I’m surprised to see such good reviews here. Maybe I came on a bad day, but the outside of this place is beat up and run down. Either way I gave it the benefit of the doubt - I went inside and it was pretty empty. There was no line, but 3 employees passed by me and didn’t say a thing. A gentlemen eventually asked if I was being helped. I asked for a couple of wheat everything bagels. He repeated the order back to me but still gave me the wrong bagels. Anyways when i got home to eat, the bagels were stale and tasted off. We all took one bite and threw it out. Like I said maybe this was just a bad day to visit this place, but nothing about it makes me want to go back. I’ll drive an extra 10 mins out to go another bagel place in mount olive. 2 stars cause the gentleman that took my order was friendly.

This place has the most delicious beagles theyre chewy but light and airy at the same time not heavy like a brick.. never had a bad experience here

I called in my order in advance and just drove up for the pickup and pay. The order was correct and food was good AND everyone working there was happy. (That is not a common thing in todays work environment, so I was very pleased). Ill be back!

Stopped coming here for months because they kept getting my simple orders wrong. Went to lowes this morning with the wife and decided to try again and stop by to get some breakfast sandwiches, first time in about 3 months...yet again they got it wrong! Unless you want to pay money for something you didnt order, dont go here! Guess its my bad for continuing come here.

Good bagels, drive through is awesome. Hire some more people to reduce the wait time. 2 people wont cut it

Terrible service. I ordered several bagels to go with my omelettes based on what was available in the case. They never pulled the bagels out and as I was waiting other people ordered bagels to go. They gave away the plain bagels and therefore had none to go with my order. The food took a really long time and staff was rude.

The food takes a long time to come out, and the inside of the restaurant is outdated and overall not that nice. For mediocre food, it’s not worth it to come here in my opinion.

Woman refused to let me pay for a bagel with cream cheese with a credit card. She said $5.00 minimum. I explained thats not legal, and goes against her bank credit card agreement, she didnt care, she preferred to throw it away.

The 4 times i have been there, I have requested to have my bagel toasted, theyve acknowledged, but they never do it. At this point, Im pretty sure that they dont bother with it just to save on time - which also confounds me because it took 30 minutes for them to make my Gyro despite not being all that busy. This dude behind me had to wait probably about 10 of those minutes to pay for just a coffee. They are not run efficiently, and nor are they interested in running efficiently. I really hoped this place would get their act together since I love the Budd Lake Bagel in Budd Lake, so have sporadically given them chances throughout the year but they just dont improve. Nothing but frustration and disappointment. Will just go to the Wawa down the street from now on, or put the extra time into driving to the real Budd Lake Bagel.

Got 4 bagels here recently. 2 with cream cheese and 2 everything bagels with bacon, egg and cheese. The everything bagels had a weird, chemically taste to them. Couldn’t quite place what it was but both myself and the other person who ate them noticed it. The owner had zero personality and was even rude. When I forgot and added another bagel to my original order of 3 he said “Oh you remember now!”. He wasn’t wearing a mask even though it’s the law now and although he had gloves on he picked up and answered a cordless phone while spreading cream cheese on my bagel and then hung it up with the same pair of gloves on and continued making the rest of my order without even disinfecting or changing his gloves! Unacceptable...especially in these times with everything that is going on. First and last time. Shame on him and shame on me for not just walking out!

Great place to stop. Great coffee and kind service. Quick too and they have a drive-thru window. importantly everyone uses gloves while handling the food, also went to bathroom so clean

Hands down best bagels in the area. I go here a minimum 2 times a week and have never had any problems with the freshness of the food. The building is also well cleaned and the staff is always friendly.

Great bagels, probably the best in Warren county but inconsistency in order, received burned bagels when asked for toasted on 2 different occasions. The place is always busy, could probably use 2 more part timers, could use more quality local products instead of genetic dairy products.

I laughed when I saw the review stating that the bagels taste like dirty aquarium water, but i get it now... just got half a dozen bagels from here and they are terrible 🤮... no flavor except dirty water. I do NOT recommend.

And they always have a themed bagel for the current holiday. Today is St. Pattys day and they have green striped big fluffy bagels. Check it out and enjoy :)

Awful bagels. Stale and just not good at all.

My son and I come here as much as we can for breakfast. Everyone is very nice, they all come around from the counter and say hello to my 5 year old, they give kids a free cookie or mini bagel to take home the specialty sandwiches are great for lunch, my son cant eat eggs, every time we have ordered breakfast sandwiches they always remember to keep the egg off, we have never had any problems with our orders. Best breakfast place around even if you want to stay in and eat.

I occasionally stopped here until my latest visit. I asked for a bacon, egg and cheese with two eggs and extra bacon. I admit that i hadnt paid attention to the cost for extra meat on a sandwich. To my surprise it costs an additional $2.50. My sandwich went from $4.25 to $6.75. When i stepped up to the register to pay i was told it would cost $8.00.Charging $2.50 for two additional pieces of bacon is ridiculous. That still left a difference of $1.25 which doesnt workout unless tax has skyrocketed in the last 48 hours. Needless to say that is the last time i stop there.

We have been going to this bagel place for years. The past few visits weve made here have been terrible. We call our orders in and almost never get what we order. Today, we ordered a taylor ham, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel and when we got home, it was just egg and cheese. We ordered bacon, egg, and cheese on plain bagels and the bacon was BLACK! The manager told us our order was mistaken with a woman who likes black bacon. What an excuse! Would not recommend if you want well-cooked breakfast sandwiches.

So dissatisfied the last several times we have gone there something is wrong with the order. The bagels have a bleach taste not sure why. Today was it we ordered a dozen bagels with a container of cream cheese. They screwed up and overcharged us so they gave us a “muffin” stale muffin. Then we got home and no cream cheese. Will never go back!!

Although I use to like this bagel place, I no longer can say so. After this mornings visit I had to go back twice to correct my order. First time they completely swapped which bagel was on each of the two sandwiches I ordered. The second time they corrected the bagels, but put egg on the sandwich that was supposed to have no egg. After this I asked for a manager and requested my money back which the manager gave back one sandwich worth ($5) and remade the sandwich again. After all that the sandwich didnt even taste good and the overall quality of their bagels has gone majorly down hill. They were overpriced before but now their price is astronomical in comparison to the quality of the food and service they deliver. I will not be returning to this bagel shop in the future.

Crunchy on the outside and super soft on the inside.... perfection if you ask me.- Reasonable Pricing- YES, they sell a BAKERS dozen! 😭- coffee & hot chocolate- They sell sandwiches that come with a side of pototo salad, macaroni salad or coleslaw and a PICKLE!- GREAT breakfast sandwiches❣All around a great place, just past the WAWA in hackettstown on the left hand side!

I am pretty surprised to see the reviews up here so far! I walked in today to get a bacon, egg& cheese sandwhich on an everything bagel. It was delicious! The service was fast, the guy behing the counter was nice, I have no complaints on the service. The coffee was fresh and I thought the price was reasonable!Keep an open mind going in, I think the other reviews are due to the competitive nature of the other bagel shops and their loyal customers. This place def deserves a go, give it a try!

Went there for a sandwich . . . the bread was stale and the lettuce was brown. Made me question the freshness of the cold cuts. Disappointed that the employee would even sell a sandwich like that.
