They will try and scam you

Interviewed here with a guy named Ahmad.Middle of the interview, by then I knew he wasnt going to let me in, he asked my name again Is that Indian? Then he said see I want someone whos good with people... implying that I wouldnt be, because Im Indian. I dont have an accent, I used to be a teacher, Captain of my basketball team, daily gym rat..now a project lead with several people reporting to me...Im glad I didnt get hired because I went on to get a 6 figure salary that following year.But my point, youre racist. You shouldnt be working with people yourself.Few weeks later I went in dressed up in workout clothes and he didnt even recognize me. Until the very end when I was checking out and asked me have we spoken before? I was in shock that the dude has no skill with people himself.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rob, the manager, is beyond unprofessional and has no customer service skills. I spend hundreds of dollars a month at GNC and when I tried to exchange an item for a different flavor without a receipt, he said theres nothing he can do and that being a member doesnt matter. He then called the franchise owner, Ahmad, who told him to give me half the price I paid towards the exchange (they can look in the system and see exactly how much I paid for it since I bought the product only 6 days ago). Ive exchanged items without a recipe before at other GNCs without any issues (supposed to be one of the benefits of being a member). He also didnt know his store number as the manager. Save your time and go to the GNC in Rockaway or Roxbury. Or just go to Vitamin Shoppe. Maybe if they respected their customers their shelves would be full...

Good service friendly staff

Always have what I am looking for.

The Internet says this store opens at 0900 and their sign says 0930. But the girl who was suppose to open the store at 0930 was 5 minutes late and just walked in, locked the door behind her. When she saw that I tried to open the locked door, she went right on with her business. She didnt officially unlock the door until 0940 and when myself and the other patron walked in she didnt greet us at all. So unprofessional. Im going to order online from now on.

Alot of nutritional supplements but overpriced.
