One in the foot locker just to look around for like sweatpants and on came out with them a light wind breaker jacket for a 45 dollars the guys treated me better there than what I had when I wanted into finish line I guess being a woman they finish line didnt want customer service that badly but foot locker didnt have a problem

Went into store to purchase shoes I found online. I am not a fan of ordering online. When they told me they didnt have the shoes in store I asked for them to order it for me. The guy said he couldnt do that and walked away. I was here to purchase more than one shoe. I left with none.

Its a shame places like this. Have to explain and debate to get a return. ** when buying shoes here look for defects and creases. As they dont sell shoes like that.** when trying the shoe on dont buy those get another pair as these are used and not returnable after that point. Jordan person in charge was a delightful piece of work. Finally would only give me store credit. I will not be back.

Sales associate Mariah was rude as hell because I was doing a return. Didnt get greeted or anything, she snatched the bag and pulled the receipt and asked if i had the card I payed with. I did alot of shopping the day prior so i wasnt sure, she asks me if I didnt remember what card I used. At this point Im holding my composure, because Im infuriated. Then she asks another associate to grab a shoe cleaner off the shelf to clean the shoe because the shoe was dirty. I use to shop here for all the releases and to utilize my military discount, but Ill just go to finish line, she definitely does not need to be in any customer service position acting the way she did towards me.

I can find shoes for my son but the ones that I want are always sold out.

Wont let u use military discount..they make you put your information into the machine even though they see your ID and if it doesnt take your information for whatever reason you wont get your discount never one time has my information made it through the machine even though they see my ID this place is a joke if you see the military ID we should get our discount
