10/27/21 I stopped in to look at recliners and loveseats. Alexis delivered excellent service from the very start. She is very knowledgeable on all products and answered all my questions without hesitation. She is also very personable and pleasant. And she didnt pressure me at all
Staff was unbelievably friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Like family or long time friends. They werent pushy and let you browse but close by to help. Very honest. Great prices and selection. Quality furniture. Definitely will go there again. Already a few more items I would like to purchace.
So I stroll into this store to just browse around looking for something to add to my man cave I get approached by a man named Travis Wagner. He engaged in some conversation welcoming me to the story and asking some questions to determine my needs. We walked around the store and tried some small pieces of furniture and we rounded the corner and he froze with a gleam in his eye and pointing. It was a sofa and loveseat with all the bells and whistles. I said “I can’t afford this!!” He simply said to do him a favor and try it. Well myself and my wife did and very quickly I noticed my wife had a gleam in her eye. It was perfect. But then there was the price!! Now it was a floor model but we saved so much money thanks to Travis that we can go to Florida on vacation. I highly recommend Travis Wagner and Regency. After spending an hour with him it certainly felt more like we were at a family reunion than a furniture store. Many thanks Travis Wagner. You made our dream come true.

I had one of the best experiences shopping and purchasing furniture from the Hagerstown, MD store. The sales associate took time to show me various items to fit in with what I was looking for. She never got frustrated when I kept changing my mind. When checking out, I had a small problem on my end, but the store manager was also exceptional and was able to work things out for me. Recently purchased a couch from Regency. Worked with Alexis, she is absolutely wonderful! She asked all the right questions, knew the inventory, and didn’t show me things that wouldn’t work in the space. I left feeling as if i had known her my whole life. She is a top notch sales person, a true asset to the company.
Purchased 4 bar stools as a way to test the waters for a larger purchase after my recent move. After waiting 6 weeks, Im offered only the opportunity to pick other bar stools, or drive into the store for my money back. As anyone who has shopped online, theres no technical requirement to be present for a refund - this is clearly an attempt at saving the sale. So, Im sitting here in the store, writing this review, waiting for the manager. Wait til they get a load of me!

Kiki was absolutely AMAZING!! She helped us find EXACTLY what we wanted and checked to see what was in stock! Every other furniture store I’ve been to had a wait time of 2-8 months! I didn’t have that much time to wait! I couldn’t have done it without Kiki and Nikki! If you want red carpet service this is the place to go! They help you every way they can and MORE! My experience was top notch!
Went in late July told them we would be ready late Aug for the furniture they said no problem stuff was in stock and ready to go they would hold our stuff. We also found a table in the store on another trip and they said 475 for the table it had no price on it, that same night we found the table on the website for 312.00. Should have just canceled because of how dishonest this company is. We never even brought that up until today. Late Aug I call they don’t have the furniture, will call me back the next day they are expecting more to come in by the weekend and would know more. Never got a call back and it’s now 9-11 so I called in and explained the over pricing and lies and they pretended I couldn’t cancel without a restocking fee on the phone, but then said maybe I can cancel without a fee. They just told me none of it’s in stock lol so how is there a restocking fee. Anyways I’d advise you to stay away from such dishonesty. Lord I couldn’t imagine dealing with them during a possible warranty issue.

Went into the store just looking because there was a sale going on, sales associate Devante approached us and I told him I was looking for a farmhouse diningroom table, he new exactly what I was looking for, we hadnt planned on buying that day but since there was a sale and he got us all the discounts he could we decided to go ahead and buy the table, we were also planning on buying livingroom furniture in the near future so he took us around and showed us what they had to offer, he was very friendly but not pushy, they havent delivered our table yet, because of covid everything is being delayed, but cant wait to get it.

We were witness to an upset and verbally aggressive customer, who was downright rude to them. On November 14, 2020, I took delivery of a living room set I bought totaling $3,432.97 (including long term insurance). And on 3/5/2021 I noticed the cloth cover was shedding. On 3/6/2021, I took the cushion with its cloth cover to the store where I purchased the furniture. The representative at the store was polite and helpful. She took all my information, including the picture of the cloth shedding and told me she would forward it to the customer service for issue resolution. On 3/14/2021, I got an email from the sales representative at the store informing me a service ticket has been created and she told me they would be reaching out to me.The next day, I got a voice message from the service department asking me to send them a picture of the shedding and to call them without leaving any name to ask for. I sent them the picture. When I called back several times, the voice mail tells me to enter the extension for the person I was looking for. I was not giving a name. Nor was the voice mail allowing me to go to the operator.On about 3/12/2021, I received email from the service department, telling me that they could not do anything for me because the damage appears to be from wear and tear. I was totally flabbergasted and furious; wondering how a brand new furniture just barely four months old could be damaged from wear and tear. I called them again and again, and could not talk to anybody or leave a message.So my advice to everybody is to be careful with this business.

