I called ahead of time to make sure a truck I was interested in was in stock at their location. I reserved a test drive with a specific truck. I travelled over an hour to check out a $60k+ F-150 only to be told they had sold it before I got there and there were no others of the same kind available (even though the salesman on the phone said they had 2 or 3). I get they have to make a living and sell cars but at least give me a heads up and tell a potential customer that the truck they want to look at has been sold BEFORE I make the hour long trip to your dealer. Very unprofessional.

Service says oil change has to wait 2 months. The delay is beyond reasonable.Buy your car here if the price is good, get your oil change elsewhere. I found a place nearby. Its a walkin. Maybe have to wait a hour or two but not 2 months.

I have to say that when you go to this dealership, you have to ask for Juan Fernandez. This gentleman has gone above and beyond to help me out. Hackensack Ford should be very proud to have an asset like him working for the dealership. This is the second car I bought from them and it truly is worth the time and experience with this dealership. Juan was very courteous, extremely helpful, professional and stayed in contact with me the whole time. I wish I could do more to recognize him or let management/Ford know because out of ALL the cars I bought and dealerships that I dealt with, he was the most pleasant and easiest salesman to talk to and work with. Today I would have to say was the first time I’ve felt complete and utter disrespect as a leasing customer of 6 years with FORD. After leaving a deposit since May 2021 and trusting the sales department (salesman HB) to contact us or keep us updated with when a car would be available to upgrade our soon to be expired lease only to be told we can’t help you we’re sorry . So not only have we looked on the lot weekly called HB weekly to see if anything came and told each time that nothing was available. So we waited 4 months and happen to see the the car we wanted in the color we wanted today rushed to ALL AMERICAN FORD thinking we would have a smooth transition only to be greeted with if you want the car you have to pay $3000+ mark up on the price and your current lease has no equity so you’ll need more money down to stay in your monthly payment which was never discussed at anytime prior to today. I am well aware of the situation with car market currently but I would like to think that a SO CALLED AMERICAN COMPANY as big as FORD would be more interested in keeping a loyal customer leasing for another 3 years as opposed to making a quick $3000. It’s disgusting to see what this has come to. So thanks for kicking my wife and I out and turning the lights off while we were still sitting in your dealership All American Ford of Hackensack managers we appreciate the time and attention you did not give to our concerns today. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with theses guys.

Horrendous service department.I just spent $700 for my Ford F550 to be towed to All American Ford, I have over a dozen Ford Vehicles, I made an appointment nearly 3 weeks ago with Tyler.Tyler has since been fired and the management said its not their problem, they cannot take my vehicle due to COVID when there were clearly visible parking spaces.I will never purchase another vehicle from All American Ford, the entire family including Jason Corley, Steve Selman, Jon Selman, Anthony (service manager), Dominick (controller) and more are the most corrupt upper management group I have ever dealt with.Never heard of a dealer denying a truck when there was an appointment in the calendar.I dont understand how it is possible for employees to make appointments, meanwhile upper management will not fulfil employee promises after terminating said employee (Tyler) for poor performance.$700 later and the truck has been returned to my shop.

First time buyer but I definitely plan on returning. They had a great selection and were the most competitive priced by far. They are extremely helpful and they really take care of everything for you. The sales manager Steve was awesome and my salesman Josh was amazing. Being a buyer from New York at a jersey dealership They took care of everything for me still. They took care of calling insurance and really made the process effortless. Also they made sure to fill my truck tank once purchased. Might not sound like much but many dealers will not leave you will gas anymore. The dealer fees were close to nothing, they gave me top value for trade and also just a very nice dealership inside and out. I highly recommend and Id ask for Josh he was great.

Awful experience, stay away! Customer loyalty is not upheld here, complete foreign concept! They do not honor offers sent to you directly from them. Upon returning the leased vehicle, they did not facilitate with removing the plates. Such simple tasks are usually taken care of by the dealer, its all in the details. I am happy to say that I was able to get a 2021 Toyota Highlander for far less price I was paying for the Ford Edge. I was even able to lower my monthly insurance and all maintenance will be covered by Toyota. It was worth every penny of the $395 separation fee. I am relieved to take my business elsewhere, where it is appreciated, they honor their word and will pick up on the minor details.

