I had a table top piece of glass made by them and they did a fantastic job with the rounded corners and edge. 5 stars and very friendly. Highly recommended

If there were NO STARS, that is what this business should be rated. For about a month, I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to have my mirrors installed. Jim, the owner, doesnt seem to have a handle on his workers because he doesnt know their schedule. He schedules an installation, but on two occasions, the installers never show up.This company may have served other customers well; however, in my case, they failed miserably.

Have been patronizing this place since we rented Enze, the father, the space on main Street back in the 70s. Followed the son to Zabriskie place. Have been overcharged ever since. On my last order for a custom piece of glass he promised it for the next day. 2 days later I came by and it wasnt done. His employee said to come back tomorrow which was a Saturday and they would be open 9:30 to 1:00. Went there at 10. Found all his keys in the front door, unlocked. Left 2 voicemails and when nobody responded I left word where I was going to hide the keys for him. No response over weekend. When I called him on the following Monday expecting at least a thank you, he blew me off with something like, what do you expect - blood?

Its month what of this pandemic and these guys still refuse to wear a mask?
