I really am enjoying the PC. Quite impressed with it. The only part I had an issue with was one of the hard drives used was faulty but they were willing to work with me and send a replacement!. They treated me well through the whole process and can gladly recommend them.

Very happy with the product no scratches came in safe. A little slow because of the pandemic but there website kept me up to date. Definitely a great choice and buy.

My son really wanted a gaming computer, and did a lot of research before finding Lyte Technologies. I was skeptical at first, but was very impressed by how responsive they were, how they walked my son through the process of building his own PC, and the options for upgrades, etc. Shipping was relatively fast given supply chain issues - we thought wed be waiting several weeks longer than we actually did. Once we got the computer, Lyte reached out several times to make sure it was running correctly, and even arranged a phone call consultation when we had one issue with the sound that we couldnt figure out. I highly recommend looking into Lyte if youre in the market for a gaming PC.

Was very impressed! I ordered a pc from them without a graphics card, and asked for a few upgrades like a better motherboard and better RAM, they made it super simple to get the exact parts I wanted without to much extra cost, The PC also shipped next day and arrived by the end of the week in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company. I’m not going to lie I was a little concerned reading some reviews after I had ordered the PC but my experience with this company is been nothing but good and I would highly recommend them if your wanting to get into PC gaming. No one is asking me to write this review I just wanted to share my experiences to hopefully clear the air for people who might have some doubts.

Order placed on September 30th.Order completed on October 14th.PC arrived, as described, on October 19th.I was very satisfied with my experience as a whole with Lyte Technology. The ordering process was simple, the build I chose was more than fairly priced, and I received the PC 3 weeks after purchase. I really dont have anything to nitpick here.When I decided to pull the trigger on a pre-built system, I expected an extended wait time due to the GPU shortage (I wanted an EVGA 3080). However, after only a week and a half I was engaged by a rep who explained that if I was interested, they had some 3080Ti in stock if I would like to pay the difference and get my PC sooner.I was appreciative of the offer, gladly paid the additional invoice (still left me paying several hundred dollars under current retail pricing, and only slightly over MSRP), chose a couple other upgrades while I was at it, and about a week later I had the PC on my doorstep.Its beautiful, well-built, and has been an absolute monster PC from the start with no overclocking.I would order again from Lyte Technology in the future, with no hesitation.

Update: They replaced daughters computer at no charge and every works great now!Waited 8 months for computer to arrive. Paid for upgrade so that we could even receive it then. Computer does not work. Called for tech support but must make appointment and hours available are only Monday- Friday 11-5 a week out. So now must miss school or work. Can return it for repairs and wait weeks to get it back. If return for refund must pay stocking fee and the fee to ship it back. Not sure why we should have to pay to return a broken computer. Please don’t do business with this company!!! 17 Daughter was ripped off now we own useless computer that she saved and bought herself!

Despite what a lot of others have said I overall had a great experience with Lyte Gaming. My PC is well built, cable management was done really well, and it runs great. The only reason Im not giving a 5 star review is because I did have a little trouble getting a refund after I switched to the instant shop option without the GPU. But once I called they were happy to help and I got my refund the next day. I also called another time to upgrade my cpu and they were super helpful. I think theyre a good company, and Im happy with my purchase from them.

The biggest problem was how long it took.. I had to wait since April bc they needed to find the parts. But boy oh boy when I heard it was on its way I bout moonwalked around the house. Definitely worth the wait and couldn’t be more happier! 🙏🏿

