So this location is directly next to an ATM machine for the navy federal credit union and there was a line of 6 people waiting for the atm machine and the line was formed down the sidewalk going past the vitamin shop and as I was waiting in line at 1:45pm a young African American woman came out and yelled at me to not stand in front of the door and to move away.... first of all to talk to any human being in that rude of a tone and manner while you are representing a business is just wrong but to talk that way to a veteran who is standing in line for an ATM machine while representing a business is even worse. It wasn’t excuse me could you please back up and move away from the door no she ordered me to move away in a very rude and disrespectful tone. I was already standing in a space that gave room in front of the store entrance because it’s the courteous thing to do if a customer tries to walk in. This is the kind of customer service you give to someone that’s not even shopping at your location I really wonder just how you treat you actual customersBest of luck vitamin shop I was an actual customer who visits a different location at least every other week, you have lost my business now for good

Store is a minute away from the niche health food store that has been here for years. I’m not sure when vitamin shoppe opened around here, but you will find a lot more, very high quality products here, undoubtedly. The place looks more like a compounding pharmacy, In the sense that the entire structure is clean, extremely bright, and very well organized, stacked nicely. As I mentioned, great range of very high quality and unique supplements, nutraceuticals, and food-stuff items. It beats other places, if you’re looking for health food and related supplements. You have the medicine for the future all in one stop. Don’t pass this one up, Gurnee!
