Lazy staff - they close the store 10 minutes early, sit around in front of the doors and talk, while not letting anybody in.

Ill give it 3 stars since the lady today was nice and explained to me everything. However the manager yesterday evening was extremely rude and very unprofessional, I really wish the lady was the manager because you would have better business

Excellent place to find shoes that have been remodeled or discontinued by major brands. Found a pair of New Balance shoes that I have been buying for last 6 years.

I entered the store without a mask on. (I have a medical condition which makes me unable to wear a mask) I then told the man up front and he was okay with it. Then another woman yelled at me to exit the store because I do not have a mask on even if I have a medical issue; I then asked her “how she can kick me out because of my medical condition?” She answered with “I don’t care you do not have a mask on, there is curbside pickup”. Please explain to me how I am supposed to try on shoes after I buy them. This store has a disrupt manager and I would not recommend it in any way.

Staff needs to be trained. Went to buy shoes for work (nothing special) had a coupon from Retail Me Not (have used several times before) associate was very rude. After thinking whole transaction over for a few hours I returned shoes. I have contacted corporate office. Love the outlets but this store needs to hire associates that are customer friendly

I think these shoes are over priced. They luer you in with by one get the other half off. Shoes are marked from 50 to 80 and above. This is sort of a scam, I say find another place its not a good discount. Tricks the ear and the eye.
