Just your typical AutoZone. I dont know too much about cars and mechanics but this place was clean and had air conditioning.There was an instance where they were not too clear on what needed to get done to purchase a part and we ended up wasting time and gas.The staff doesnt speak English but theyre nice enough.

Employees act as if you are not important no sense of urgency to help its a pain in the butt I almost have to beg for help, not comfortable going there.

Very slow service, there is only one queue for customer service and to pay... that isnt supposed to be like that.

I went Saturday to exchange a guarantee in a commercial account where the guys helped me and processed the guarantee, but they told me that the piece arrived Sunday. After that they called me the same Saturday at 5:00 to come pick up the piece since I had arrived but I did not have the time and I decided to go today Sunday. So today, Sunday, I come to pick up the piece and Jovani (manager) takes care of me and tells me that I had to pick it up yesterday because the guys from the commercial are not working today. I explained that I was only going to pick up the part since the warranty had been processed yesterday Saturday. Then he told me that he has to annoy the commercial guys by calling on his day off to deliver the piece to me. I let him know it was just picking up the part since the guys had done the warranty process. I just come to collect like anyone who left their piece paid. I understand that he did not treat me in the best way because he could help me with that. So I told him I would come later when the boys were there. Thanks to that, it damaged my day, since I couldnt use my vehicle until I had the part. I wont let Jovani take care of me again

I have to recount my experience, which went from being an anguish to a blessing, thanks to Autozone. These guys from Autozone de Gurabo are not like others. Neris, Wilfredo and Andrés are professionals. Neris went to help me at Walgreens when I called them because my bus wouldnt start. His treatment was very humane and he went the extra mile in his duties as an employee. When I got to the store Wilfredo and Andrés treated me very kindly (and I had come to annoy them and almost about to close the store). They installed the battery in my vehicle without any problem and made sure everything was fine for my son and I to get home. I recommend them 100%, their service WILL NOT BE FOUND ANOTHER PLACE. I will always be grateful and I hope that your supervisors recognize the quality of employees they have, who show solidarity with their clientele. Blessings to all!!

Tremendous service from the employees but Ive been trying to get into the store since Tuesday and I cant for the customers of the KFC car serviceIt takes almost 10 minutes to enter and get to the store
