He was very knowledgeable about my back issues and what type of mattress I would need. He was not pushy at all and showed me a good selection within my price range. This location is very clean and neat first off.The salesman John was excellent, knew his products very well. He is very honest and straight forward.We had checked out matresses online and other stores. Definitely get what you pay for. Ordering a matress online is such a gamble, you cannot lay down on it or even touch it, and who wants to ship a matress back.Buy local and be happy with your purchase.

My son and I were moving so I wanted to buy a mattress for my son. He found a whole bed that he loved. I saw a bed that was amazing. Joanne let us try out the mattresses and we had a blast. She gave me such a great deal, including pre-sale discounts, I bought them both. That was 1 1/2 years ago and I still recommend her as often as I can! Today I went to look at beds. I was greeted by Joan. She was very nice, knowledgeable, and down to earth ! To me some of the best traits an associate can have. She wasnt pushy and not intrested in only selling the most expensive bed. Rather she was more interested in what would work for you. I wont get my bed for a few days,per my request. Me and my boyfriend had a great experience working with Joanne at the Mansfield location. She was very friendly and gave us some great deals. If youre looking for a mattress, I would highly recommend working with Joanne at this particular store.

Never showed up for delivery. Never notified me. I paid $99.00 for delivery that never happened and it was supposed to be free. Also salesman was unaware of discount offered on the website and I paid more than I would have if I ordered online

Delivery company (Red Carpet, Woodland Park NJ) was awful. Came to deliver a mattress during a snowshower, but the two snowflake deliverymen refused to walk thru a couple inches if snow. Seriously? 3-4 inches of snow for about 40 feet. I believe they were just slugs looking to get out of honest work. Wound up hauling mattress and box spring myself with the help of my 100lb daughter. Mattressfirm needs to get rid of this clown act company.
