The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I went in there with my three friends and we went to the beauty isle. I needed to get nail polish and one of my friends wanted to look at the nails. After about 5 minutes in that section, the lady that worked there came out of nowhere and said “are you going to buy anything, because you can’t just be looking around. I responded by saying “we’re leaving now”. I then put the nail polish back and was heading out when all the sudden the lady said in a rude and disrespectful way “didn’t you have something in your hand” I said no and then she kept interrogated me. So I just walked out. I do not know the lady’s name but I feel that she deserves to be FIRED! This is not the first time she has treated me this way. If you don’t mind rude people then this is the place for you.

Its a convenient location downtown but thats about it. Its expensive and the store is dirty.

Not sure if Joan is having a bad day, tired of her job or maybe just does not like people of color. She lacks basic customer service skills. There was no how are you today or an apology or having us wait when no one was at the register. And even when she finally got behind the cash register there was no nothing and not even a hello. Just a very bland and bitter person. Maybe she can use a pinch of salt.

I agree with everyone on here that first of all; Shane is a national treasure. No joke; he is on a very short list of things I genuinely would miss about Haddonfield if I moved away. That said, I think the rest of the staff also puts up with a *lot* from the people of haddonfield on an hourly basis- based on what my wife and i have personally happened to witness in our last 2 years here; I think everyone working there deserves 5 stars.

Previously, we had a lot of trouble having prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. However, a year or more ago some of the staff changed and since then the pharmacy is a great— the pharmacists and staff are helpful and informative, recurring medications are stocked, and everyone is friendly and pro-actively offers solutions when needed. I’m very grateful to the CVS Haddonfield pharmacy staff.

Great pharmacy right from the doctor we get are persciptions though talking about the other half (the products)they never have anthing tin stock

I had a great experience at the CVS Pharmacy in Haddonfield today. The pharmacists were very helpful- the filled my prescription with ease and even made sure I was getting to best deal on what MedExpress prescribed for me. Overall awesome experience thanks to the staff.

Really thankful we have the CVS in our town. You can find almost anything you really need, last minute there. I was able to get posterboard for my sons project at 9 PM at night when he told me he needed it. Staples was closed. Also I was able to get my daughter Mucinex D behind the counter when every other pharmacy had already closed at target and Costco by 7 PM

Wouldnt return something I bought two days earlier even with an electronic receipt. Had to call corporate office to get them to straighten it out. I shop there 5 times a week so its unacceptable.

Went to this CVS 4 times to fill a prescription. Each time they said they didnt have it in stock and would order it for me, nobody had a reason why it could be filled. This place is a joke
