Amazing customer service! We needed helium balloon decorations for a baby shower last minute, as the restaurant where it was supposed to happen was cancelled. I spoke to an employee in the early afternoon to explain the situation and Mark called me back right away to set up a delivery and quantity of balloons needed. I would absolutely recommend this business because they where able to meet our expectations, friendly customer service, delivery was on time and even early! All balloon decorations where setup by the gentleman delivering the balloons, everything looked beautiful in our last minute backyard party!

The gentleman was very nice. But this is not a traditional store where you can walk in and pick out what you want. I spoke to the man via the intercom, he gave me pricing and options. This is a store for large order items. Unfortunately, I was tight on time and just needed a few balloons. For my purpose, a dollar store would have been easy and cheaper. But this guy does super elaborate decorations like arch ways etc.

Great experience! I called up super-last minute to order a balloon arrangement for my sons bris. I ended up getting an arch that was delivered promptly the next morning and was set up and ready to go well before my guests arrived. The whole thing looked beautiful and the arch really made the event look festive. Highly recommend.

Mark did my little mans1st birthday (jungle theme) balloons this past weekend. He had a quick response time whenever I had a question or idea, which is a definite plus in my book. As a customer, I took a chance ordering balloon decorations for an outdoor party, and of course, it was VERY windy. Life O’ The Party did their best to secure the centerpieces and columns so they wouldnt be damaged and they even left extra balloons in case I needed them. Life O the Party gets top marks from me because i called (from Washington, DC) at the last possible minute--on a saturday. i left a message and thought, oh well, lost cause. my phone rang at around 7, 7:30 saturday evening. it was the owner asking what he could do for me!i had been intimidated by all the extravagant balloon things--archways and drops and structures--this company can do, and was a bit apologetic wondering if they could do something simple and last-minute.the owner was perfectly happy to deliver 100 pink balloons sunday afternoon to Ridgewood NJ to help celebrate my grand-nieces birthday (also her mothers and step-sisters--all within a few days).the balloons got there in fine time and virtually covered the ceiling of the dining room! every little girls dream? i dont know, but it sure looked great! thanks, Life O the Party--you really saved this great-aunts bacon!