I’ve been looking for a prebuilt pc since the thick of covid, prices have been crazy high and it’s been hard to find anything worth the money. I’m super pleased with the selection of PCs Lyte Gaming has as I am not super knowledgeable on parts and how to build my own. Checkout was easy and quick! Great experience:)Update: I have received my pc, it took a little while as stated on the website due to covid delays but once it was built it was shipped and delivered to me quickly! It was super easy to set up and get started with the instructions provided and I was able to start using it shortly after I received it. Other than a couple scuff marks I noticed in some locations, and one loose mystery wire I found no purpose for, overall it looks great and shipped safely. I’m very happy with my pc and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a prebuilt pc.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Bought a system, Updates were sporadic, and customer service stops replying to emails. They say the build computers with new parts, thats an outset lie. My computer graphics card came caked in dirt. And their manager just suggest get a can of air missing the point of a brand new build. These people are highly unprofessional, from managerial positions, to customer service. Will never suggest them or do business with them again.Update- after having a computer professional look at it, it was put together completely wrong. Graphics card is from 2013. But mind you charged me for a new one. Power supply was in the wrong spot, and computer case was put together wrong. Had to get a new one. This is not a professional company by any means. They sell lies and give you the run around. Go elsewhere. they have no integrity.

I have only great things to say about Lyte Gaming. The PC came packaged carefully and neatly with organized documentation. It started up quickly and smoothly and I havent had any issues at all, and its been a month since I received the PC. The customer service was great and helpful when I called with billing and shipping questions. I had them ship it without the GPU and the packing and shipping time was acceptable, no issues. I ordered the Omega prebuilt by the way. I would definitely order another PC from them in the future.

Im new to PC gaming and decided to buy my starter PC from Lyte Gaming. It was the best decision I ever made! I enjoy my PC. It arrived in good condition and very well packaged. Only problem I have with is the shipping time. It took months to ship due to the part shortage and covid. However, customer service is amazing and I always got a response asap. I recommend this company.

Pretty good pc building company, good prices and selection of parts to choose from. they did a good job on thermal paste application, and cable management. packaging was very safe, bubble wrap all around the pc. sent all the manuals with it, and they didnt put a cringy branded badge on the case. only complaint is that getting the pc to ship took a phone call or two, and did ship a week or two after i expected. overall i would recommend this company.

This company has very poor service and do not honor their sales. I bought 2 gaming PCs with certain motherboards that became unavailable and they only sent me 1. It has been almost 8 months of wait and I have yet to receive the second gaming PC. I ordered 2 3080s and they have yet to arrive because of their limited amount (understandable) but they switched my components from the motherboard I wanted and my brothers without advising or offering any upgrade. They switched my CPU from Intel to AMD and my motherboard to some other one I havent heard of. I did not want these components but at the time of purchase (over 8 months ago) they had my motherboard listed and the total of my order was almost $3700 and my brothers was around $1800. I am receiving components that I did not purchase. It is not my fault that they ran out of products and did not build my PC with the components I PURCHASED within the last 8 months. I was told that the PCs were ready to be shipped out for months and were only waiting for the GPU to arrive. My assumption was that I was waiting on the last component to arrive, but will now be getting a PC without 2 of my originally purchased components. Will definitely never buy from them again or refer them to any friends or family. Bobby also has not responded to my emails for almost 2 weeks (their police says 2-4 days) and I had to call customer service around 10 times to get any kind of assistance or even an answer.

They need to not use PHUNWARE. its garbage. makes checkout process miserable. will update when i get my PC.

Shipping was a little slow but great customer service and communication while waiting! When my pc arrived it was everything I asked for and more. The game play is great speed fantastic not one complaint from me!!!

Ordered this PC, and took almost half a year to come. Played for about a week and a half… and it basically died. I had to install windows myself and do this whole song and a dance… just toFind my parts are out dated and weren’t new to at all. I got scammed, don’t get scammed too. Customer service is nonexistent!! Just give me my 600 back so I can at least buy newer parts 🤦🏾‍♂️

Got a LYTE Build kit from these dude recently (ordered about a month ago) received my kit and sadly it was missing a part. The reason this is a 5 star review is because I called up lyte and explained my issue, they had the part being mailed out to me the very next day the mail was picking up and since then, I’ve assembled the pc and been rocking some “New worlds” the new mmo from Amazon thingThanks lyte for being so awesome to me through the process!!!!.

The PC that I got was very nice and it was shipped very nicely/protected. It did take a bit more time for it to be delivered but that’s because of the shortage of parts. Overall this was very nice and functions very well.

