Went to this place & I have to say its clean & the ppl are nice! I went to get a printing job done & was assisted fairly quickly. Made a purchase & when they asked me if I wanted a rewards I said no & they didnt push ot any further nor made me uncomfortable when I denied a donation. Overall good service/place.

PROS: Conveniently located in a shopping plaza makes parking very easy. The employees have been nice from my experience and they do great business since I always see people in the storeCONS: Their inventory is low and their store size is smaller than the average staples store. When I went to the back to look at office chairs most of them were broken which shows poor maintenanceOVERALL: I wouldnt come here unless I was picking up something simple like desk supplies. I suggest going to Bergenfields staples

My new favorite office supply store... I had 5 employees pleasantly ask me if they could help me today, actually! One associate, Peter, was so helpful that he went on line, ordered up what I needed and added my coupon and free delivery, right while we were in an aisle realizing the item I wanted was a bit unusual, but available online. It was all around a stellar experience, from start to finish. Thank you, Staples!

Alisa from the printing service was EXTREMELY helpful! I havent seen great customer service like this in a while. She knew exactly how to fix my issue. Cris was also super helpful! He was very fast to help a customer out. These two were so accommodating and I definitely recommend going here! I left with 100% satisfaction. Thank you for your help!

I have never been to the store. However after watching the video of the liver transplant victim being attacked -laying on the ground while the people going about their business are still making copies and not a single store employee intervened – I can say that I will take my yearly few hundred dollars to buy supplies and spend them at Office Depot. I’m glad the video emerged I just received my money and have to go spend it, I almost erroneously spent it at my local Staples. I am worried about not being in trouble if that melee were to break out and bring it self to me while shopping, am i now arrested for self-defense because Staples has no control of their store.

This location is ok. The printing center is always a hassle. But besides that, they have great sales and affordable prices.

Dont have a medical emergency in this store or require any kind of assistance. Employees will only stand around and stare at you. Pathetic!

I ordered a print for the same day and received the confirmation email even though it was sent 2 hours later while it was supposed to be send immediately after requesting my order. Anyway, they said that once my order is ready they will let me know, but it never happened. Still waiting for my order which was supposed to be ready by the same day which was 4 days ago. Horrible service.

First time using the 1 hour pick up at this store and what a disappointment. As per the other reviews they have a bad rep with this. I ordered my supplies on Thursday received an email on Friday that the order is ready 😑 went to pick up today Saturday and the manager that was helping stated someone went to pick them up using my name. Like whattttt......... the first thing they asked me when I went to pick up the order is an ID. Now I have to wait for them to refund me 🙄. Not happy at all! You guys lost a customer.

As I had said I would be writing my review if all went well with my new printer. And so far so good! I needed to purchase a second HP Color Laser Jet printer. My first printer I purchase about 3-4 years ago. Its working great. But, the second (most recent printer) I did not buy at Staples. Im not sure that was the issue but none the less I bought it and it had smudging problems. I returned it (at this other location, not staples) and replaced it being confident with HP products. And again printer gave me trouble smudging .-(So, as crazy as it seems I figured I always get my office supplies from Staples. I called to see if they had it in stock. The sales rep on the phone said yes. When I arrived at store 15 minutes later he had it in shopping cart ready for me to pick-up. He had toners, paper etc. ready for me in case I would need it. Great service!!! Thank you!!

Your lucky if more than one copy machine is in working condition. Have been there many times to make copies, scan, etc. There is always an issue with he machines. Customer Service is pretty slow as well.

Printing center was packed and they were clearly understaffed. Even though I waited 45 minutes for my prints the staff (Manny) was particularly helpful, attentive and friendly, even though other patrons were loudly complaining at him. I would return, even if there was a wait, so I could work with him again.

This staples is incredibly inconsistent. Ive been there before and experienced great service but also been there on several occasion where the service has been horrible, the equipment is not working properly, and management is doing nothing to manage the issues properly. I went there today against my better judgement and of course printers arent working and no one seems to care. Ill be heading to Kinkos next time.

