments can be expensive merchandise. But to send a package shouldnt be so hard.

Worst FedEx facility Ive ever seen! The employees are rude and careless. I requested my package be held at the facility so I could pick it up. Well, it was at the facility... I came to pick it up, and I was given many reasons why I couldnt pick it up... the first reason given was that it was scheduled to be delivered Monday, and even though I had it requested to be picked up on the day Im here to pick it up... the mailer requested it be delivered on Monday! I said are you sure thats how it works? Then, the next reason given to me was, Well, it doesnt matter, Im the only person here right now, and I cant go into the warehouse. This FedEx needs new employees immediately... and possibly a change with the manager if thats how he/she lets the business be run... making a horrible reputation for FedEx.

One time they lost a 40lb amp, never found it, next they lost my MRI and Med reports from MD Anderson in Houston, next they re-routed my package to wrong area of the U.S. I received it 5 days late. Have a package that is supposed to be delivered today. Hopefully they will get it right for once!!
Ordered a couple of different products last week that gave tracking numbers. One was not delivered yesterday when it was supposed to be and another today when it was supposed to be. Now grant it in Biloxi our roads are messed up with new pipes being laid but the notes said Business closed or not home REALLY? I WORK FROM HOME NIMROD. they said I could come and get it. but noooooo.. priority shipping means do not be an over paid under achiever that does not want to go around the block to find a way to a customers house then ask them to come get it. I call two times for two packages one will be delivered on Sat. When I asked why both could not be delivered on Sat they stated. one is Priority. Well really? again that is the one that comes on Monday. Amazon and Motorola will hear of this as well. perhaps they will choose a carrier that cares. THE BIG BROWN TRUCK HAS NEVER FAILED TO DELIVER HERE.
This is the 2nd time I got screwed by fedex. The 1st time I had to go pick up my own package since the driver said he tried to deliver and I wasnt home. Which was a lie since I was home all day with the security cameras running. Even went back to check the camera to see if he was even on our street. Today our important documents that need notorizing were suppose to be here overnight by 10:30 am. Husband went later than normal to work and had his boss waiting incase he had to leave again to get the papers notorized. The papers are coming from 4 hours away. I called 3 times for updates they were in the truck out for delivery around noon but at 5:55 PM we had a message they wont be here until tomorrow.Do not rely on this company to get a delivery right or on time. The Post Office will do a much better job.I hope tomorrow will not be another déjá vu.Update...a day later and its been another 10:30 am promise broken. Sitting at home again still no package or Fedex truck in site!!!!!!!! Was going to get the package myself but the truck drove off with it at 6:39 am and the office does not open for public until 8:30 am.

Horrible! I ordered a hammock and frame from Amazon and Fed ex were to deliver.. I was home all day waiting for the package, as I checked online the tracking # and told me the package was 1 town away to be delivered shortly. Hours gone by and still waiting for my Fed Ex delivery. So I call Amazon.. they tell me the package was delivered at 11:44 am!??? It was left at my front door!! Not True at all.. Either it was dropped off at the wrong house # or the Fed Ex guy stole my package.. why i say this about him? At 11:44 am ish the Fed Ex truck pulled into the driveway. I opened the front door. He asked me if i was expe ting a package..i said yes, a hammock with its stand.. The Fed ex man Ruffled around the back k of the truck and within 2 mins says to me,Sorry,I have no package on my truck for you.Yet,Fed Ex tracking online says it was delivered & left at my front door..Lies, lies !!

Customer service is horrible and 5 people later I got the rudest rep who advises me my package would be delivered MAYBE Monday even though I paid for overnight shipping.Like the rest of the reviewers, I had to open a case before anyone would attempt to find out where this package went since no notes were put in the system.I will NEVER EVER use this unreliable service again!