Unless you enjoy dealing with poor customer service led by young adults that dont know what theyre doing, GET YOUR PC SOMEHWERE ELSE. Listen, we all know there has been a supply shortage. It is understandable that a PC would take a little longer to be built and sent. However, Lyte Tech has done an awful job of keeping their customers updated on delays, offering solutions (or more like a lack of solutions), and they are no better when it comes to wanting to cancel because of these issues.I have been waiting over 8 months for my PC. During this time, I have received few emails from Lyte. One being a MASS EMAIL that they failed to BCC the customer emails on (meaning we could all see each others emails and reply). These few, poorly written emails only offered for us to pay Lyte even more money to upgrade the missing parts to have the PC sent. I dont know who in their right mind would pay this company any more money after such a long wait and poor communication. At this point, I was done with them. So I emailed to cancel my order. Im told oh we cant do that, you have to call customer service. So I do - Erin was extremely short and rude with me. I am not even getting a full refund, despite my PC NOT EVEN BEING BUILT because it is in the terms and agreements you have to sign when ordering. I have never been so disappointed and dissatisfied with a company- if you can even call Lyte Tech a real company. Like I said before, go get a PC somewhere else.

I ordered a wraith Pc it came in amazing condition and there was no scratch marks or dents on it. It even comes with windows 10 installed plus it’s easy to setup. The time it took for the pc to arrive was super fast! It only took 25 days to ship to my door. Definetely would recommend buying a prebuilt here if you don’t know how to build a pc :).Update 8/4/21Changing this to 4 stars because I had to waste 100 dollars to spend on good ram.

I ordered a pc with a 1070 gpu and I was able to upgrade to a 2060 which took less time overall for the pc to be shipped to my house. The gpu shipments are getting better on their end so expect the time of arrival to be better. Overall I support Chad with what he has done with his company and how Lyte Technology operates. If you have any questions dont hesitate to call them or look up some reviews on Youtube.

Easy shopping experience. Long wait time but that was related to the global pandemic and not their service. Customer service replied quickly with solutions and alternatives to get my machine finished and shipped.

I cant give it 5 stars because it seems like they forgot about the refund so I had to call them and remind them but they gave me it on the same day so that was nice. Other than that everything is working and I am happy with my purchase.

The worst company to deal with! I’ve been given excuses and the run around since 2/22/21. And as of 7/21/21 I still don’t have a computer for the $700+ that was paid. Erin, and Kevin sent me bogus emails with non working tracking numbers. Asked to speak to a manager told the guy is on vacation until next Wednesday. Run do not do business with this company. They’ll take your money and make you wait forever to receive anything. It’ll be 5 months tomorrow that we’ve been waiting on a computer. If I want my sons computer I’ll have to pick it up myself and try not to end up in jail when I do. These people only care about taking peoples money!

Kevin seemed nice on the phone, but I figured this was going to be a waste of time with how I didn’t receive an email response. Talked to Kevin about upgrading my PC, gave me a number to text with info. Received an initial text response but never heard back. Waited a week to write this review.I would go somewhere else. Through no fault of Lytes own my order took a while to process, however I am a patient man and a phone call later (and an upgrade!) I had my PC to me in no time at all. It runs smooth as butter and plays every game I enjoy on Ultra from Total Warhammer through to Star Citizen. The customer service was second to none and the whole experience was very pleasant.Ill definitely be a returning customer when the time comes for upgrades (and for a second rig when my wife decides shes ready for PC gaming!)Definitely recommend Lyte for anyone fresh to Gaming or for old gamers dipping their toes back in, hell, I recommend them to anyone who games!

Company will give you excuse after excuse after excuse, then when you want to cancel your order, they will hit you with a 7% fee after making you nearly a month for your PC to ship without a GPU despite the e-mail stating it would be shipped within FIVE business days because the PC is built and ready to be shipped to you If it was built and READY to be shipped, why did it take nearly a MONTH?Avoid this company and their shady customer service practices. Theres far, far, far, far better out there.