Just came back from this Ford dealer. Had a problem with them giving me a loner because when you didn’t purchase a vehicle from them they will not give you one. I was dealing with a recall and unfortunately I need to go to work so a loner is a must. I have a Ford Raptor and this is for the Cam Phaser recall. The software update for this issue did not work. You can only detect this problem on a cold start. After complaining to Ford directly on this dealership, they contacted me to give them another chance. So I did and I went there this morning. Last Tuesday they told me I will get a loner while they keep the truck overnight. Well no no no. No loner and the service guy I spoke to (Steve) who assured me I will get a loner after speaking to his manager told me no!I just left. I find this disturbing because I know what I was told on the phone. Either they are pathological liars or grossly incompetent.Needless to say I will look for another Ford dealer that can be more helpful on a factory recall.

To make the long story short, I gave a deposit of $100 for a Ford Transit. Deal never happened, I bought the car somewhere else.Lets just say I never got my $100 bucks deposit back. I went inside and spoke to someone and told me they will mail me a check.4 months have passed never got my money back.This review is worth more then $100 bucks.I guess we are even now.Good Luck!

I would highly recommend coming to this establishment for a new/used vehicle. Everyone is this establishment is extremely friendly. While I was there purchasing my vehicle, they all were participating in keeping the place sanitized, as well as, making sure individuals were wearing masks and keeping a safe distance. I wasnt under ANY stress being there as they were taking care of me in the most professional manner while making me feel like I was apart of a family. I wish I came to them sooner! Service person forgetting about me and letting me sit there an additional 2 hours when they knew additional work had to be done. Subsequent calls, messages and e-mails were not answered. But this has been common at this location and communication with the customer seems a foreign word to them. Been a customer many years but the service at this location has hit rock bottom. First lesson: COMMUNICATE!!

Very Confusing Experience. Would not recommend. The initial car that i wanted (gray) could not be found, and it took the dealership almost three days to inform me of this. Settled on another car (black) only to have the paperwork prepared for another (blue), which I realized after sitting in the finance officers officer for over 30 minutes. After having the car a few weeks, i noticed that the entertainment center doesnt work well, but no one at the dealership has returned my request for the car to be checked out. Was offered a complimentary pit stop and accepted. To date, no one has gotten back to me about when this would occur. Would not recommend.

Anthony in the service department is awesome. I brought my car in to have a seatbelt repaired. When the service tech explained that it would take some time to get the part in, I was disappointed. It meant not being able to drive my kids that weekend because of the lack of safety. When Anthony heard about my disappointment, he jumped in and made sure the part was available the next day. I dont know how he did it, but my seatbelt was replaced the next day. Thank you Anthony, and the dealership for going the extra mile.

It is with sincere regret that I have to rate my service experience so poorly. In May of 2020 I made my final payment on my 2015 Ford Escape. Two weeks later my transmission went. Thankfully, I had purchased an extended warranty. My car was there for almost 1 MONTH! There were excuses on excuses for the delay. Only when I showed up there unannounced did Anthony Rubino give me a loaner. He told me he would try to help recover some of my out of pocket expenses not covered with my rental through my warranty company. I have tried numerous times to follow up with him and never received a call back. I have given this dealership every opportunity to make things right since my car was there for 1 month. Shame on you Ford of Hackensack.

What an awful experience. I spoke to Meleney on 1/5/2020 about trading in my lease early. I assumed Ford wouldn’t do it, but I figured I might as well call and ask. Can’t hurt.She told me that “people do it all of the time” after me explaining to her how long I’ve had the lease, what year the car was, etc.Once I arrived at Ford, the salesman looked at me like I had 2 heads. Sitting for 15 minutes he came back and told me that its not possible unless I pay A LOT of money (about 10K). It wasn’t his fault, but Meleney shouldn’t have told me that I could do it.Waste of my time.

