Hackettstown Flooring did an amazing job!! We got so many compliments already, and it has only been done for a week. They took up the dark brown tile that was cracked in so many spots, and laid down this new beautiful luxury vinyl flooring, that complements the kitchen so much better. They were professional and worked fast. So glad we went with them!

Everything is great.... until theres a problem. So...... Ive had 2 terrible encounters with Hackettstown Flooring. I wont go into the first issue, since that was 2017...(and I didnt write a review then because one bad experience should not define a company). I went back a second time because they are one of the few distributers of my favorite hardwood flooring companies (Wickham).On October 5th, I ordered 402 sq. ft. of a Wyckham floor. Time was of the essence, so I explained that I needed the floor installed within the next few weeks. Tracey (manager) said Wickham had my floor in stock and it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I reached out to Tracey and she said Wickham was experiencing distribution issues and would not be able to give her a definitive delivery date until November 20th. I told her I unfortunately needed to cancel my order and requested a refund of my $2,000 deposit. Tracey told me she could not give me my money back. I pressed her to allow me to cancel my order, so she called the owner, Gloria. Gloria told Tracey that I could not get my money back if the floor was already in production. Then Tracey and Gloria began to give me the run around. At one point, they said it was a distribution problem, but then it was a production problem. Bottom line, Gloria would not put her customer first. Please understand that I purchased $10,000 worth of hardwood floor from her in 2017 and she STILL would not give me the courtesy of allowing me to cancel this order.Any place of business is great, until theres an issue. If theres an issue at Hackettstown Flooring, they will not take the side of the customer. I promise you this.

I dont usually write reviews but after my incredible experience with Hackettstown Flooring I really wanted to share. Gloria was beyond patient and gracious with me in not only helping me change my order after I realized that my selection would look too dark, but she also helped me select the perfect carpet for my home. Their contract installers John and Greg did an amazing job and were very professional, courteous and respectful. The carpet looks absolutely stunning and I have received so many compliments already. I couldnt be happier. Thank you so much Gloria!!! If I could give you and Hackettstown Flooring 10 stars I would!!!!!

The staff was wonderful and very helpful, although we did not end up buying carpet from them we did buy the carpet pad and it was perfectly cut and ready when they said it would be. We would highly recommend Hackettstown Flooring.