Lyte tech is not very Ideal when you want and actual working computer. Lyte tech seems to put no effort in computers whatsoever. They also seem to be using already used parts. I found my GPU fan was unplugged, no thermal paste, defective hard drive, no face for the PCU, and my second HDD wasnt connected. They didnt try to organize most of the cables which makes the build price ridiculous. When I ordered another hard drive they sent me a broken hard drive. Using their computer on the first day didnt even feel new, the computer was already slow. Dont recommend so reliability.

I spent $800 on a build kit from this company back in may. Pc didn’t come until mid July giving me almost no time to build and enjoy using it before leaving for a missions trip in early September. Except I never got to enjoy it. They shipped it with a broken mobo even though they say everything is stress tested. Obvious lie.I tried to return it only to find out that they don’t do returns on build kits. Something that they should make painfully obvious. I would be hard pressed to ever recommend such a garbage company to anyone. It’s run terribly. They clearly have no clue what they’re doing and it’s painfully hard to try and talk to their incredibly awkward customer service people. If you’re smart you’ll stay away from these guys.

Ordered my Pc Feb 16 2020Took 8 months to arriveWhen it came in it had a western digital ssd ($90) I ordered a Samsung Ssd ($170)Called their customer service and they said they charge the same for the western digital ssd but buy it for way cheaper, they upgraded two parts which added up to about $35 that doesn’t make up for the $80 worth of ssddon’t buy from here unless you want to wait 8 months and get cheaper parts

The real rockstar of my experience was the shipping time, I heard some mixed reviews on shipping time but I can confirm that my order left the building in the expected allotted time and arrived to my door in very safe and thoughtful packaging! Web Sight was super easy to navigate and easy to figure out what parts are worth it and what fits your style. i ordered the Lyte Venom pc from them Apr17th and expected to see it June 6th or Sooner Depending on how fast get the parts i got my hope high for this and ill be sure to do an unboxing and setup for the pc. Ive been wanting a gaming PC since I was 9 and I now have one that Im more than happy with. Had a couple friends check out the site and they verified it was legit and not a scam and helped me pick out my PC. Got the lyte master and I just fel inlove when I removed the protective packaging inside. Runs great, looks amazing, and I cant wait to get years of gaming and regular use out of it. Shipping took longer than expected but only because of component shortages and they kept in contact the whole time making sure I was up to date on my PC. Id say excellent service, communication, and products. Thank you lyte gaming.

Best pc I ever had love it

My brother bought a PC from this company bought a Y split he can’t hear any audio at all we tried different things. He has been trying to call the company DURING BUSINESS HOURS and no one picks up. He did what was instructed followed all instructions and he still doesn’t get any audio. This business needs to get better at communicating with its customers in a timely maner. If He doesn’t get a response by tomorrow we are going to drive to the adres and demand to be heard by someone That works there. . This company is just waiting for the return policy to expire so they can keep his money. He also downloaded the drivers he was told told to and still no audio!! Now tell me how can we get him a working PC OR HIS MONEY BACK? The kid did not just spend all his Savings for a PC THAT DOESNT WORK!! You guys took the money so quick but lack customer service. As a business owner my self I don’t like writing things like this however it’s like you guys don’t care about customers.

This has been one of the worst computer purchase experiences, ever... and that is coming from someone who purchases 5-10 computers a year for my company. I get that there is a shortage on parts, but that was NOT disclosed up front, or at anytime through the month-long waiting process when I was getting emails every few days with updates on my status.Then, 3 days before it was supposed to arrive, I get a message letting me know that there was no way to no when my part would be in... and there were 600 people ahead of me for that part... in other words... IT WAS KNOWN ALL ALONG. I had to wait 1 hour+ to speak with anyone (the people who I spoke with were the one positive experience I had). After paying to upgrade my parts so that they were in stock, they promised my computer would ship by the end of the week. It did not. I called back in on Monday, waited another 1 hr 25 min, and they said it would ship that day... it did not. Finally, I think it shipped. And amidst all of this, I sent multiple emails to support, and never heard back.You guys are ruining your reputation with how you are handling customer support during this time. I would not let anyone I knew ever consider buying from this place.

