Everyone there for the most part is friendly except some little Hispanic guy with glasses. Came off way too rude. I’m a regular customer and NEVER had this problem with anyone else there. Will NOT be going there when he works anymore!!

Was happy about a year ago, but the past months i have been having problems with Beretta Elites Tubes which i am throwing away my money, I asked if i can i get discount on my next purchased for all the damaged tubes. Does not even answer me, i think some of you people are not customer service friendly and why am i getting charged different amount of money for the same amount i buy and do not get a receipt. Everybody watch your money!!! I will not be coming back!!

Locked the door in my face while I was walking up, all the signs said open, including the big neon OPEN sign right next to the person. A friend highly recommended this place, so today I tried them out. This was my first experience shopping here at all; and, my first time ever using curbside only service anywhere.This place is awesome in my book. Parking is directly in front, so I immediately saw the signs in the window whivh explained that due to Covid-19, they only offer curbside service & to simply call them.**The guy who answered & helped me was A+++ in customer service. He was friendly; courteous; listened to what I was looking for; asked me the right ?s, so he could recommend the right selection of products for my needs; & explained that he would meet me at door w/ 4 products of varied price points; & finally, he confirmed that I was wearing a mask. We met at th door, I got what I needed, and everyone working was so friendly & knowledgeable.Easy, Breezy, Nice & Easy, thats how I feel about my first shopping experience at Smokes and Such. I shouldve tried this place years ago! Ill definitely be bringing my future business here & sharing my + experience with others. I’ve literally been going here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Not from the greetings by the adorable cat to the exceedingly knowledgeable staff. They have a wide array of pipes, lighters, vapes, e-cigs; you name it and they’ve probably got it. If you have questions they are never too busy to answer them for you because they want you to walk away with the products that are right for you.

Courteous friendly staff. Their points award system is great. I just cashed in my 1000 points for $120.00 dollars worth of free merchandise. I highly recommended Smokes an Such if you are a smoker or a vaper.

I bought a tank from them and when i got the tank i asked them if they stock the coils and they told me yes we always have them, i went in a week later to buy new coils and the guy behind the counter told me that we dont normally stock that coil since it does not really sell. so i went on google and found another vape shop and went there to artisan vapor

The people at the shop are always chill and helpful. If you have any questions, especially if youre new, dont be afraid to ask. For a small shop theyve got large selection to add to your collection. You also get points on purchases that you can save up later, which is cool.

Love this place. Customer service is great! I buy vape products theyre kinda expensive but thats everywhere now days except online. If I run out of online product or want to buy new hardware or flavors this is my go to spot. Everyone is very eager to help you find what you like!

The staff are really nice but their detox drinks are trash. I Bought 2 of them in separate times. I followed the directions but drink didnt work. Not going to bother going there again!

They are inexpensive for products that other shops sell for much more, I got great help and to test the vapes to make sure they fit the pens I had and the battery had a charging fault in it . That was a50 $ vape. I got a nice one here that has a warranty and cost 24$

This is by far my favorite smoke shop. Theyre always getting new things and theyre my main stop for any hookah supplies I might need. The thing that sets them apart is their customer service; theyre all so polite and knowledgable. For the first time ever in years of coming here, I had a problem with something I bought. Looking for fine cigars...not so much. There was a lot of glassware, mostly the Such....wasted my time there.I raised the rating to two stars because the owner cared enough to respond.

Awesome place. Come in occasionally for vape juice, They didnt have what I wanted but they were able to help me find something else which is awesome. Love the kitty at the store so cute. Always fun to visit for my vape stuff.

EDIT: the owner called me back and apologized about the whole situation. It was nice to see that they care about the customer. In the end they made things right.Employees didnt know what they were selling. Told me I was buying nitrous oxide for a whip it brand whipped cream maker. Instead they sold me carbon dioxide. One good thing is their rewards system.

Zero glass knowledge, zero class, not heady at all... Had the nerve to ask if I lived in America while charging premium prices and taxes for possibly foreign made glass products.

