I would first like to preface this by saying that I used to shop at this establishment fairly often. However, in my most recent few trips, I had the displeasure of interacting with a consistently disrespectful and hostile cashier, named Ari. She was not only rude in how she interacted with me, but she lacked the common decency to offer any form of assistance when I was so obviously struggling finding various items both times. It was not only me being disrespected by Ari, though. I have seen, on multiple occasions, this cashier disrespecting other customers. Now, I understand that everyone has bad days, but she consistently is rude to everyone and that is no excuse. I am not only disappointed in the cashier for her unprofessionalism, but I am extremely upset with the company for allowing its employees to treat their customers like this. Like I mentioned previously, I have been a customer of Harmons for over 15 years, but I do not think that I will ever come here after being so belittled and disrespected in front of so many people.

This is a very convenient store to purchase most of my needs, However I don’t appreciate being followed and watched every single time I go in to shop.

Hammonds is always a good place to shop, especially for the little things need for small trips. But if you need anything the plugs into the wall or clothing . Not many people say it, but in Bergen County, New Jersey on Sunday YOU CAN NOT BUY THESE ITEMS. But you could go into Passaic County or others its ok. They call it a BLUE LAW

I WAS IN COMPANY OFF MY WIFE AND I WAS IMPRESSED BY DE VOLUMEN DE ITEM IN THE STORE.THE PRICES VERY AFFORDABLE.I RECOMEND A TRY.

I described this store as rather addictive. I will bring my family here with no intentions to shop. Once in, its over. I would spend upto $60 without a thought. The employees are very knowledgeable of the whole store. They have not failed me yet. This store not only has everything you need, but it is affordable. You will always get your moneys worth.

Once again this place goes above and beyond to take care of their customers big shout-out to the manager Tom always there to help with a smile even though you cant see it behind the mask. ask him a question he does all he can to help you and is upfront and honest. The rest of the staff is ready to work and assist in any way possibleToday I watched the cashier wipe down the credit card machine after every use

You can use Bed, Bath, & Beyond coupons here for an extra 20% off any item. They also have professional salon products like shampoo to buy. Always have what I need and good experiences.

Not sure what ot is about Harmons that cant ever walk out with just one thing. Theyre always helpful and fully stocked. The location is also perfect and love the fact that they have Sunday hours.

Today June 23, 2020 I bought several things at HARMON from Hackensack for $ 85 among those things I bought COPPER fit hands relief compression gloves for $ 20, by mistake I took size XL and my hand is size S. In the car I realized of the error and immediately returned to the store to request the change for size S and they did not want to change it, the supervisor of HARMON told me that they were contaminated that they could not change them, everything in that store is contaminated because all the customers touch the items and that is why everything is contaminated, others did not have any notice informing customers that they cannot change or return any item, the cashier also did not inform me that they could not return or change the items, very bad service bad communication and The truth is that they lost a client because from now on I will not buy anything again. There are many points of sale where they provide excellent service and where the client comes first.

Great store but too small. Theres empty stores in that strip mall. They should consider expanding. Friendly,helpful staff.

Great store, lots of merchandise, clean, nice and friendly staff. However, once or twice while I was shopping particularly near the jewelry and perfume, I felt like I was being watched or followed. I just spent $65 alone one one item which was a name brand cologne for my son and $13 for nickel free earrings for my daughter on top of many other items in that one trip. In total that day I spent over $150 so If this continues to happen, I won’t give them my business. I don’t like being profiled or judged by the way that I look. Please don’t make your customers feel that way. I give this particular store a ton of my business. I hope this improves so I can continue to be a customer.

Harmon has just a ton of stuff. They allow you to use those annoying Bed Bath and Beyond coupons to discount your purchases. Lots of hard to find items. Clean well stocked. Nice staff.

They have a ton of health, beauty, grooming products in here. Staff is always nice. I showed this place to my wife when she came to Bergen County. She always likes going in this store. I have bought many things things here for myself as well.

You can find such bargains in this place by stacking store and manufacturers coupons. I bought five (5) Garnier conditioners for $4 total by stacking $2 off each coupons with Bed, Bath, and Beyond s beloved $5 off $15 coupons. (They accept BBB coupons. ) Of course, Harmon got me when I bought many other things besides these conditioners.Harmons prices are fair, the store is clean and neat (I always appreciate clean and neat), and the staff is very helpful.Because Harmons is very popular, the lines can be long, but dont be turned off. The lines always go fast.Parking is a snap. Even their shopping carts are cute!Open on Sundays!Recommended!
