This is a small, old store in town. It’s easy to shop at. The employees are extremely friendly. They have many regular customers.

This is my favorite grocery store. Reason why.. Customer service is extremely friendly and helpful. Even though I wish the store would go through an upgrade and get self checkout. Have more registers open when it’s busy .

Friendly, helpful staff, sensible easy to find layout of products. Good prices not crowded. Like a gem tucked in the a hidden corner of Haddonfield .

I love this Acme. It has a small town feel for sure. It’s literally right in the middle of a neighborhood & abuts a main-street through a walkable town which gives it an old fashioned vibe. Its perfect for my elderly mother who feels overwhelmed in the huge overly mobbed stores. The employees are considerate, friendly & extremely helpful ! The store is clean & well stocked. The only downside is they don’t carry some of my regular items, which aren’t the norm (like coconut sugar ) & have limited organics (but improving) so I do have to find those elsewhere but I do most of my shopping here. I hope Acme never closes this sweet little store.

Im not a huge fan of Acme, in general, but this one very close to my house and more convenient than going to a big grocery store. This Acme is very small with just the basics, but its nice and well kept. The staff is always friendly. It always smells strongly of fried food, so I try to keep my trip quick so my clothes dont pick up the smell.

To high never had main items prices are ridiculous sad only shop cakes,pie,cookies,flowers,rest high prices bag onion charge $5 over store bag a no more than $1or2 some items out dated check the dates and workers are not nice some of them are .not good market cant budget there no.

It is lowkey the best shopping experience around because although it is tight aisles and nearly cramped, they do have a smart layout, and hardly ever a line forms. Theyre just efficient and good.

I actually love this store mostly because of the amazing staff. They are so nice! Not the biggest selection but I can usually find what I need.

Small store, but they pack alot in. Bakery, deli and butcher are top notch. Well stocked, clean and friendly. It is small so the isles are tight.

Located in downtown Haddonfield in an old Quaker school. Space is limited inside, so good for the deli, bakery, hot foods, (I love their fresh made chicken pot pie.) And of course essential groceries. Staff is helpful.

This store is just awful. Its dirty and there are no sanitation procedures in place. The employees are rude and poorly trained. They walk around doing nothing, and there is essentially no management. Its convenient, and thats about it.

1.) Efficiency issue: Extremely long check-out wait due to inefficiency & understaffing — Please replace 2 habitually-unstaffed lanes with self check-out lanes!2.) Quality issue: Notoriously-subpar produce.

The Haddonfield Acme is a place I have been shopping for over 50 years. Its small, quirky and trying hard but its overpriced and out of stock. 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon and out of hoagies... The lady behind the counter smirked. Might be my last visit.

This ACME is actually very kempt and the staff is courteous. If you are used to places like Shoprite however, this is not that. Which is why the four stars (that and limited brands).If you are looking for great deals, clean isles, and friendly staff; this is the place to go.I have a Shoprite not five minutes from my house and am now going to drive the fifteen to get to this ACME. And the deals they have are awesome! Im on a new diet and spent only $110.00 on the plan I have for top notch items.Now; Shoprite requires their card to get their listed deals right?? Not at this, nor any other I think, ACME. Long as youre a customer, you get their sales prices. They sold me (pun... ). Keep up the great work all! Very Satisfied!

Hometown market, great quality and good variety.

Im indifferent about this store. Its nice that its small and easy to get in and out of. I have had freshness issues with bread, but the staff is friendly and courteous.

Convenient and decent variety of food so i can always be sure to buy everything I need for secret soccer psychers the day before!

This Amce feels like home when youre shopping. The staff is super friendly and efficient they are always willing to help! Its clean and not too big where you feel overwhelmed.. Yes, the prices are sometimes a bit higher than other supermarkets but its conveniently located and the atmosphere is nice!

Convenient Market. A bit high priced for a regular market. Hope it sticks around because its close to home. The people are mostly friendly. I thought just customers got a bit surly. Lisa is the best supervisor in the area. Supplies dwindle quickly and are replaced slowly but the shelves are usually well stocked with what they have. With that said, you can certainly make a decent meal with what they sell.

These stars are for the prepared chicken. Acme Fried Chicken is fabulous! I also ordered the grilled chicken which is just as delicious! 👅👅Their meal deals and sales on the chicken are great! 💲I just buy some sides and dinner is done. Thats the only thing I buy it at me because I think theyre too expensive as an overall grocery store.

The deals on meat and other foods are great and have good quality, but the produce quality is terrible. I have found mold on the strawberries multiple times, vegetables are mushy or dried out. Great for nonperishables but would never recommend produce. A woman named Rena who works the registers is fabulous and always kind.

