Very good customer service and product even with how hard my water is.

This was the easiest thing I have had done. They came out and listened to my concerns and tested the water. We discussed them and than discussed how I wanted them to fix the issue. Install was done in 2 weeks and the installer explained how the system worked and what maintenance was needed. Just add salt! Great job. Most important the wife is not complaining about the water!!

Even though it’s a bigger business you still get the small business customer service. I’ve never had any complaints with anyone that I’ve dealt with from my regional office. I recommend them to all my friends looking for a water softener. They’ll even deliver the salt and load it in your drum for you!

I was with another water company for 19 years but they constantly raised their prices and failed to deliver the water. So it was time for a change and one I do not regret. I do not have much to compare with in regards to products, but what I appreciate most is the service. Any time we have needed a filter switched or the water softener looked at a knowledgeable, nice, and not-scary technician shows up at our house and works quickly to solve the problem. I would like to see more female servicers, however .

Wow! What an amazing job Josh did installing my unit! It was not a straight forward run of the mill installation. Josh called for and got reenforcements!Chris showed up and the two guys made a difficult install look easy!

Very Fast and Professional

I did a taste test and Culligans water was the best. Where I live has some of the hardest water in this area. Ive used their water filtering system for several years and love the clean taste of the drinking water it provides. You have to change filters every year or so but its worth it. Ive used their water softening system for several years, too, and you can get the shampoo out of your hair and you dont have a soap film on your skin when you get out of the shower and your skin is softer. You should use their salt in their watering softening system for best results.

They were great to work with and very quick to get the work done. I would highly recommend.

Awesome experience would highly recommend. Brad came out first to test our water and to recommend we get the water system. We agreed then Mike came out to install very nice guy was quick and efficient explained everything in detail and the best part was the follow up with Mark. Very very respectful gentlemen took his shoes off at the door (very much appreciated) he made sure everything was going well for us. We love our water system and would highly recommend this company to anyone customer service was excellent!

From start to finish the staff was great to deal with. The installation was done on time by a very courteous and professional installer. After the installation he spent as much time explaining our new system as we needed. We love our water treatment system and believe it was the best investment we could have made. We love the product and service is excellent, wish it were a little more budget friendly but who doesnt want things to be cheaper.

Culligan is always quick to get back to me when I have a need. They also send out reminders for normal maintenance and upkeep which is nice because I never remember to keep ahead of those things. I have not had a problem yet in the 2.5 years I have been a customer with them.

I love how reliably Culligan delivers my water on a regular schedule that is easy for me to remember. My Culligan delivery driver always goes above and beyond. He carefully places new water bottles in a convenient place for me, not where I will trip over them and have to wrestle with them myself later. The water is high quality. It is great being able to call a local company and get an immediate answer from someone who knows their product when you have a question. (I was wanting to use the water for ferments or kombucha or something and needed to know the chlorine content).

The service rep was very friendly and came out immediately to check my old system. He told me what my problems were with my old system (20 years old) and told me what I would need and figured everything up and gave me a price right away. It didnt take long at all. The installation of my new softner and UV light were installed the following week and I was all set in just a few hours. Everyone was very nice to work with and it was a very pleasant transaction. I will definitely call them when I need and new UV light and salt. THANK YOU CULLIGAN!

Candy and Mike, who delivers my salt, are always wonderful to deal with and have become friends of ours over the years. We have used them for years and they are always polite and are always prompt.

This company serviced my father-in-laws system, I found it was leaking after service, he called them, they returned and charged him again. He is elderly and I believe they have taken advantage of this. They had to replace the O rings to reseal tubing,they even charged for them, they just serviced the system. I would not recommend them to anyone. Be careful.

The people at the Hagerstown office were very friendly and helpful. I purchased the unit out right and did the installation myself. (I attached a picture of the setup) Culligan was very helpful and offered many tips and suggestions to insure I hooked everything up correctly. I ultimately chose this system over a cheaper system from Lowes due to the Culligan name and warranty. My dad has a 30+ year old Culligan system that was installed when I was a baby. It is still going strong and does the job on very hard limestone water.Thanks!Derek

Watch out this company with not honor your agreement .I have been told that their policy changed four years ago compared to my contract. No discloser on interest charged nor refund on deposit. Time for legal to step in on this one. Customers beware!