I wouldn’t even give this one star but it won’t let me send without one! Straight up scammers! Ordered a pc back in March kept getting excuses on about shortages which I believed due to covid but then emails stopped. No responses. After months I reached out again and again until I finally went back to my credit card company. And have since had them reverse the charge only to charge me back. How companies are allowed to do this is crazy to me. This is my third round with the credit card company going back and charging for a product that was never received. I’m upset and just feeling defeated. My 10 year old saved his money to get this computer… imagine that age this disappointment that this is even possible. Unreal!

Pleasantly surprised with the performance of the pc I received from them! They even threw in a free upgrade due to the long processing time even though it was understandable given the current market.

PC arrived a bit late but I guess that’s to be expected in these times. It came with exactly what was said on sight. WiFi and Bluetooth adapters not included so be prepared to spend some more on those. Overall satisfied on the PC though. It runs pretty smooth.

About 2 weeks in using the pc. The pc is fantastic so far and exactly what I waited and paid for. The only thing that was a negative experience was the very long wait for my GPU, but they did offer other options like changing GPU or shipping it without one. The customer support is pretty good from my experience, I had emailed them at least 10 or so times about updates for my GPU, and about 9/10 times they responded quickly. Im having to get my sons computer fixed somewhere else, and pay the same price that I did to buy it supposedly brand new. My son was only able to use it less than 2 weeks before it stopped working. Apparently the motherboard they put in it was from 2012. I have to buy a new motherboard, processor and ram sticks for it. I will be reporting their business to the BBB.Update: I saw the comment to the review, and you guys already knew that I had to take it to a locally owned shop to get it fixed. You said you wont refund my money because I had to take it somewhere else. They got it fixed in 3 days, along with a warranty. You guys wouldve taken another 3 months with your so called warranty, and I wouldve had to pay for shipping. Youre saying that shipping is covered to make yourselves look good, but Ive read your reviews, and people said you made them charge for shipping to fix the computer that shouldve been done right the first time. The only thing that ended up being good on your computer that you ripped us off on was the shell of it. Absolutely everything else needed to be replaced by the time they got in there. Your company is horrible and you, the owner, will hopefully end up doing prison time for scamming so many people out of money.

3 months and a week later my pc finally arrives. I did expect a long wait but this was surprising, despite that the staff were very accommodating in expediting the shipping process after getting in contact with them after two months having placed the order. Everything that arrived was well put together, aside from a small dent in the corner of the chassis, which I presume happened during shipping and would be of no fault of LYTE. I would say their accommodation for my wait made up for the wait itself, support was quick to respond, and everything is here and accounted for.

I ordered the Lyte Zetta recently and I am very happy with my purchase. The pre-built i ordered came with a RTX 3060 ti GPU and because of the demand it took a little longer than expected, but the company kept me updated throughout the process and delivered a quality product as advertised.

About week and a half ago I saw an ad about a sale they have where there is $40 off of everything on the site. I took that as my chance to pull the trigger on a lyte ember PC which shipped out to me In 7 business days. Currently I’ve been runnin a bunch of tarkov love everything about the pc so far it’s pretty grea!

I wouldnt suggest this company at all. I had my neighbor buy from lyte, and 3 months later it still hasnt arrived. Funny part is he bought the Lyte crown V2. I figured without the video card it shouldnt be a long wait. We have tried to contact customer service to see the status of the order or even to cancel it at this point. They havent responded at all. We are now in contacts with the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer.

This site is amazing, its a step by step buying process of which parts fit into others. Perfect for a new pc builder like myself to get started. Very cheap GPUs also, we all know they are very expensive right now!

