The entire team that worked on my printing project was absolutely incredible. Emails and calls were responded to immediately. A very helpful showroom that allowed me to pick out exactly what I wanted. Being able to touch the Fabric and try things on was a huge selling point. Pricing was on point and the customer service from star to finish was even better. I am a business owner for 24 years and I find it extremely rare having such success working with a company that can accurately and precisely complete a unique project such as mine. Thank you!

I was originally quoted one price for a particular shirt, but received an Estimate with a higher price. They acknowledged the mistake but on the revised Estimate, the price was still higher than originally quoted. They also doubled the quantity of another model shirt I wanted in spite me advising them twice I only wanted one of that particular shirt. They also requested a deposit twice, after I already had provided my card information and authorization. They also wanted to charge me $35 setup fee to revise my logo that had been used by other companies for promotional materials, including embroidered logo shirts, which is what I was ordering from Design - n- Stitch. Throw in numerous back and forth emails, three inaccurate Estimates, bait and switch pricing / gouging and zero attention to detail, led to a horrible overall experience and huge waste of time.. and no shirts, in the end.

Words can not describe how amazing this place is. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Kevin, who helped me with my order was phenomenal. He took the time and effort to help me create a design for the custom sweatshirt I wanted to purchase. He gave me great advise and guidance with the purchase. They are the best. Granted you have to wait 2 weeks for orders but its just a testament to the quality and craftsmanship. Tons of clothing options and endless possibilities with design and layout. I love that I was able to pop in to make adjustments with the designer one on one. Nice and efficient workshop and great staff.

We had previously ordered with another company which left us uneasy and un-trusting with custom shirts and John worked through it in the best way. Zero Stars. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I called 3 different shops with questions that were answered kindly and with ease. I called this shop and was told one thing, hood was handed off randomly and Then I was rudely spoken to for the wrong quotes I was given. When I asked him if he could please give me the accurate quotes since I was given false ones, he didn’t understand and blamed me for the wrong information. Very rude unprofessional staff. Will never work with this place.

It has been a wonderful experience working with the team at Design N Stitch. I searched online for local embroiderers and I have been very satisfied with their customer service and dedication to turning around a great product. We wanted our company logo on baby clothing and they were priced very competitively, did quality embroidery and with a fast turn around. I will be using Design N Stitch again for all our other embroidery needs.

I called this place looking for somewhere to take liners for easter baskets to be embroidered. These guys here were so helpful, friendly, and professional. I love that they are a family business. I went in Kevin went through all the fonts, colors everything came out great, so patient didnt rush or pressure me at all. They prices were very affordable and I love that they are local, would prefer to give my business here than a big box shop. Will use them for any and all printing and embroidering needs in the future :)

Phenomenal staff were very flexible with a very complicated custom order. They not only reassured me that it would be completed in a very fast time, but even rendered a few last minute designs from scratch. The quality was top notch, very affordable, and I was thoroughly pleased with their service. I will definitely use Design-N-Stitch from now on!

All I can say is THANK YOU!!! Everyone at Design-N-Stitch was amazing and were helpful throughout the entire process of making jackets for the emergency department at St. Josephs Medical Center. This process took a few months and consisted of many revisions (it was not an easy job). However Jackie and the entire team always responded with a smile, suggestions and a we will make it happen attitude.They were prompt in their responses, the prices were extremely competitive (read: better) compared to others in the area, and the finished products looked FANTASTIC. We have been getting asked by many other departments where these jackets were made.I personally will return to them with any embroidery work in the future and recommend them to anyone without any hesitations or stipulation.Thank you guys again.

I LOVE Design N Stitch. They were very helpful and professional when they printed shirts and bags for my Girl Scout Troop. The girls absolutely loved them and they came out perfect!! Would highly recommend them!

Wow. I am seriously impressed. The folks at this business went out of their way to help me and should give lessons on customer service. I walked in (out of the blue) with an unusual request and Kevin dropped what he was doing and treated me and my small project like it was the highlight of his day. He guided me through font and color selection, offered tips and gave me all the pros and cons...he was very forthcoming and upfront about the possible outcomes. And, the price was soooo low that doing it had to be a labor of love for him, because Im convinced it wasnt worth his time to do it. I had the finished product in a few short days. What did he do? Embroidered my initials on a leather tote I picked up on sale at the NM Last Call outlet for a song. Im so pleased!Thats right he took my crazy idea and made it real, so now I have a one-of-a kind leather bag for peanuts. Hmm, I wonder what else would look sensational with embroidery on it?Oh, Kevin...got a minute?

Great staff and great work

As others before me have said, their work is horrible. I ordered a batch of tees and hoodies and the prints were faded. I took it back to them and said do you seriously expect me to sell this, and they would not take them back. I ended up throwing close to $1000 out the window because of these guys. If your looking for a screen printing place please go somewhere else if you want quality work.

These guys are the best! Shirts are always great quality and they are easy to work with! I have ordered very small quantities and they dont complain!

Had a friend who went to get his stuff screen printed there, and it turned out horrible. They honestly do not know how to print, I can iron on logos better than they can screen print.

Their prints are garbage, I ordered white ink on black hoodies and the entire print was faded.

They do not know how to screen print, end of story. Had a horrible experience with them and they will never get my business again.
