This is my local Tumi store. Last time I visited, I had an unpleasant experience with the customer associate. I came in again last week for help with an issue with my suitcase, and Alex was incredibly helpful and also very polite and personable. It was definitely a good experience at this store this time!

Really nice movie theater, but you need to get tickets in advance. The actual viewing rooms are really small, some of them like 30 seats. Seats are assigned to every ticket. Other than that its a really good experience

Went in a few weeks ago with every intent to purchase a full set of Luggage for the family. While the quality of the Luggage was good, the customer service for this store was horribly lacking. For a small store, I didnt meet with any associates for a good 10-15 minutes. It caused me to walk out, go over to Bloomingdales and buy the Merge Luggage Collection AND get 3x the points. I will not be recommending this store.

Lisa helped me pick out a great matching set for my disabled mother. Very kind and attentive staff. I definitely love that they can repair the hardware in store free of charge!

Will never purchased from this location. Order a mans Wallet 2 week ago and I have not received . The person who took the order put the wrong location and that couse a delay now I will have to posible wait another day or so if I’m lucky. Not happy be careful when placing an order. Their staff are not train properly and their give you the wrong item as well.

Just went inside to browse with my daughter n wife. Was greeted by an older lady who was very sweet

The best service in the area and it’s well stocked, if you don’t see it in the display ask they have a large storage on site. I brought my luggage for repair and everything went as scheduled.