The Alpha PC is my personal favorite as I’m a bit biased since I purchased it. But I use mine with a lot of racing games etc and I’ve been having a blast. All my games run with great and with really detailed graphics

Spent a thousand dollars on a gaming PCIt does not work, rude customer service, plus I have to take a 15 percent loss to send it back. The add stated comes with windows 10. But it does not.Then the rudest customer service I have ever received. Never again will I buy from this company

Upon my review, your positive reviews seem to be coming from people that have placed orders, but not received them. How convenient for you. Most of us are hearing the same song and dance about lack of parts availability. Phone calls to you are futile.You have not built our computer, as you would have hundreds of these sitting there waiting to be shipped to other unsatisfied customers. You seem to be fraudulently taking orders on products you cannot deliver.You need to do two things by close of business today. First, you must call me at the phone number listed on our order(#160182, placed 3/3/21) Secondly, you must give us a complete refund posted today (4/30/21). If you guys do this, I will modify this review.If you do not do the honorable thing and refund my money for a product you do not have, I will be forced to do several things.I will call the Gurnee Police Department fraud division, the Federal Trade Commission, and the FBI wire fraud division.Can you hear me now?Hugs and kisses, Dean

I went into this purchase knowing it would be a long wait and that I had to have a very high level of patience, which I believe I have, so far. Ordered a PC with a 3080 in March, the 6th to be exact but it didnt start to be processed until that Monday the 8th. Throughout this whole process, I was looking and looking for a 3080 to buy on the secondary market (as crazy as the secondary market is), the prices didnt come down to where I felt it would be worthwhile to spend the money until earlier in August, so I bit the bullet, bought my 3080 on eBay, made sure it was legit, received it, and put in for my PC to be shipped without a GPU on August 13th (I suppose I should have waited because it was Friday the 13th), received an automated e-mail stating that my PC would be shipped within 5 business days, which by my math, should have been either the 19th or 20th of August that I should be receiving shipping confirmation. The 19th and 20th come and go, on the 24rd of August, I e-mail customer support and ask what was going on with my PC. I get a reply rather quickly, much to my surprise, that they are stretched thin at the moment for various reasons and should expect shipping when they get back to normal capacity. Given the state of the world at the moment, I understand, again patience. I e-mail the person back on the 26th asking if they can give me a rough estimate of when they may expect to be back at normal capacity. I was then having PC issues with my current PC and had e-mailed another follow up asking if there was any way to expedite getting my PC out to me. It is now September 1st and I have yet to hear back from my follow up e-mails.I decided to scroll through Google Reviews and saw that someone who posted a review 2 days ago stated that they ordered about a week and a half ago and received their PC within 7 days. So what gives????? Is a customer that has been waiting, and paying for with Affirm, since MARCH not as important as someone who orders today? If I didnt live 13 hours away, I would go and get the thing myself. But thats not feasible at this point. Maybe this review will help them kick it into high gear.

I got my pc after a month and half it was really cool and running smoothly i really liked this and recommend this for other ppl who want to buy their pc soon

I am loving my PC so far! Runs everything efficiently and never slows down!1. only complaint is the gpu wait time, but Lyte PCs provide a step-by-step guide on installing a new gpu that I will eventually buy, so I understand that times are tough right now and they can do what they can do for now. Website was very easy to use and find what i wanted. The videos demonstrating how the Pcs worked is what sold me along with the great prices.

Very easy to shop, credible sources for looking at the quality of the prebuild. Overall 10/10 shopping experience, and the insurance was inexpensive enough for me to not have to worry about when or how it will arrive!!!

So I was waiting for my pc since april 13 thats the downside. But the performance was good and it awesome. it is made good. good cable management. Just good pc!

These guys are amazing. Had to wait a while because of the gpu shortage but they got a hold of a couple bigger gpus them the one that we had originally were going to go with and they have me the option to upgrade so we could get the computer faster. Got a discount on the bigger gpu and the computer is amazing. My son is on there practically 24/7. Very happy with this company!

