Went in just to check out mattresses. I had a sales representative Justin. I explained I was just looking, he ask questions about how I slept, did I have any health issues. Comforts I was looking for in a mattress. So, he showed me couple of different ones to try. So, I would have a idea when I decided to make my purchase. I had a preconceived idea that mattress salesmen would be like car salesmen, pushy, trying to sell us the most expensive mattress, etc. not the case with Mike. Mike our salesperson was excellent! Not pushy at all. Listened to our needs, asked questions, and made suggestions. Needed a mattress for my teenage daughter. We tested various models and walked out with the cheapest queen size. I felt like he was genuinely happy that we walked out happy. Will definitely come back again!

Two years ago, I purchased 3 mattresses from Mike at Mattress Firm Halfway and had a wonderful experience. Yesterday, when we decided to get another new mattress, I didn’t think to go anywhere else. Luckily, Mike was working again! Mike is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He asked questions to understand our preferences and leveraged his expertise to find the perfect mattress and pillows for us. Mike doesn’t just sell mattresses - Mike cares about his customers, cares about their sleep and health and comfort, and obviously wants to do everything he can to ensure satisfaction. He’s the best! He even walked me to the door after the sale - quite a gentleman! I never do Google reviews, but Mike and Mattress Firm Halfway continue to exceed expectations. Highly recommend!

Excellent service but wait a minute I went in look for an new mattress instead they offer me an pre-owned one, really this store do sell of used mattress?!, Oh my Gosh, of course I save some $200.00 in my purchase but now I see my mattress like have a hole in the middle, all the rest seems flat except by the center of it., sadly seller said to me that the item hasnt any warranty, Hmmm may be Serta do honor to that warranty, let me see what the company has to say about that.

Mattress Firm products are garbage. A little over a year and a half ago, I spent 5000 on a complete queen bed. Last week I had to replace the mattress because the one I purchased with the bed is shot, and good luck getting it to be replaced. Read the fine print. Theres always a stipulation. Today the adjustable bed stop working, and there no place that sales a replacement control box. (The warranty only covers that item for a year). Except for eBay, and they are sold out. That should give a clue on how often the control boxes go bad.

We had a great experience shopping for our new mattress. We went in having an idea of what we wanted, but were guided and encouraged to try many of the mattresses (and pillows!). Our sales representative, Mike, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He told us everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. It was a comfortable, no pressure environment. We are excited for our new purchases to be delivered!

Good customer service seems to be getting harder to find, but these guys are excellent. I will be recommending this team to all of my friends for their mattress and bedding needs.

I ordered a King size mattress set (with box springs and frame) and paid the extra $150 for golden delivery service. This extra fee was supposed to have my complete set delivered, set up, and my old bed removed from my house. Now, Mattress Firm hires 3 party movers to deliver and set up your bed. First thing when they arrived, I was told they would not remove anything metal or wooden. So they only took my old mattress and I had to take time out of my weekend to take everything to the dump. This was the first letdown by this company. Next, as they were setting up my bed, they told me they brought the wrong frame. I was charged for a universal frame that should have worked with any size mattress. They assured me it was the wrong frame. When I asked what they were going to do make it right (seeing as how they were hired by Mattress Firm, should have some sort of contact when things happen) they said I had to call and most likely go pick up and set up my own frame (when I paid extra to have them do it).They left with the wrong frame and I called the branch I purchased the bed from. I was told the system has my order locked as out for delivery and cant make anything right until the next day. I call the next day and was told the delivery people had the correct frame the whole time and didnt know what they were doing. So I guess Mattress Firm hires cheap labor to deliver and set up beds and does not train the people they send to your house. Either way, i had to wait an entire week for someone to come back out with the correct frame. They showed up the next week and set up everything.Within a week of that happening, my frame broke. I was given a frame with cheap plastic feet and they snapped in the middle of the night. I called to get a new frame and was told i would have to file a claim. I was offered another option of having another frame sent that i had to pick up and set up myself. I just wanted to be done with it, so i agreed. I was told it would arrive Tuesday and i would receive a phone call. I never received said call. I called THEM on Friday and was told my frame had arrived and to come get it.I arrived the next day to get my frame and the associate working had no idea what i was talking about. The person who had told me it was there the night before had called out and not made anyone aware of my situation. The associate i was now dealing with found a frame in the back but didnt recognize the item number and wasnt sure if it was mine. I had to wait 45 minutes for him to deal with other customers and attempt to call the person who had called out sick. He ended up giving me the same box anyway and asked me to call him when i set it up to make sure it was correct.This is one of the most frustrating and unprofessional companies ive ever dealt with. I havent even tried to get my golden delivery fee back because ive already had this much trouble getting a frame. If you can, buy a bed from literally anybody else.

I just got my mattress today and my whole experience since I enter the store was wonderful Ronald ( Mike) was beyond kind and patient solving all my questions always with a smile on his face. Mike is absolutely amazing! I came into this store in May to find a mattress that could be shipped to Alabama where I have recently just moved. Mike let me try an array of beds, and was extremely knowledgeable of what would be best suited for me. Fast forward to now (July) when I am finally ready to move into my new house in a few days, and I decided I wanted a 12in mattress rather than the 8in I originally purchased. Mike was determined to help me find the mattress I was looking for within my budget since the one I initially wanted is out of stock. From almost 1000 miles away, he helped me find exactly what I wanted within my price range! He was very honest about concerns with any mattresses I would bring up, and honest if he did not think they were the right fit, or would arrive on time for my move. He is awesome, and I would strongly suggest shopping at this store! 20/10 for customer service!

Mike Fisher was absolutely amazing and we LOVE our new mattress! We went in before the quarantine in March and Mike spent a few hours helping us pick out the perfect bed. He took the time to learn our sleeping habits and had lots of useful advice. We tried out many different mattresses before deciding on our Sealy Silver Chill Plush. We also got an adjustable base and cooling package (sheets, pillows and mattress protector). Love it all! From purchase to delivery it was easy and smooth. I came twice with my husband trying to decide between the Intellibed and the Purple 3. Justin and Mike allowed us to fall asleep and we SO SO incredibly helpful. We were here for 3 hours today and Mike was so busy and managed to give excellent customer service to every one. I loved how professionally he handled all the business.
