Prefer this store to the one in Pal Park. Older (circa 1960s) but has larger selection and can usually find everything I want. Dairy and bakery are also better here.

The location is great, plenty of parking, clean, usually stocked up well. Great bakery dept, cheese section, deli, flower dept which also carries helium balloons to fill on spot for most occasions. We save alot of money shopping here. Staff will open up new lines in order to keep things flowing quickly.

Love how it’s always clean, I wish they would be more on top of the recalls rather than wait for you to be a checkout for it to inform you that the item is recalled. Staff is usually friendly, usually walking around but not always found. I love how they have a decent sized Goya isle, i wish they would have a bit more things so I wouldn’t have to make so many different grocery store trips in one day... but ah least they have the options they do offer.This location has a great amount of cleaning supplies in these times that’s a huge shocker!! Totally grateful for that!!

This Shoprite is pretty decent. Most of the time the produce is fresh & lasts a decent amount of time at home. Always lots of variety & good sales. Fresh seafood & breads which I appreciate. Carts are always cleared from the parking lot which is awesome. Can get crowded depending on time you go.

ShopRite has everything Walmart doesnt, if you cant find it at Walmart check ShopRite.

They pay their employees too low when it comes to a starting rate, 14 is the highest thats absolutely pathetic especially for Jersey and they hire too many losers who go there just so they can get away with whatever.There was a worker who is a smoker and was too lazy to walk to the designated smoking area and I had to report him even customer service didnt want to get involved, I went all the way up to the store manager!It has also a pricier low end supermarket too. They even loss their pharmacy, it is really sad what it has become.

I only go here b/c its convenient.. really, thats all. Its below average in the cleanliness department.

Every time I walk by the Shop From Home department I hear a woman screaming at the other workers. I was so disturbed by this I asked an employee at the customer service counter what the woman’s name was. They said that her name is Linda and she’s the manager of Shop from Home. I was very surprised to hear that she is a manager. Almost every time I visit the store I hear her yelling (I am hard of hearing so if I can hear her yelling by the chips she is being extremely loud) and being nasty to the other employees. She is very unprofessional and no one should be screamed at when they are just trying to do their jobs. My heart goes out to these employees. No one should have to deal with that behavior. I’ve spoken to the store managers multiple times about this but every time I go near that room I still hear her. I think I’m going to switch to Aldi even though this store is closer to my home. I just can’t keep giving money to a store that tolerates this bullying.

Most disorganized Deli Dep. People working behind counter doing whatever. One person calling next customer when Im holding a ticket waiting for my # to be called. Dont come on a Sunday cause youll wait forever. Theres no one in charge.

I have been using their online shopping for years with very few complaints. Everyone working there is courteous and hard working.

This ShopRite is fantastic! Except, they are the only ones in Bergen county when you do ShopRite from home curbside pickup, they do not put the groceries in your car. They said theyre not allowed to because of covid. But every other ShopRite in Bergen county that has curbside pickup puts it right into the customers car. Why they dont, I have no clue. Its very frustrating because they are closest to me and I would do curbside pickup there, but because of that, I will not.

Pretty good shop rite, massive selection of goods in store, cashier was uptight- apparently one shopper cart per day, meaning you can’t let your friend use your shopper card- very odd!Get the app, tons of digital coupons!

I like shoprites cleanliness, well stock location. But I find some of the customers to be rude and entitled and some of the workers to be unfriendly and COLD. Today one of the workers lack patience with my Mom who is a Senior. I helped packed bags just to lend her a hand. The cashier didnt say Thank you. I think I will take a break from shopping here.

Filomena was so rude to me today! I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but she should’ve stayed home if she didn’t want to be there. She threw my groceries in the cart and didn’t even care. Such a nasty attitude. Will never shop here again and I do not recommend.

