We moved to a new home and wanted to screen in our patio. We called Premier Patio on three occasions and never received a call back. We finally called Screen Mobile who were both very responsive and professional to work with.Premier Patio sent us a text (not a return call) a week, or so after we had contracted with Screen Mobile. I did not see this first text from Premier as we were busy trying to get the house ready for our mom and were working. Since I had not responded to this first text which I had not seen, he sent a follow up text that was both rude and extremely unprofessional.Now, almost a month later, he contacts me again to see if we wanted to install a patio screen. Evidently he didnt remember his first messages to us. When I didnt respond, he sent a follow-up text that said, Must not. Must be hard to text. I wrote back and asked him, Are you really just that rude? and went on to say how we had tried to contact him to no avail only to receive a nasty text from him. I told him we had contracted with someone else and had already had the patio enclosed over a month ago. He responded, Lol. Congratulations. Never contact me again.I responded telling him we hadnt planned to and that by the way he had missed out on 3 other jobs that we recommended to Screen Mobile.His response was, Lol. I do not need any more work. I have 67 jobs that are worth around 1.5 million but thanks for your concern. You must live across the tracks and think someone actually needs the work. Some people are successful believe it or not.I responded that the point is is that we did not need him, and that I was surprised he had any customers by the way he responds to them. Also, that he knows nothing of me or my family and hazard to guess that my financial situation was probably better than his since he felt the need to brag. I told him to follow his own advice and never contact us again.The quotations are accurate as I wrote exactly what he sent me. I did not have the original rude first email he sent to us to put in this review, but I can assure you, it was rude and thoughtless. I read some of the other negative reviews and am not surprised. Premier Patio might do a good job installing screens but there other companies out there that do good work and are courteous and professional. I will NEVER recommend Patio Premier to anyone. Screen Mobile is who I would definitely recommend.

This is also the same person who does business as AAA Aluminum Enclosures. This jerk sent extremely unprofessional text messages when we did not ask him to come back. He parked sideways in our driveway making it difficult for anyone to get in or out. He took another call while I was talking to him about what I would like done, AND his estimate was THREE TIMES more than anyone else. I would NEVER do business with someone like him or recommend him to anyone. I will, however, tell everyone I know NOT to do business with him.

We hired these guys to replace all of the roof screen panels in our pool enclosure following hurricane Zeta. Derwin was very responsive and courteous throughout the whole process. The gentleman he sent out to do the work did an excellent job, was very punctual and cleaned up after himself. Their pricing is very competitive and we will definitely be using them the next time we need screen replaced.

This is the second job done for us by premier; a roof replacement and most recently they screened in our back patio. Top notch work. Quick and professional. Love our military and offer very competitive prices. Well done to their team on our patio enclosure.

My screened in porch is GORGEOUS! The guys did such a great job, at a great price. I was quoted on Friday and my porch was finished the next weekend. Courteous and cleaned up after they were done each day. I will use them again!
