Bought a dash cam with the intention to self-install, but decided against it. Mike at Exoticustom looked over our equipment and was able to schedule us within a day or two of seeing him. Installation happened while I waited, and everything was clean with no exposed wires and no damage to the interior of the Jeep. Very reasonable hourly rates, very professional staff. Will absolutely return for any future jobs.

Stopped in with my 2008 Lexus with an Aux channel that didnt work for 5 years. This is where you plug in to stream from your phone. Mike the owner was considerate and helpful and suggested I purchase a new cord to try vs going to Lexus for a new plug which he would have to install and maybe not even be the problem. I plugged in the cord and presto! It worked. Go to this place.

Dan did a professional installation of a car star stereo and backup camera that was no more expensive than the big chains. He is very friendly and full of information. If youre in a hurry, you may need to pin down a date, but since Dan and I were both easygoing, it took a while. Go here and not to the big chains.

I have had a few cars done at exoticustom INC now. Each time when I spoke to either one of the partners the service has been excellent they know what theyre doing.They are very neat and respectful of your vehicle. I have to admit when I brought them a Shelby GT350 I was still just a bit concerned letting the car out of my sight. Even when I take it to the dealer I keep an eye on it while its being worked on. But knowing I brought it to these guys it was handled in a very professional manner and everything came out great. Even when I asked for a installation a bit out of the ordinary they came up with ingenious and resourceful ways to get the job done. I would say it would be very difficult to go wrong with these guys. They can take an old car and update the electronics so that you feel like youre driving a new car without the new car cost and depreciation. My daughter has a 2004 Dodge Stratus in excellent mechanical condition. She wanted to buy a newer car for all of the modern conveniences. Bluetooth connectivity to her phone and music streaming was important to her. Needless to say they updated the car and it was Pennies on the dollar to getting a newer model with those options. They listen to what you need and want out of your car and come up with engenius strategies to make everything work for you. And even if you have any concerns after the installation theyre right on top of it and would make anything right. I havent had any issues but its easy to tell these guys stand behind their work. If I could give them six stars I would. Kudos and thumbs up thanks guys!!
