I went into this store, as I usually do when visiting the mall. I was able to find a funko pop figure which I really liked in the store, with a sale sticker on it. I took it to the front counter to only be greeted by a very rude worker who told me the figure was not on sale and I had two choices of either purchasing for full price or putting it back. Pretty terrible look for a store from a customer who buys from the store regularly. Won’t be back, not to mention their stuff is overpriced anyways.

This place in my opinion is worth a visit. The variety of items they sell is amazing, the quality of the items are great and the employees are helpful with customer questions and making the customers feel welcomed. Anything you would buy here is worth every cent. From foreign food, anime products, music items, funko pops, to so much more, its worth the visit.

For Your Entertainment - FYE - in some ways is an amazing store with depth of inventory, imagination, and helpful friendly staff. However with the digital age of music being bought for 99 cents per song FYI sell vinyl records for example. The store location Gurnee Mills GIGANTIC shopping center hit hard by 2020 covid, you have to wonder what is next ....

Still was able to score a used DVD I was looking for but vinyl was in terrible condition. All records on the shelf were not cared for and out of order. Sloping piles of records may have contributed to one i purchased being warped beyond playability.

This place is amazing. They have a ton of cool and interesting anime and pop culture stuff.

Always smiling and newest in records and all the various adult TOYS to shop from will definitely be back!

I enjoyed FYE entertainment store to look at it, and bought tge Japanese candy.

Love the fun novelties it has to offer. My daughter enjoyed the stuffed animals lol

Meh. Sorry but the place is pretty worn down and cluttered inside. Lots of fandom items and bring your kids to show them what cds are, but besides that I didnt feel welcome or comfortable in the store.

Helpful people, a fun environment and lots of fan items and apparel.

Not my cup of tea, too much stuff that wasnt music or video.

This location was unclean and untidy but the employees at the register were friendly to everyone. They had cards, patches, shirts, socks, and the usual merchandise the majority of which were disheveled. Nevertheless, if youre a nerd in need of that kind of merch. I really dont know where else you would go.

From 3 to 80 this place has something for everyone from magnets, DVDs, CDs toys shirts, candy, Funko, anima and beyond.

Decent selection, prices are mostly ridiculous & the staff isnt the most helpful but theyre mostly friendly.

Such an odd but amazing store! Bought a japan crate and didnt regret it!! 10/10 will go back again when i can make it back here. Already missing gurnee mills

FYE is cutting their prices on DVDs and Blurays, especially the used selection.FYE is the best media retailer around.However a new policy for trade-ins has taken affect: they no longer accept any items with a trade-in value of $1 or less.

Variety stores are some of my favorite. I feel like its the kind of place you always end up finding a perfect little gadget or gift for someone else. While FYE is small, it still is definitely worth stopping by, especially if youre into movies/video games.

Cool store with some chill vibes! Check it out if you are a fan of pop culture merchandise. They also sell DVDs if you are interested in that.

There was a line to get in the store only 3 people at a time got my Christmas present from there in and out in 15 minutes

This store was great! They sell all sorts of cool t-shirts, old DVDs and vinyl records, and a lot of novelty items.

Cool spot, but didnt buy anything. Used to come to these stores when I was a wee lad. However, the prices are so out of whack, I decided against purchasing anything. I can get most items cheaper online. But fun bit of nostalgia nonetheless.

Its an intriguing place guaranteeing entertainment to the core. Movie and Blu-ray collections are pretty awesome. Toys, collectibles, apparels and small stuffs like chargers, gifting option collections are pretty impressive. Not to forget worth mentioning is the fact that this store harbours carefully chosen comic books with sometimes pretty phenomenal discounts.

No Christian music. Limited music selection, especially used, is at a reasonable price. Plenty of DVDs. Staff greets.

A pretty good store. Have a nice selection of collectibles in music and film memorabilia. Not as many CDs and DVDs as they once had, but I guess thats to be expected these days. Good place to grab gifts.

Used to, I could find a nice selection of jazz, 60 pop CDs. This time, when I was there, the selection of anything but country and current pop selections of music of interest to those customers well under my age, was limited to a section about 8 to 10 wide.I will rely on buying my music from Amazon.

I love this place! They have so many CDs to choose from and movies and t-shirts and lots of other little things movie themed. Such a fun place to explore. The staff is so helpful as well. I wish they had better resources on finding CDs or being be able to listen to the CDs before you buy them.