Just finished buliding my alpha kit. While I did have to wait a while because of the gpu shortage, but I was constantly getting emails and updates and never felt out of the loop when it came to my purchase. I even had some issues getting my build to work and lyte pc offered me a free tech consultation that helped me fix the problem I had been struggling with for days in minutes. And where the pc itself is concernedI am very pleased. The Alpha build kit runs amazing and even works really well for streaming which is amazing for the low price I paid compared to the quality I got. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Lyte Pc for qualitystarter pcs at an affordable price.

With how the market is right now. They did a wonderful job on keeping me up to date on everything with my computer and got here literally next day after being finished and it’s running top notch

I shot off a purchase for the lyte instant ship PC and it did in fact ship out quickly, the original one I was going to buy was out of stock but I thought it was neat how it was limited quantity

Im thoroughly satisfied with the product. That being said if your going to order a pc with a 30 series card expect to wait around 5 months. I ordered March 1st and received mine basically a few days after writing this review. Also their customer service is nice but they seem to scared to tell you how long your going to wait. You will never receive a straight answer unless you talk to Carl whoever he is. They most likely up charged me more than they should on the graphics card but due to lack of options this was a good choice. All in all satisfied but id rather have their customer service tell me imma wait a long time than to tell me Im gonna get my product really soon when I wasnt.

Lyte Technology has amazing deals for anyone looking for a PC. I found it was cheaper to buy it pre-built through them vs buying the parts separately through amazon. I havent received the PC yet but am very excited to check it out! Looks like there is room for upgrading the PC for later which is great for me.

Shame that things couldnt work out. With COVID and their influx of customers there were issues that were out of our control but their manager Carl and Rep Kevin worked with me as much as they could. I just wish better luck for the rest of you lads and ladies trying to get your PC!

Absolutely not worth you time. Site said processing in 14-21 days. Site says they normally start the build after three days. One would think that means shipping at the end of that window but no that is simply them saying it can take that long to even start building your machine and then shipping is another month plus later.I acknowledge that there is a shortage of graphics cards on the market but made the mistake of thinking they are an honest company and that they accounted for this with the extended processing time of 14-21 days.Call them (46 minute hold)Well we havent started it yet. It will be 2-3 months.You can pay $30 more to downgrade your graphics card to something we have in stock and it will ship faster.To cancel the order they wanted to charge a restocking fee even though it was not yet started at all and more than the website indicates which is a portion of the build fee, but they wanted more than the whole build fee.Doesnt respond to email.Doesnt have a supervisor return calls when specifically asked.I can only hope that after all of this I eventually get the computer I paid for and that there are no issues with it. Im not looking forward to another almost hour on hold if there is an issue.Edited. They only reached out when I posted a negative review. Weeks after my contact.

Ordered a PC after some research and had to wait a while due to gpu shortage. Once it got here ran a few test and everything worked well. I’m happy with my purchase.

I ordered a pc from Lyte and I love it! I play on the pc every day and it handles any game I play and Its perfect for everything even if you arent gaming. It was super easy to set up all I had to do is get a windows key and it was all finished, but the windows keys are not necessary. I highly recommend buying a pc from them youll never regret it.

Overall great customer service took a while to ship but there’s nobody to blame for that, I would definitely recommend this company to anybody looking for a nice pre built computer

I ordered my computer on the 27th of July and here it’s is August 5th and the pc hasn’t arrived. School starts up soon and I’m doing home school this year but I will not be able to if my pc doesn’t arrive. Please don’t false advertise the computer as fast shipping.

Great news! I received my pc and it works great but my hard drive isn’t showing up when I try to install things all I have is the local disc and I still haven’t received my refund money.I ordered my pc in March!!! and it’s August!!!! I was told when I first ordered it will arrive in a month!!! 6 months and I have nothing I was then told about two weeks ago it will be shipping on the next truck and the next truck was supposed to ship out the same day ! In the time I’ve had I have been able to make $350 and buy myself a gpu (I’m 13 so making money isn’t always easy)! I spent almost $800 on the pc by itself which is ALOT and I still haven’t been refunded the money i spent on the gpu. I told them to ship it without the gpu and I was supposed to be refunded the full amount.
