This was my first time visiting this establishment that was recommended by a friend. I was greeted wit the biggest smile from the owner and was giving options on tires. I must add quality tires that was made in the USA 🇺🇸 that was well priced for my budget. In all honesty I left a satisfied customer. Ive already recommended this to others and have tires ordered for my Mercedes benz suv...

Newly moved to area so had to trust a new tire place. Was greeted in a friendly manner and had called in advance for reasonable waiting expectations which was spot on (vs. misleading). Amazed to find out they patched the tire at 1/6th the cost of a new tire. Repairman was so friendly and went the extra mile to ask mechanic about a leak behind my tire (axle) which was so much appreciated (i had to tip him!). Ill be back the next time for certain! Thank you.

My dad came here so they could fix his flat tire. Once they fixed it, he came home and when he used his car again, he still had a flat tire. They charged him $32 and didnt even fix the issue. He went to another place after that which only charged $10 for a flat tire fix. Dont waste your money, they are overcharging you.

I had a really pleasant and 0 frustration experience at Hudson Tire Exchange. They really value their customers and you can see that as soon as you walk into their business. I had all 4 tires replaced and balanced plus I also had all wheels aligned. Their price was fair and better than other tire shops I called in to inquire. A week later I had to come back and change my rim because it was cracked so they put the tire on it for me, plus they installed a new valve and they didn’t charge me a penny!I strongly recommend that you go there for all your tire needs. It was a bad experience, they take for ever and over charge you besides they dont fix your tire right. I do not recommend this place at all

Amazing service, I showed up only an hour or two before they closed on a weekend. They took my car with no pre-knowledge and they fixed the tires appropriately. I definitely recommend getting tires from Hudson Tire because their prices are actually better than the online sites after you factor in that the online sites don’t include mounting and balancing of their tires.Plus the people are very honest, friendly and stand behind their work. They’re good people.

Called to get a price for swapping regular tires for snow tires. When the owner realized that I was not buying a set of tires from him his answer was he could not quote a price until he could see what was involved. Never asked anything about the tires or rims, just wanted me to show up with 8 tires so he could make up a price after I was locked in to his shop. Really?? Owner of a tire shop cant provide an upfront quote to change tires?? Dont recommend using this place or any place that is not transparent about prices.

I have used this company several times. I have always been pleased. They are professionals that know what they are doing. They get my tire fast and at a good price. Always better than the chain stores. Mounting and balancing is cheaper than the chain store. They also get the job done quickly. Support you local merchants!

Went there at 4:30 and got bad looks from workers whom where leaving early, was told they are closing for the day (says 5:30 closing). Guy in the shop told me to go to another tire repair shop.

Incredible service, speed, prices, etc. Got a flat around noon. Dropped the car off around 2. Done at 2:20p. Comparable to a pit crew at a NASCAR race.

I went there thinking I might need new tires, and Craig came out to look at the tires and said they were good and to come back sometime in the fall to look at them again before Winter. Also had the TPMS light on dashboard, he said the batteries on monitors could be dead, but all it needed was air in the tires and monitor light on dashboard went out.

Quality & service at very competitive prices - I have dealt with this place for many years - bought tires for sports cars, SUVs, trucks, trailers, you name it and they are without doubt the best - they know what they are talking about and can do the job the right way - this is not at all common in any auto related business - I wouldnt consider going to any other place for tires or any related service - they are the gold standard as far as Im concerned ! ! !

Their methods are very old school. They have reasonable pricing but u can find cheaper tires if u do your research. One issue I had, they allowed me to purchase mismatched brand tires and I later found out this is not recommend for my vehicle(BMW 328i). I was not aware of this until I was educated by another shop. I was very skeptical about this new information so I went home and did my own research and surprisingly I found out a few other people have had issues(transmission issues)when they mismatch tires on their car. I was uneasy about this so I returned the next day and bought all four matching tires to clear my mind. Not their fault but they should be more knowledgeable about newer vehicles with AWD.