I was in a pinch and needed to grab some kratom as i was almost out last week. None of the sales associates had any knowledge on kratom, they couldnt tell me what was a good stain for pain relief, basically they both said they had no idea. For 1 gram the total was 25.25 which is highway robbery and to top it off the bag inside the bag which was holding the kratom had a hole in it and pored out on the floor!!! The quality was garbage!.

The staff is so knowledgeable! They will help you figure out the issue you are having. I was having a lot of issues with a vape I had recently bought from them, they helped me solve the problem and gave me great ways to maintain my vape. I just wish I could accumulate more point more easily. Lol

This place is Awesome! The staff is super helpful and friendly. I used to visit frequently when I lived in Gurnee, and have since moved to Wisconsin but still make the hour drive just to come here. All the staff onowa me when I come in and usually know what Im there for which is nice. Anyway if you want a solid selection with a knowledgeable staff this is the place to go! Good people. Prices are a bit high. I paid $16 bucks a 4pk of coils and bought the same on Ebay for$7 bucks... so im using Ebay now. My Crown III was only 20 with shipping and its any color. So I like these folks just not the price

I’m starting to really hate this place and only reason I go is because it’s the only shop open late. The dude they have working in the afternoon with glasses is such a know it all and is always wrong. His customer service is horrible and acts like the king of the shop. Last week I went in because I was sold the wrong coils for my gf’s vape. When I asked to exchange since they where still new he had bad attitude and just kept saying how it sucks for me and he can’t do anything then went on to talking smack bout the Latina girls saying the don’t know what they sell and that he don’t know why the managers be hiring people for the heck of it that don’t know anything. Today I went in to buy butane, now i know there is 99% pure butane because I’ve bought it before but when I asked if they had some he looked at me like I was wierd n just kept bragging how there is no such thing as that and that he don’t know who told me to look for that. Sucks to have been a customer for so long and spent so much $ at this place to have to deal with such service like this.

My girlfriend has been buying all of our vaping needs at this location for several months. Tonight she called and talked to a guy who answered the phone and said that she is in the car and will be there right before 5:00 when they close. The guy said ok. My girlfriend and her son show up at exactly 4:57 and the door is already locked. The female behind the counter just stares at my girlfriend and does nothing. The guy in the store then walks over to the door and just says “nope”. My girlfriend tried explaining to him that she was the one who talked to him on the phone a bit ago and that we make the 30+ minutes drive to this location AND it wasn’t even 5:00 yet. Again, this miserable human being just says “nope”. All three of us will be taking our business elsewhere.

Ive been in here a few times now and had multiple different people help me. One young lady was more than hapoy to roll me some samples and help me decide what i wanted. I go every two weeks on payday and i dont plan on stopping anytime soon. Great place

Thos place is bare and at best basic. The tobacco and accessories are over priced for the area and the selection is less than attractive. The store smells like it has never had a drop of cleaner used inside of it. Along with their underwhelming selection of tobacco shop items, they also have well expired, or outdated just random as ever junk and Im not positive it is all new. Examples being 1 can of expired catfood, a used looking pair of water wings, a sealed (thankfully) old and dusty baby bottle, a landline telephone cord, and a dark layer of dust on a shelf that looks to be from the late 90s. Most of the items tobacco/food/drink/misc etc are not even marked with a price and when you ask, the prices change depending on how much the lady working thinks you will spend. I found several outdated snacks on the shelves but the woman working seemed uninterested. I gave it two stars because indeed it does have tobacco and accessories for sale in a pinch

It was ok. I went for Kratom & cigs, from WI. Not much of a selection of Kratom. Prices were not good enough to drive the distance.

The cashier is funny and nice.

Great pipe selection and CBD. Majority of the staff is very nice. Only downside is the Kratom is wayyyy overpriced and terribly inconsistent. Go there for the cool pipes but dont waste your money on the kratom.
