We drove 75 miles for our daughter’s first car. We live out in the country and wanted something with 4x4, but had a small budget (we have 7 kids!). Everyone made us feel like gold!! We found a great car but there were two issues that we were concerned about. NO WORRIES! Sensor fixed, windows fixed and they stood behind the advertised price!! Amazing customer service. Spoke to Eddy on Saturday we went to look at cars for my daughter. First time driver learning to drive at 15. He was soooo incredibly honest about the current cars he had on his lot. He really looked out for my daughter. Although we didn’t buy anything he had at the time, his honesty was so valuable and very rare for a used car lot.

Got a good deal on a car which is most important but the building itself seemed sketchy. The inside looked dim and an office had a broken window. I was in the building for quite a while. 2 hours give or take and no one bothered to do something about the window. It was just odd.

I went there and the guys are very sweet- they really know alot about the cars they have and was willing to go down on my price since i gave a little more of a deposit.. I got 07 BMW for a killer steal! Runs great

Buyer beware! I put money down on a car. The day before I picked it up they called to say they no longer had the car. I dont believe the excuse they gave; I think they sold it despite telling me they would hold it with a down payment (only 3 days btw). Since I was look for a specific car I told them I would need a refund. They claimed they could have the same make/model with comparable miles and amenities on their lot in a week. Nine days later, it took 3 calls to get my refund and they couldnt even be bothered to apologize for all the trouble and wasting my time.

My son purchased a car from them a couple months ago. When he went to the dmv to register his car they told him the dealership never sent the title. This was about one week prior to the expiration of his temp sticker. When we called them they said the title would be mailed out shortly. But he did not get it prior to his expiration. We had to keep calling and each time they kept saying it would be mailed out the next day. As it turned out they didnt mail the title until the day before his temp plate expired. We were provided with a tracking number and each time I would go online to track it, there was never any activity. Now its going on the second week after expiration. The dealership had to call UPS just to find out the package was LOST!! At this point I am livid, had the dealership not waited til the last minute to process his title my son would not be driving around with an expired plate. After the registration finally arrived, the manager Gino tells my son he would send him a check for 200.00 as compensation for his inconvenience. We are now in November and still no check. Each time we call them they either dont answer the phone or it goes straight to voicemail. After many attempts each time, someone would finally answer and of course Gino was never available. We would leave messages and never got a call back. So the process would start all over again with either my son or myself calling. On the one or two occasions when we would catch Gino he would say how sorry he was and how he is a man of his word, blah, blah, blah. Still no check. About a week or so ago my son catches Gino again and he tells my son I am writing your check out now and putting it in the mail today. You should have it within a few days. Well guess what, it never came! So this time my husband decided to call and he was able to talk to Gino on the first try! I figured maybe he thought it was a new customer because he didnt recognize the number. Anyway, he again starts with the BS apology line. He tells my husband the check is still sitting on his desk because he has to get it approved??? My husband asks well why did you tell my son you had already mailed it? Get this, he says well I was just trying to get him off my back?! Who does that??? Then he says I promise I will have the check mailed next day fedex with a tracking number in the next couple of days. That was last week, still nothing! What a joke, funny how accomodating they were when my son purchased the car and gave them an 8,000 check! Never would I ever recommend this dealership to anyone. They are unprofessional and basically FOS!!!