I stop by to get an uber card and we didnt notice the card was used. The girl from the register sent me to customer service. They made a big issue because they dont have the correct time on the register. The manager made me look like a thief . But I told him take a look at the camera and lets go talk to the lady on the register which I proof him wring. He is the biggest asso thats not customer service. Please fire this guy. This shoprite is very good. But mass transit is a problem in this area. If you have a car you are good. The lines are ok. Its best to go at night.

Well stocked and the store wasnt letting too many people into the store at the same time during this pandemic. Everyone had to wear masks most were wearing gloves as well... which was appreciated. Really enjoyed shopping there and felt safe doing so. I am from NYC and liked the spaciousness of the NJ store!

Where are they hiding the address, and hours. I like the store, but the cash tunnels in this tore are backwards. You must pack off your shopping cart to the conveyor, then you scan your items, and then pack them in your bags. This method waists too much time, and basically on a busy day would hold up the lines because they do it backwards. BACKWARDS! You should be able to pack off your cart. The items directly to the scanner, and then to the conveyor to then pack your bags. Thats the way it should work, but they as noted above did it backwards. The store is OK otherwise. I can buy many things there in the Hackensack store that I cant buy in my local Shop Rite where we have the properly designed Scan tunnels.

On my house for 10 years never had a roach went shopping here found two roaches the next day cant prove that it came from there but I will never shop there again

Always a pleasant experience. When ShopRite has sales, the sales are usually deep discounts.

Pricing is competitive, good product diversity but no disinfecting wipes, no hand soap, etc. Customer service on the cashier, stocking employee level is poor. Always has been. I go back for the pricing and try to ignore the poor service.

I was in the section where they sell cold meats, I do not speak much English because I have been here for a short time, I asked the woman something and she knew that I did not understand, there was a man there who did speak Spanish, but they did not help me that bad service Bitter people, I never want to come back!

While I like this Shoprite the meats (chicken) could look better and most things are .20 to .30 more than other Shoprites

Online shopping is horrible at this location...I received produce that were partially spoiled...several items missing from my order...and items crushed together in bags...Over $12 for shopping and delivery fee, you guys can do a lot better than this!

Fresh pet refrigerator most of the time the treats are rotten. This is the second time for me. I will never buy treats for my dogs in this place again. The manager should be able to check this and make sure the food is fresh. No excuses!!!!!!

This store performs very poorly in deliveries, often omitting significant parts of the orders. This makes the delivery fee comparatively more expensive per item. I will be sending my business to Costco instead.

They have everything if you can find it. Store is clean and the staff is usually friendly but this store need a complete overhaul with how shelves and items are setup. I have find myself going all over because items that are usually group together can be in opposite ends.Their vegetable selection works for every kind of diet and their meats are always good.

I have been visiting this store for a while and of course as most have, its gone a little downhill since Covid. Product selection isnt what it used to be and have even seen moldy product ( pre packed apples, hawaiian rolls) on shelves. Again it seems that the pandemic hurt grocery stores more than walmart which is ridiculous because i would much rather visit her than any walmart

Went to the supermarket for the first time since the pandemic and it was clean, everything was fresh. I also got help from a wonderful employee Deborah who assisted me with finding what I was looking for.

Its a standard grocery store. The prices are pretty affordable, and theres a decent selection. The quality is also good here. It can be kind of tight in some areas, but otherwise its a very easy store to navigate.

I bought beef loin boneless sirloin steaks for dinner. I left them in the refrigerator overnight. On next day when I opened it, steak turned light brown and had black dots on the steak. It was rotten and could not have them for dinner. The other day, I bought a pack of bacon for my breakfast and it was few days expired. They refunded for steaks but I wont go back to this place.

Love their sales!!! I also like that they have a separate snack section in the back corner of the store. I dont feel guilty for going straight there if thats what I want at the moment. 😁 But, please start hiring faster cashiers. Theres usually a hold up at the registers when some customers have the wrong item or got the wrong price for it. A tad annoying. I know thats not the cashiers fault but they seem to need training like a manager in order to handle that type of situation faster for the rest of the customers waiting in that line.