I moved to California shortly after buying my car from them.Richard Clinton has always been very helpful. He helped me setup appointments and get going here in California. Even after 3 years, he never forgets to call me on my Birthdays and Car Anniversaries and to check on car if everything is been going good. And yes, my car has never given me any problems in last 3 years. Great Sales Experience. Deal was agreed on within five minutes on the sales floor. Could be a record. Brian, Jose, Nelson and Joe made this all happen. I was driving away in a new car, cleaned, insured in less than 1-1/2 hours. They located the car i was looking for, the options and the color. They have always had the car i was looking for on their lot. All American has an extensive inventory, probably more than any other dealer in the state. The deal could have been quicker, but Jose setup and explained the new car and all of its features to me, still very quick. Thank You, Brian, Jose, Joe and of course Nelson. Today was an eventful day, after staying up all night from working the overnight just wait till 7:30 am I headed over to local dealer(FETTE FORD in clifton ) where I purchased my 2nd 2018(first one was a 2016)F150, for recall they been relentlessly sending thru mail,email,phone,even text....I finally go there to be told they cant even see me for another 2 weeks and I shouldve called for appointment because they are not taking any more walk- ins, even after I verified to make sure I could just bring it in, MUCH TO MY DISAPPOINTMENT..... I decided to call All American Ford in Hackensack, spoke to a Josh from service who kindly and greatly went out of his way to make sure that I not only could get my recalls done today but also my oil change and out by end of day today Nov 2, i was totally grateful and headed over but still hesitant cause i dont want alot of hands touching my truck as far as under the hood, when I got there I was greeted Serena and her awesome staff and she gave me a step by step of what to expect with wait times and parts available, then she also went ABOVE AND BEYOND, and was able to also get my tires rotated and my sync system completely updated and I was done by 3:15 ...AWESOME JOB! they came in clutch when it was time and didnt flood me with excuses so it is safe to say I found my new dealer to call home for service on my truck oh yea....and btw.... gave me my military discount.... go see Serena at service there she will not let u down ... thanks guys👍🏻

This Ford dealership might be the best one I’ve personally been to. The staff I have deal with from maintenance, sales, and finance have all been down to earth and well versed on everything Ford. This is my second time working with Juan Fernandez (he got me my first lease). Hes always very informative and works with me to get exactly what I look for. Maintenance is easy to schedule, I do mine on Saturday mornings, doesn’t take long for routine checkups. This Ford is farther from where I live but the service is worth it.

All American Ford never fails to live up to the reputation of a dealer, both their sales and service department. Last year when I brought my Escape in for service the sales team approached me about a trade in, i expressed interest in an Explorer. They worked out some numbers and came to me with an offer. Considering I spend much of my time analyzing investments, deals, loans etc it wasnt overly complicated. They were playing with the numbers to give me ZERO credit for my trade-in. I expressed my disappointment, said I was looking for a fair deal, just make me an offer. They could not. Essentially the offer was to take advantage of someone confused by amortization schedules, interest rates and lease deals.Recently I had my cart towed to All American Ford after a piece broke. I was told it might take two weeks for anyone to look at it. Mind you I purchased and financed the car at this dealer. Eventually I got them to do the work, but got a call that my battery was completely dead, and the car wouldnt start without a boost. This coming after never having a single problem with the car starting. Not in mid-winter, in September. So my choices are taking back a dead car or paying for a new battery, which I strongly suspect but cannot prove was falsified. As i told them directly, I hope to never go back. Find a dealer who you can trust, better yet find brokers who compete against each other and offer the best deals.

Honestly, it all happened incredibly fast. In such fast pace circumstances Juan made me extremely comfortable and ensured me that we both would come to an agreement. I was told both sides would be happy at the end of this and thats exactly what happened. As well, he was a former baseball player so we could relate on that level! The car buying process was ok I guess. I believe I got a decent deal on my vehicle, but thats where things take a turn. The following day I had a problem with the sliding door on my vehicle and I called to inform them of the problem. No problem, Mr. Fisher, tells me bring the car in before 5pm and well take care of it. I say ok great lets get this fixed. I get there around 1pm and Im told by the service department that Im there to get my car serviced. The lady at the desk asked me if I had an appointment and I said, no but, Mr. Fisher, told me to come in. She said with a smirk on her face as if to say its not the first time the sales department does this we cant do anything right now because the service guys are almost done for the day, but I can make an appointment. I said, thats unacceptable because, Mr. Fisher, said to just come in, and I drove up here from the Bronx. I was upset, and at the same time not surprised that this was happening. I texted, Mr. Fisher, because he gave me his number and told me if I ever had a problem with the vehicle I could give him a call. I said I was at the service department and they informed me I wont be seen today. I was about 2 miles from the dealer when I get a text from, Mr. Fisher, saying to go back that he cleared things up and theyre expecting me. I drive back, and a guy by the name of, Nelson, apologizes for the inconvenience and says theyre going to look at the vehicle for me. He later tells me that they have to order a part and theyll call me once it arrives. He said it should take no more than a few days. I thought to myself great thats a start. 1.5 weeks later on a Wednesday and now I have to call in for a status update. They say sorry for the inconvenience the part should be here by Monday the following week. I waited all day that Monday and didnt get a call. I gave them until half the day the next day and again I had to call in. They said the part is there and she can schedule me to come in. I informed the lady from the service department that, Nelson, said I would be provided a loaner for the day because the repair would take a few hours. She said the next available date would be a week from that Tuesday. To say the least, their communication is non existent at best and like the saying goes once you buy and leave the lot they treat you a whole lot different from when youre a potential buyer. It kind of goes against their motto of once you buy at All American Ford youre part of the family. I feel like Im the red headed step child at this point!Ill provide an update once my car is finally repaired. FYI, it still wont change their lack of communication with you once you buy from them.

