I came to the store to return a defective Graceful PM I purchased from DC, I wasnt able to inspect it at the time of purchase since they were about to close. I came in the store at Riverside and was helped by Jonathan, he greeted and welcomed me to the store, and showed him the bag and told him why. He was so nice and friendly. He also took my number so he can messaged me whenever a new one comes in and he did! So I finally have this bag and iso in love with this!!
Had an amazing experience in the store getting my birthday present. Chae, my SA was super helpful and patient in securing me my dream bag! Would highly recommend both the store and SA.

Went there the saturday before Cristmas, we had to wait over 45 minutes to enter but it was worth the wait. The sales people are very professional. The only complain was the security at the door. (Very stupid question, what do you want?) That is not a way to welcome a very good customer.
I went to exchange a bag that was sold to me with defects but I did not notice until I was packing for my trip. Rep was rude and immediately I saw the satisfaction in her saying no. She did not even give me the option to have it repaired or anything. Reading the previous comments seems like Louis Vuitton does not care about their employees interactions with customers. As a consumer I am there for the product and service not their moody attitude. By far the worst LV store I have ever gone too.
My wife and I were looking at a bag she likes. Before we got inside the store, a lady asked if we were there to shop. duh. What were we supposed to do there? And then my wife was ready to purchase the bag and was checking any imperfections or issues and then suddenly the SA pulled out her phone and started texting in front of our face. So rude. And laughable. Theyre at the customers mercy and not the other way around especially during the pandemic. They should be thankful that people are still willing to spend and buy their items. We immediately left and just ordered the bag online. Pathetic service.

I have been to this store 3 times, and have always been treated with respect. I am a brown person, and the first time I went in, I was in my dirty work clothes. The salespeople were extremely helpful, regardless of me looking like a bum. they were knowledgeable, and helped me get exactly what I want.
Caroline was our SA and she was wonderful. I prefer this location over the GSP and even NYC locations. There is a great selection of inventory and Caroline knew quite a bit about each line, sizes, prints, materials used, and which pieces were limited edition pieces. She offered us bottled water, in addition to providing us with some really nice fragrance samples with our nicely wrapped purchases.

I was totally prepared to drop some $$ for a bag I had been eyeing for months, but the salespeople totally turned me off from this place. I had just come from working out and I felt like the staff was sizing me up and just dismissed me. They weren’t welcoming at all which is the bare minimum for a four digit purchase in my opinion. I ended up leaving and turned off from the brand altogether. Only reason not one star is because their stock seemed pretty good compared to other LV stores. No thanks LV, you’re not the only luxury brand in town and just lost a customer.
I thought my experience at this store was nothing short of lovely. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and they went out of their way to get me something that was not available in store. I was delighted to be served delicious coffee while I was shown some options regarding bags. I left with a beautiful new handbag and a great wallet to match. I was helped by an associate and the store manager was also involved. I highly recommend this location, as they were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
This store has the WORST customer service ever. The sales associate - SARA- and the Asian woman who is the manager should go into a different line of work. They were not knowledgeable about the product and why it was experiencing a problem after the $850 price tag and tried to blow off the entire situation. After demanding that I speak to someone in a customer service position, they took a few pictures to be send off and said they would get back to me within 7 business days. Almost 3 weeks later, I am calling them. Now Sara as a total brain lapse and I am on hold between two calls for a total of 16 minutes. Now I am totally disgusted and decided I should just be thankful they do not work for me. TOTALLY IDIOTS!! Louis Vuitton, certainly you can afford to train and hire better. I had to give the experience one star or it would not post. Actually I was hoping to give a minus star but it wasnt possible.
Store hours are published as closing at 9pm. It is 8:38 pm. There are several employees in the store who will not open the door after I rushed here from work to make it before 9 pm.

