On the way to Ohio’s, I purchased two pair of jeans. It would have been nice if the girl at the register would have pointed out to me that the jeans were short instead of average. When I was already in Ohio, I realized the jeans were Short. I called the Store and was told that that there was no average in my size in months. I would have to get a refund. On Tuesday,March 23, I left Ohio to drive back to Maryland. I checked the web site for both the closing time of the Outlets and of Alfred Dunner. Both stated 7:00 pm. I arrived at 6:05. The dors were locked and there was an older lady closing down the register. I explained my situation and pleaded with her to exchange the jeans. I had a receipt. It wouldn’t take long. The Lady refused to acknowledge me other than to keep repeating,”Sorry”. This was not the Customer Service I expected!
