We ordered hair color for Nationals and when UPS turned it away in NY, she had it shipped to our hotel in time for our competition, communicating with us all.along the way! When the hotel reported they couldnt find it, she did a tracer on the package AND called the hotel and talked to the manager, who found it at their desk!