I went to pick up some color copies on a Saturday afternoon. There were 4 people in front of me who had not even been acknowledged. There was one guy working - he took one person at a time and then went in the back to complete the order - while everyone waited to be acknowledged. After 15 minutes of waiting they couldnt even find my order.

The lady in the photography department was so helpful despite being so busy. We went in on Monday 27th or Tuesday 28th May 2019 in the evening. I wish I had the ladies name who helped us. Thank you anyway

Completely unorganized miss managed print department. The time line they give you they do not stand by. When you call, you will sit on hold for 10, 15, 20min with no real answer on the status of your job. I will not be back to this store unless I am buying something of the shelf

I placed a order online with garenteed pickup in 1 hour no one ever contacted me and when i went to the store no one had any idea what was going on, dont use that service if you need something youre better off going in to buy it your self, what a joke and waste of time

Hackensack staples copy and print center is the worst. They used to have someone a few years ago that was on point. I periodically print flyers and when I go to staples in different towns they will complete my simple request in minutes. This gentlemen at the hackensack staples not only gave me an attitude by asking me, how long ago did you receive the document ID?? Because he couldnt figure out the o from a zero, But at the end of the day he just came across like he was lazy and did not want to help me. Bad customer service. He asked me to come in the morning?!?!If he didnt know how to process my request just say, sorry I am new and I dont have anyone here to help me to figure out how to help with your request! I would of respected that. He made me feel like it was my fault. Worst experience ever. #superunsatisfiedcustomer

This staples sucks... To make a long story short they lied and told me my laptop needed a new mother board good thing I did not believe them and I did not allow them to fix it, had a friend give me second opinion and all it needed was to reload programs that Staples did not reinstall and to boot they kept the battery... SMH!!! Staples in Hackensack sucks!!!

If you get assaulted by another customer the staff will do nothing and let the other customer walk out the store and leave you on the floor in need of help acting like youre not even there and you werent just assaulted.

I bought Brother Toner TN-350 ( $79) when I opened the box the sealed metallic bag had already been crudely cut open, the tape around the side was broken and there was a spattering of toner on the outside yellow plastic protector as well. When we brought it back we were treated with an un-helpful attitude and the floor person was not nice either. No apologies, no stretching.Bad experience

DISGUSTING print sevice. Went 3 times to try printing on transparency paper. They told me to go anytime and they would either print on their transparency paper o the paper I provide. When I came back they didnt print because they run out of transparency paper. They have so much lack of organization thay they didnt even know where to look for the paper.Then I came back the next day and bought my own paper in the very same store. They first said they would print but they would charge the same ammount as if they were providing the paper because its a transparency anyway (that means a dollar each b/w copy) and I already paid them a lot for my paper!!Then I complained to the manager and he said they wont print in that paper because ic could jam the printers!! So the paper they sell as for inkjet/laser can jam the printers???I went directly from here to the store in route 17. They did there and excelent job, in the moment, and cheaper. And they were kind with the customers, always trying to help.Staff from printing department in Hackenshak simply dont care about the customer or a job well done

Took forever to find a worker to get the desk and chair we wanted. Totally understaffed. And once we finally got someone to help us, they were out of stock of both the desk and chair.

This Staples is in a super convenient location, and its great it youre grabbing office supplies from the main part of the store, but it feels like every time I go there is some kind of issue with the printing section. I guess they have to take a lot of orders from the other Staples, but the printing portion of the store is always jam packed and seems understaffed. Theres usually only one person and maybe a manager there. Also, sometimes they take just the file you need to print and other times they tell you to leave the USB there, which is annoying especially when you only need one color copy of a file printed or you dont feel comfortable leaving all your files with them. And I wouldnt recommend leaving it anyway, since there is so few staff there it seems like it would be easy to misplace since theyre always running around with all the extra orders they have to fill. Another thing, be prepared to drive in and check on your order if you decide to leave a file and they say theyll call you later to pick it up. Once time, I needed an order printed and they never called me to come pick it up. Finally, I went in three days after I left it and they told me the woman who took my order forgot to call me in. These things happen and all, but these things seem to happen a lot at this particular location. If youre getting something from the main part of the store, its great, fast, and convenient, but if youre dealing with the printing section you need to be patient.
