First and foremost my husband and I think the world of Carlos! He always friendly and helpful with all of our storage needs. The facility is clean and safe. Entrance and exit is convenient and parking is always available. All around great facility.

An excellent experience, from the first phone call with Carlos to the filling of the unit. He gave me correct information about every aspect, answered all questions thoroughly & efficiently. The final contract was explained in full and the phone quoted prices remained true. He went the extra mile in not just showing the unit but demonstrating all aspects of entry, security and exit. The facility is kept very, very clean, the grounds are well maintained and the equipment is in good condition. I can not recommend this site highly enough!

This facility is kept spotlessly clean. The climate control is flawless and I have been in multiple units on multiple floors for almost a decade. Just rented a storage unit and it was so uneventfully from start to finish ! I had spoken with Neil on a few occasions prior and he was so helpful and very understanding of all my questions . Today I met Carlos again so helpfully and walked me through the whole process . Very informative with good customer relations . I’d give them 5 stars . Also the facility was very clean and well secured .

Extra Storage Space is great but Renters BeAware of Rent-A-Wreck around the corner plus the Dover & Chester Rent-A-Wrecks locations. Rent-A-Wreck scammed us out of free miles and our deposit by charging us several hundred dollars for miles before we took out the rental truck. When we returned the rental truck, they fraudulently recharged us again for several hundred dollars, then discounted us for some free miles. When we filed us a dispute, they generated a fake invoice, falsely accused us that the original invoice was not the one they gave us, falsely accusing us of causing damage to the rental truck when there is nothing to indicate on our receipt that we did any damage. Scammers, Liars, Fraudsters!!

I have used this storage unit before and wouldn’t go any place else again! I was referred there by a well known retailer from New York City who had several boutiques in the area and stored her merchandise there.I like the location,climate control, music playing, even added a bathroom inside for the convenience of there customers!Some units are a little well worn- like my new one, but they are responsive to your needs and will fix what needs to be done within reason. It really is a beautiful place for discriminating collectors who want a safe place to go at any time. Highly recommended.

The building is very clean and well-maintained. The units are also monitored which provides me with a measure of reassurance.The customer support is also second to none. Carlos is knowledgeable about all company policies and procedures, and does an excellent job clearly and patiently answering all questions.Without even asking, he gave me a brief tour of the facility as I reacquainted myself with unit location. On another occasion, he volunteered to help me carry a number of boxes, newsprint packing paper, and other items to the car.His friendly and courteous demeanor also had an impact on my young son who said out loud, Hes very nice. This place is great! Chris really took his time with me to make sure I rented the right unit for my needs. He answered all my questions, and even gave me pointers on using storage effectively. The facility is clean, well lit, and easily accessible. The staff keep a careful eye on things. I accidentally locked my unit door in the open position - the door was closed, but not actually locked. I received a phone call from Carlos 5 minutes after I left, and he told me he would keep an eye on my unit until I could get back and fix it. Everything about this place is designed to make sure I get the best experience out of temporarily storing my stuff. These guys are pros!