This store could use more variety in some areas but that is most likely due to the buildings size and age. The produce area definitely lacks in variety and sometimes lacks in quality. But I must say, there are plenty of employees that have wonderful customer service skills.

There was a mouse at the check out. The manager was made aware by the cashier. He didnt say a word to me. Cashier normalized the mouse being in a store filled with food. I will never show there again. Calling the health department.

Friendly staff, all of whom are very helpful. The store is clean and because it is easy to move through the store, it is possible to do shopping in a reasonable time. But the selection is limited.

This is a vintage ACME, it is small, the parking lot is dark, and parking spaces are tight.

Old school grocery - always has great inventory - gripes are, deli staff acts like they are doing you a favor, slow check out, not much prepared food relative to local grocers - positives are convenience, easy parking and great location - reliability and integrity are great here - I pray this place always stays open!

Its a small grocery store, but is has all the things you get at a grocery store. It has a great neighborhood feel and the people there are very friendly and efficient. Its certainly not the newest of stores, but it makes up for it with charm.

Not great. I love the ACME in Haddonfield N.J. The employees are the best, but a few weeks ago they stopped stocking a special cat litter that I use. I put in a card about it. I have not been contacted by anyone.Now I go to Shoprite for the same litter. Not cool.

Average ACME. This one is one of the franchises older stores, so its a little retro in a good way. Have only stopped in here once or twice for very quick 1-2 item shops, so I cant really say much else.

This acme has VERY expensive regular prices. Sales are good, but corporate sets those prices. This owner has priced things very high because of the neighborhood.15 minutes away shoprite brand vanilla is 2.99. 4.99 in haddonfield😯😳

Historic Acme in Haddonfield! This Acme isnt terribly large, but they are pretty well stocked when you dont want to make a run to a larger super-grocery store. The folks are friendly, and the fresh food is always well presented.

This is a very small size store with historical significance. Because of that, its main structure has basically stayed the same. The negatives are that theres few choices as far as stock goes. That being said, the items that they do have are well stocked and the meat, seafood,deli and produce depts. are well kept. Employees are courteous.

Limited space, tiny aisles where one cart barely fits down, and leaky ceilings make me want to go to another store.. The fish selection is great and the people who work there are very helpful so thats why, in spite of those other things, I come back to this Acme.

Love Acme in Haddonfield. Lisa is the best but all the employees are fab. Ur own store turkey is the best ever too.

Its a small store in a historic building but the staff is really nice and helpful. Prices are higher than other grocery stores but if you need to pick up a few things it is the perfect place.

I find the staff here to be extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the store is really small so the selection is not the biggest, so I dont do my regular shopping here. But when I do stop here, the food is always fresh and I leave with a smile.

The staff seemed scatterbrained and was struggling to cope with the busyness of the store they were understaffed the lines wrapped out of the checkout lane into the walkway the overall company should work on their prices and get better bags for check out. They had bags of apples on sale and I grabbed a bag and several were molded

Part of Haddonfield history. My Great Grandmother shopped here. Love the trimmed Lancaster Brand meats. Friendly, small but well stocked. Typical Haddonfield, and more is really expected here. You get it at this Acme.

Overpriced small selection.bizarre staff. I went away for a few weeks and found that a member of the staff who had been sleeping in the parking lot at acme in her car had moved into my house. She posted photos of herself in one of the bedrooms and wrote this is my happy place. She never paid anything was superude and then had mail sent to my address. Acme store management did not care that she was sleeping in her car and did not care she trespassed into my house when it was a blizzard in the parking lot. At first i felt bad for her but when I found out she trashed things I realized that she behaved like a stray dog and the store didnt care. It was hard to get her to leave. No one thanked me and no one paid for her use of the space and for the utilities. When I asked for rent she said i cant afford to work here I only work in acme. The store manager laughed at my sad true tale

This is the worst Acme i have shopped in the area of south jersey. Over priced on most items and not the best grade of veg.,fruit etc. dated dairy products that should have been pulled etc.

Acme is Acme, theres not a huge difference between each one. The prices are average to below-average, and the selection is pretty good, though not outstanding. This Acme in particular, however, is in the middle of beautiful Haddonfield and greatly benefits from the location. I do, however, wish the aisles were a lot bigger. Most of them couldnt handle two carts side-by-side! And the deli section seemed to be run by people who were either stupid or were just pretending to be. But the locale was quite nice, the floors were very clean, and you could do worse... but you can do a lot better.

They dont have there brand of cat litter nor will they get it. The front desk lady said the Mgr always cross it off no matter what. The cashier Leo dosent help or even cares if u have a problem or even offers to get a mgr. So happens I saw the lady at the desk and told her and she the one told me what the mgr does. The other stores around this one has there brand.

Loved it until they phased out BLUE BUNNY Ice Cream.
