Just want to thank this company for not only having a very polite kind woman answering the phone, but also delivering as soon as they could even with all the snow making them backed up with orders. I ran out of oil and all the other company’s wouldn’t deliver for at LEAST a week even if I paid them more for an emergency delivery. People that I spoke with at other company’s could care less about my situation, very rude on the phone also. Hackettstown not only was one of the best prices, they were able to deliver to me today, a day and a half after I ordered .. I am soooo incredibly thankful 😊

Hackettstown oil Corp has been my sole oil delivery source for the last three years. Their service is dependable and online order method is easy and secure. No contract is required and I pay as I order by credit card. On the few occasions I have had to call the office, the staff have been professional and friendly, easily resolving any problem. We have been a customer of Hackettstown Oil for about 9 years. The office staff is always more then helpful and the ease of ordering on line makes it very convenient to place an oil order for delivery. Every delivery is always on time, if not a day early-delivery is never an issue. When we order, we are confident we will have our oil when promised! We recently placed an order on Saturday 1/12 and received our confirmation for a January 15 delivery-perfect. All set! We were beyond surprised to find a Hackettstown Oil delivery truck this AM (Sunday, 1/13)! Talk about service!! We had not mentioned any need for “emergency delivery” - we just placed our standard oil delivery order. To come out on a Sunday AM, less than 1 day after we placed our order, was truly above and beyond great service!! Great Service and Prices

Just called for my second order of oil with Hackettstown Oil. I was out of oil last month and they were able to come the next day, and I was very pleased with Melissas professional and friendly service, and recommendations. The oil technician that came out was terrific, made a note not to pull the truck up my driveway over our bridge, and could not be more pleadple. Great company, they actually do care about their clients needs.

Hi folks,Ive been a customer for several years; I havenever had any issues for pricing or delivery.Drivers are always friendly. I recall a few times when it was extremely cold and due to demand they pushed delivery out about 5 days; 2 days after I placed my order, I was pulling out of my driveway to purchase 10 gal. My wife and I are on a tight budget, as we are retired senior citizens. We didnt realize we had been over paying for our oil for over 10 years with our prior oil company. We made the switch to Hackettstown Oil in 2015 and we have been on automatic delivery with them since. They keep our home warm and let us sleep easy knowing we are going to be well taken care of! Never had any problems. Great price, deliver when they say they will, and being able to do everything online is great. I do wish they were a one stop shop and provided boiler service, but oh well. I especially like that they dont take any crap from the few customers who were angry that they wouldnt bend over backwards for them.

Came two days early which was GREAT for me. Their website is easy to manage and order. I know they sponsor local sport teams which is a great thing to see.

This is only the 2nd time using them, but I am so impressed! 1st delivery, quick simple no problems. Then we ran out of oil because I forgot to check! In the middle of the polar votex!! I left a panicked message on a Friday because I wasnt due to get my oil until Monday and they called back right away - super friendly and said they would come tomorrow on a Saturday!! And she told me what to do until then. would absolutely recommend!!!

Horrible customer service.

This is not a recommendation of your products rather a compliment and thank you for the driver of the Califon (Trimmer Road route). As he was passing me I stopped and leaned over to get my breath, I have severe COPD He stopped and asked if I was OK. He seamed very concerned that I may have been having some sort of episode.I thanked him for his concern but it just didnt seem like that was enough. 3 year customer, I highly recommend, Great company, prices are always the lowest in my area, online ordering is easy+discounted price per gallon when you order online. I was low on fuel this weekend and though i was going to run out due to the cold weather and the high consumption of fuel this month. I placed an order about 1:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday and was quoted a delivery date the following Tuesday. Usual a 2 buisness day delivery quote everytime i order and they never go past quoted day even during the cold season when demand is high but this time i got home 2 hours after placing the order and there was an oil truck in my driveway filling my tank. Now thats GREAT SERVICE. Thanks for being a company i can depend on.

Probably one of the worst in customer service. Paid the extra $25 for Next Business Day delivery. I called to see where my delivery was as I ran out of oil and my family was getting cold, the customer service representative couldnt even tell me if I was getting my oil today or not. She stated they set the schedules when I leave and when I return to work the next day the delivery trucks are already in route with no definitive schedules.They lost my Business!!!!

The only complaint I have about this company is it hasnt been until recently theyve begun servicing my hometown of Branchville. My husband and I have been admiring their shiny trucks all over Newton everyday and hearing nothing but good buzz about Hackettstown Oil. Weve been watching their prices and thier billboards tell it like it is. LOWEST PRICES! :-) We ordered Monday on their website, after speaking to a very nice lady in their office that was glad to answer a few quick questions. Their driver Bryan came and delivered my fuel today, within two business days as promised. I have to add he was just as nice as the young lady in the office. Spreading the word in the neighborhood, and as for this house, Hackettstown Oil has got our business!
