The staff here is always attentive. I wish they had more variety in cosmetics and bought more new releases but they do have a hood selected of skincare.

It was my first time at this Sephora location. I was planning to shop cosmetics at Bloomingdales but ended up here totally by chance. Grace was helping me. She was so friendly and attentive to the description of my skin and issues i was having- and recommended the right products, spent time to order items online for me that the store was out of stock and she also put together samples of her recommendations for my future consideration. I was so pleased w Grace’s service that I ended up giving a big hug when i left. It was one of my best shopping experiences. I rarely write feedback online but Grace deserves it!

I do not understand the bad reviews that have been placed on this store. I had the best customer service here! A young gentleman helped me pick the right products for my face, meaning shades and such, and also recommended products based on my wants. This is the FIRST Sephora I’ve been to where I didn’t need to wander around the store searching for help to just be pointed to a section of the store so that i could help myself. If i could give more stars, i would. Everyone was so polite and helpful!

Brand new beautiful store opening Friday 5/11/18. Loads of quality cosmetics and womens beauty products. They have a lot of very helpful and eager staff.

So i came here on a friday afternoon. Legit the best time to come for a little pampering. I got my whole fenty face put on. I am so happy that my favorite guy helped me. I got foundation, concealer, highlight And contour done in 30 mins and my face is glowing. Staff very helpful and they had all my things i needed in stock. It was amazing. Definitely my new sephora store. It is clean. Organized and classy. Free surface parking lot availaible in the mall.

Somewhat smaller Sephora - they dont carry certain products as a result, such as nail polish, etc. Convenient location in the center of the mall.

Horrible customer experience. Asked someone for help and the lady who helped me had a negative tone. She made me feel uncomfortable by following me around the store as if I were stealing the merchandise. I left the store very upset and empty handed.