It seemed that one of the receptionists was responding to my queries than the one I was trying to talk to. Now, I know she is probably one that has had the most experience in that position, but she needs to let other people learn how to be a receptionist. Otherwise, when the more experienced receptionist takes a day off, the other receptionist will not know what to do. It also seemed like the one that had more experience was a little abrasive when she told me that I needed to take my car to the service entrance and then see a person for my oil change. She said it almost as if she had no patience and yelling at me.

Went to All American to have a key made for the new Lincoln I purchased from Lincoln of paramus(which is now closed) and to get my new license plates put on.The gentlemen who greeted me told me it would take 45 minutes.One and a half hours later I still didn’t have the new key after waiting on the Covid line for another 10 minutes a girl came out and I inquired about my keys .She stated that she was in sales and didn’t know anything about it.The least she could of done was referred me to someone. She was quite snippy in her response . The gentlemen who I originally gave the key to told me with an attitude it would take another 30 minutes. My Appointment was for 9am I arrived home at 11:30 am. I will never go there again This dealership throws courtesy out the window

Ive completed three transactions at this dealership and have been loyal to their service department. Everything has gone well in the six plus years Ive been a customer. However, I am suspicious that we didnt get the finance rate we should have gotten on our last purchase. With an almost perfect credit score we received the lowest rate through Bank of America that I later discovered is about two full points higher than Bank of America lists for new car financing on their website. AA Ford initially offered us an even higher rate until lowering it after I protested. I have a suspicion somethings not right. Its odd that after all of the time spent shopping the car, working out the deal and arranging everything, customers are seemingly rushed into the business office to close the deal without knowledge of the financing rates they should be expecting. Shame on me. Any great deal you think you got on the car could evaporate at that moment - or so it seemed.I will definitely purchase here again, and I will definitely try to arrange the financing myself ahead of time - or at least have better knowledge of what the finance rate should be for us. Even if it adds a day to the process. That last step was the only part of the process that seemed like it might be slippery. Otherwise, a very good experience.

They all are respectful and don’t play any pricing games, they get you to your price right away. Made appointment via phone for a particular repair and once there decided to get my oil change and a few other things that either needed tending to or were close to needing attention........was kept informed of progress, waiting area is clean and comfortable, rest rooms are clean. Shuttle service home or elewhere is provided if needed. Staff is friendly.Repairs/service completed, vehicle running beautifully. My whole family purchases and services their vehicles at this location.

Worst car dealer ever!! I got appointment with the service department to get RECALL and Oil change done. I’m told that I wont be given a loaner car because I didn’t buy the car from them which was fine and I asked for shuttle service so the lady on the phone said it was ok. When I took my car there they check the car and took it inside, after that a guy came and asked me same question IF I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THEM!! After he told me he couldn’t service my car even though I had an appointment while accepting other customers in front of my eyes. Claiming that a technician injured inside and it was too busy blah blah.. What a shame of them!They are not honest! TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE! Clearly they didn’t want to fix my recall problem since the beginning because they won’t get money for it. This is not only bad experience I had with them, they rejected my appointment requests before by saying my car don’t have recall even though I have letter from FORD. I have too much to say which I’m going to spare for Better Business Bureau.

Recently had to replace a major part in my Fusion. Gene Christiano has always been my service advisor. This is my first car and Gene has always answered every question Ive asked no matter how trivial. I consider Gene a true asset. Long story short the part was replaced and as the transaction was being completed, I had payed a majority of the debt in cash, I had a credit card issue. Rather than hold my car hostage, I live in the Bronx, they treated me like family. In the 3 years I bought the car Gene and I have gotten to know each other. He went to bat for me with his boss and they both did what they could to resolve the issue professionally and respectfully. I will never forget the courtesy. I picked the right car and I bought it from the right dealership!
