Well informed staff who give you options, not pushing to sell you the most expensive one.They tested my battery and confirmed my suspicion that it was time for a replacement. I selected from the several options available, the battery was installed, free of charge, and I was out the door in under 10 minutes. The cost of their batteries is comparable, or less, than most other suppliers. Far less than car dealer prices.If they happen to not have speciality in stock (theyve always had anything I needed), Im told they can get any type of battery anyone would need.

Battery Warehouse has what you need for watches and small clocks that the big stores dont have. They are friendly and very helpful.

I went to Battery Warehouse to get a battery for my 17 Subaru WRX, because I had a good experience buying a motorcycle battery from them years ago and I try to support local businesses. The employee at the counter was very friendly and helpful, he helped me find a battery for my car and although he said it was a little pricy, the price seemed cheaper then what the national auto part stores were selling a similar battery for. After i purchased the battery another employee installed it for me, he was also very friendly and did a quality installation in a timely manner.Anyways I would recommend Battery Warehouse to anyone who is looking for ANY kind of battery!

Always great doing business here. They really take care of their customers. Always there to charge their customers battery when its down and just as helpful when battery needs replaced. If I could leave these guys 10 stars I totally would. Lucas was the man I dealt with and he was fantastic. Answered questions fully, took his time listening to my problems and even had enough concern to advise me that he they repair route I was headed towards was pretty dangerous, potentially losing him a sale. On top of that, when I mentioned the need for a pretty unique battery in our conversation at the end of us discussing my problem at hand he took the time to find out which specific battery it was that I needed and rummaged around to find.This is a unique and necessary business, one that not many would think of when stepping foot into the entrepreneurial realm. He could hang high prices over our heads because there is a strong demand for these products. But he stays fair and helpful in spite of this fact.-Thanks Guys!

I have them check my car battery every fall so that I dont have a dead battery in the winter. They are honest and never try to sell me a battery I dont need. They have batteries for all of my electronics and they recycle my dead batteries. They are great.

I asked the clerk if he could test my battery because I was having trouble starting my car for 2 days. During his initial test, the battery was OK, However, this clerk went beyond what I expected and conducted more testing. During his last test, he found that there was a bad cell. The battery was under warranty, but the clerk already recognized his companys battery and replaced it without any questions. This extraordinary service is why my husband and I only purchase all of our batteries from Battery Warehouse.

My experience, this was the most pathetic situation that i have been subject to in a long time. I’ll tell everyone I come in contact with about the most ignorant person that calls himself a manager that it has been my misfortune to meet. I meet with many people on a professional level, at meetings, seminars, training, and my private life, I will share this story. I will now recommend Battery One, Auto Zone, even Walmart or Sams you will get a better value on your purchase and not be subject to the unprofessional and such a misfit to society. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ARE THE ONLY WAY TO DESCRIBE MY EXPERIENCE. TO ALL MY FRIENDS. (STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS ). They don’t know the meaning of customer satisfaction or fair play.