I received a present from my sister last week. She got me the speedy mono 35 handbag from the riverside mall. When I first got it I saw a little mark from the inside of the bag, but my sister said it is not that visible so just forget about it.... but the light little dark and few days later in the morning I have noticed the mark was being so visible. I have only wore it once and it was the day that when i just got it; that night for like not even 5 hrs.Within not even a week, Tuesday 8/15/2014 (2:35pm) I have gone to the store back with all the receipts and in good condition. The worker their name EUNICE (KUMSONG) OH; later realized that she have work there for almost an year, but as a same Korean. She was speaking in Korean and as a same race, I think she should be more nice and kind to customer but was very rude. She stands as SERVICE ASSOCIATE but, she literally cut all the words that I was trying to explain to her about what happened. Also the a man that who stands as store manager was being racist. I could feel it and the workers when they were touching my bag. DIDNT EVEN WORE GLOVES. After visiting, there the bag on the handle got a leather scratched mark. I wouldnt of been better if i havent gone there. REGRET IT.Their attitude and all they saying are NO, replies and reviews are ALL negative No. I have never said to them that I was going to return or exchange it, I just wanted to know if they could take it to remove the stain. I dont know what they think of me (or to all the other customer.)The lady takes the bag with her inside and treats my bag as if it hers?! I totally understand that Its not hers and I would just wont her to take easy and handle things more carefully. She also gives look to customers . Its not first time purchasing it there.,I purchased often and a lot in Louis Vuitton. but I really will be appreciated want to say that the workers bring down the quality of the high brand. After that incident, dont think the Louis Vuitton has that much of quality as before. I personally think the attitude and mind set of workers are very important. I would never specially shop there and even get Louis Vuitton anymore. Have no more interest in it.
Horrible service and received it as a gift, so went in to exchange for a larger bag (upgrade) and not only wouldnt they do it - the salesperson didnt even bother to put it back in the box properly. When I questioned the policy explaining that it was a gift and I had only just received it - she advised me that I could try selling it on EBAY. REALLY??? You buy a $1200 bag, want to spend another $500 to upgrade and the store recommendation is to sell it on EBAY. INSANE!
This store is WAY more better than what they have in Garden State Plaza. All the Sales Associate here are nice and will treat you nicely, unlike in GSP. Visited there once and will never step a foot again. Skip the LV in Garden State and proceed here or NYC.
Vuitton at riverside is wonderful. The sales people are so helpful and will go to great lengths to help you find/order everything you are looking for. Always a great experience!

It says they close at 9 o’clock but they really close at 8:30. When here to buy my wife a purse for Christmas in clothes that I was working around the house in and nobody wanted to help me because they probably thought I had no money. Went down the hall to Ferragamo And spent $5000. Their loss.
Wanted to exchange a purse which I paid $2300 for a duffel bag that was $1800 and they wouldnt give me the rest on a gift card they said they will only do even trade. Then they told me the key on the bag had a scratch that they cant switch it and I had bought the bag 2 days ago. The worst customer service ever they need new staff to work and be respectful. I would never shop from this store ever.

This LV store the service is terrible and people who work there are racists. I was so angry how they treated me. So rude and seems very bothered by you if you ask them for help. I asked this guy to show me a larger size bag which was not on the showcase at that time, and he didnt even bother to check it for me instead he just lied that the LV doesnt make larger size.. He must thought that I was pretty stupid or something. One of my friend asked if she could exchange a wallet she bought 31days ago, never been used. And they said no because the machine cannot read the receipt passed 30days. LOL Did their machine come from cave age?? They could just say the policy is within 30days. There is no need to make up a stupid story. I am never going back to that store again. Ive never seen a LV store treats customer that way.
Went in to ask about repairing a bag and this male manager who is very tall was helping me. He gave me a different price than the one I got from GSP LV store so I asked if he could call them and confirm and he flat out said no. They dont pick up their calls. Nice to diss your own brand customer service. And so rude. Reading the reviews here they really do seem like they need new SAs and definitely under new management. You would never get this type of service at Chanel. They need to learn.

I purchased an LV tote from another store (out of state) as a surprise for my wife. My wife wanted to exchange it for a larger tote, but when we asked to exchange, the sales associate claimed the bag was used and damaged. I failed to appreciate any amount of damage in the purse, as it was LITERALLY brand new. I asked to speak to the operations manager, Kimberly Thurman-Rivera who was equally unhelpful and told me I needed to take it up with the out-of-state LV store and there was nothing they could do for me as the tote hadsigns of wear. My wife and I were made to feel like criminals for attempting to exchange what was, in fact, a brand new LV tote and this one store successfully turned what should have been a pleasurable experience into a nightmare. We subsequently went to a different LV store where we were treated properly and successfully exchanged the tote without any drama. If you are looking for an LV store with some customer service, dont go to this location.
