I never knew how much healing I needed until I talked with her. She is so welcoming and makes you really feel like you’re in a safe place. I didn’t really have any expectations going into my healing. I had done some research but just went into it with an open mind.Let me tell you, I don’t know how I’ve survived this long without Pauline’s help. I left feeling like I could float in midair. Pauline has created such a beautiful, safe space for her practice. The first thing I noticed was the beautiful scent and just overall calmness I felt stepping into her space. She has a great aura and I loved my session with her. I was feeling overwhelmedand needed some sort of outlet to realign and reconnect with my inner self. Pauline was able to identify problem areas in my body within the first couple minutes, which was so unexpected for me since I went in as a blank slate not knowing what to expect. Pauline is an app absolute miracle worker. She really has helped me change my life for the better the energy healing that she has been doing with me has helped me come into my own person and she’s helped given me tools to use every day so that I can function like a normal human being. I have always struggled with anxiety and depression and I have always managed it with medication or therapy and I have no problem talking about that and everything seem to be working… But at some point it seemed like I was in a slump and nothing was working and by chance I went to her for a massage and she knew that something was off about me and encouraged me to give energy healing a try and I do not regret it I’ll make it part of my monthly routine now and it is great I recommend it to everyone I know.

I suffer from TMJ (Lockjaw). I have been in pain for a while and the last three days has been the worst. I have not been able to really eat or move my Jaw at all. I cant even express how much better my jaw is after visiting Pauline. Her knowledge of muscle manipulation is incredible and she was able to alleviate the lock jaw symptoms. I was able to smile fully for the first time in a while and open my jaw! I dont think Ive ever really had this much movement with it. The grinding of my jawbone joint has almost completely gone away and I feel so much better. Highly recommend going to see her. She will work with your flow of pain to help alleviate the muscle tightness.

I cannot say enough good things about Pauline. She is awesome! I had never had a Massage before. I was diagnosed with Lyme disease in Fall 2020 and have been really ill ever since. My body is a mess. Not only is she attentive, she somehow knows exactly what I need every single time before I do. The last time we saw her, we walked into the room and she immediately said which one of you is having an issue with your throat. We hadnt said anything other than hello. She was right, it was me. I was just told two days ago that there was something going on with my thyroid and I am having a lot of discomfort. We left feeling amazing.....AGAIN! Treat yourself, you really wont be sorry. My husband and I relocated to Gurnee a little over five months ago, and like any other move, this one was top tier stressful! I honestly didn’t have time to think about anything else besides moving into a new home, starting a new job, and meeting new people in a different environment. It was a lot of changes to process in such a short period of time. I searched online for spa/massage places to visit. My first session with Pauline, went very well. I got my first deep tissue/hot stone massage. At first, I was uncomfortable during the massage because I had so much tension/discomfort in my muscles. I was very stressed and overwhelmed. I remember Pauline telling me to relax my shoulders, drop my eyebrows, and breath as she continued to guide me to relaxation throughout the session. My body felt brand new after my first session with Pauline. I decided to schedule my next session two weeks after. Pauline recommended that I incorporate energy healing with my next massage. I’ve never experienced anything so amazing! Energy healing speaks for itself. Without positive energy, the mind and body is off balance. Therefore, the body isn’t working properly. Pauline knew from day one that not only my body needed healing but my mind as well. I have released so much negativity and stress just by including energy healing with my massages. I felt like a caterpillar waiting to turn into a butterfly. Four months ago, I wasn’t feeling like myself. I was stressing, depressed, having anxiety/panic attacks, and loss of appetite. I came to Pauline as a last minute massage appointment. I had never done Reiki and did a LOT of research about if it was something I could allow in my devout Christian Faith. Through research, prayer, and getting to know Pauline I began my healing journey with her. My personal prayer life has increased and my ability to slow down my reaction times to stress have increased dramatically. Words can not express how I have been able to be fully present and mindful amidst some very stressful times. It is a time where I can go and completely think and have undivided time to address the feelings of the week. I just never had the space to be able to do this. Pauline provides that space. I am able to do this while she works on all my tense muscles that I created throughout the week. My pain level was so high when I first came to her I could barely handle any touch. Now, I am so much more fluid in my neck, shoulders, chest, and hips. I signed up with a 6 week package and highly encourage anyone to take a 6 week energy healing journey with her.

Pauline was amazing !!! 🤩 I called her in pain from my tmj and she instantly knew where the pain was coming from without me telling her. I have gone to doctors, chiropractors, and acupuncture’s; I still had the pain in my head getting worse. I actually looked up reiki healing on google while I was at the doctors office because they just gave muscle relaxers that don’t help. My husband and I went to Pauline for a two person energy healing and honestly it was the best thing I could’ve done. Second time seeing Pauline to say the least she blew my mind! As soon as I walked in she knew I was having shoulder pain which I had forgot about. The night before my appointment I had my 12yr old daughter massage me and I took a pain pill. I didnt know what to expect because Ive never had a Reiki session. For myself I was sore after reiki but the next day I was a whole new person pain free! She also told me about my stomach pain and what was causing the pain. I am truly amazed with Pauline! I was referred to Pauline when I was at a really low point.
