They have a quality product at a reasonable rate, but they ship whenever they feel like it.I ordered a flag multiple weeks in advance of an event and was told the turnaround time would be eight business days. I received the flag five days after the event.After contacting the company and explaining that this was unacceptable, I was told that production was behind schedule and the best they could do was issue a refund only if I refused the package.I will not be doing business with this company again.
