Good service, had all the parts and oil I needed to change the brakes and the oil. Before, had gone to AutoZone and they were telling me I can get the brakes the next day, I was livid🤬😡, I dont want the brakes for the next day. I needed the brakes today so my cousin who is a mechanic can change them. Finally we went to advanced auto parts and got everything we needed. Thanks advanced auto parts you are a life saver, you saved our day.😁😎👍👌

The advance auto parts on rt 17 no longer has parts sales. The location in Hackensack stocks parts. The people there were very friendly.

Super friendly staff - this isnt a standard consumer location though - this is one of their pro stores - so they dont have much of the inventory you might expect - they do carry more parts though, as they service small garage mechanics well...

Very bad service. I was not even acknowledged not once. I stood at the counter and nobody assisted me. I kindly put everything in the counter . Still nothing. So I left. There were 4 people at the counter 1 person on the phone. Im African American im very sure its because of the color of my skin.. auto zone here I come

Store phone call waiting times more than 30 minutes than closing phone

I went to this parts store to get a caliper that was boxed wrong at another store. It was also boxed wrong here, a system wide error. Mike spent a long time trying to get the right part and he did. He went way beyond a normal effort. This was customer service at its best.