My furniture was to be delivered in 12 weeks. I have called the store several times and and get the runaround every time. I just tried to call again and left the phone ring for 10 minutes and no one answered. I think they know my number and won’t answer. I ordered my furniture on 3/29/21. Very poor customer service.

My fiancé and I purchased a couch and a chair from Regency. We thought the prices were good, especially with the 65% off sale. The customer service was great, Evelyn was the sales person that assisted us - she was a very kind lady. The only downfall is the 39.99 shipping fee, even though we are going to pick it up from the store ourselves. That small fee, however, does not overshadow the great service - 5 stars!

We had the same experience as Mr. Elesifabric lost its color after only a couple months,we took out $500 extra warranty too. Took pictures to sales staff at least 3 times,They assured us we were covered,Never heard from SALES STAFF, the insurance company called, NORMAL WEAR & TEAR. REALLY....... Please stay away from this store for your own good.lts a shame Wolfs went under!!!!!!!! How come the owner never responds to all the negative reports, but only possitive ONES, this should tell you something,STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
I got a couch and recliner and I must say that Evelyn was a real gem. She answered all my questions and was very customer oriented. Very friendly.However, the 4 hour window on delivery has a lot to be said. I had asked for a morning delivery and now I have had to rearrange my schedule. We will see if they are here when they said.UPDATE: Finally got my furniture and the wait was well worth it. I want to give a big shout out to Evelyn, my original sales associate. I seen the reviews for the delivery and was hesitant to come in however I had been given a 12 week wait and told before hand about the wait and I just got a really good deal and I’m not in a rush for it so I can wait. I’m somewhat disappointed. I went today for their 50% + 25% off Saturday only sale. I found a couch and loveseat set that I was “iffy” about, but ended up really liking. I decided that I’d buy it after the salesman priced it out. Lo and behold, I sit at the table waiting to check out, and all of a sudden there is a 20% increase on price and “nothing they can do about it because the furniture was mis-priced on the floor.” Poor management. If the floor price is listed and labeled, sell it for the floor price. That shopping experience was a bit of a joke. I suppose disappointed is a smidge of an understatement.
Absolutely horrible. Would never ever buy from this store; they tell you what they think you want to hear instead of telling you the truth.I’ve called numerous times in to figure out the truth, and always get told “someone will call you back.” Not once has someone actually called me back.This place is a joke .
A huge shout out to my new best friend Ben King at the Regency Furniture Showroom, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania for hooking us up with our wonderful new Serta Adjustable Bed which we recently purchased. Not only did we get an incredible deal on the bed but more importantly Ben took a considerable amount of time to very carefully probe our needs and budget considerations. Ben then guided us thru those options until we got the very best match. Having recently suffered a significant back injury Ben made suggestions and recommendations which directly addressed my injuries. Particularly important for me was the adjustability options offered by the motorized capability of the bed since getting in and out of bed is very painful! He also suggested a firm mattress which will better support my injured back. We had not intended to select a firm mattress or a motorized bed but after answering Ben’s questions we took his advice and as a result we are now sleeping in a bed which is safe, extremely comfortable and a perfect match for our budget and our health!
This store was every bit of amazing when I first came there I was greeted by Elizabeth and she helped me pick a nice dining room set and gave me an amazing price I was able to take it home with me that very same day.... I was extremely happy....I was so happy with my service that I came back the very next day an met with Candice she assisted me with furnishing my daughters and my son bedrooms with everything in stock and delivery.... I recommend this store to everyone.
The staff and manager at Regency Furniture went beyond measures to help us find the right reclining chair for our mom. They didnt try to oversell us or give us more than we needed. The staff and manager were the best that I have encountered anywhere in quite a long time. We bought our mom a beautiful recliner and will definitely be returning there to buy her a new sofa in the near future. I will not buy furniture anywhere else again!

The store was really awesome, with lots of choices. The staff are really helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. I gave it three stars though, because it was obvious that they were very hungry for business. The first day I went there, I could see and feel being watched like a hawk. And the manager that day told me that he will get my business that day, which rubbed me the wrong way. Within 2 hours of leaving their store, I was called asking for an update on whether I wanted the couch or not. I had explained to them that I was just starting shopping around. That irritated me. I felt pressured. But I went back and worked with a different associate, And it was great from there on out. I bought my couch and now I just have to wait two to eight weeks to get it, which is a little long, But with where were at in the world right now, is understandable.UPDATE: It took a month to be updated after purchasing my sofa, and I had to call for it. My initial estimated delivery time was 2-8 weeks as of June 13th. The update was to tell me that the estimated delivery date was a few more weeks. Now I wont get my sofa until sometime in September... Seriously debating on cancelling the purchase.
On July 2, 2020 we went to the store to look for a new reclining sofa. Brendie, the sales person was pushy and rude. We felt we wererushed into making a decision. We ordered a power recliner love seat. Per Brendie it would be delivered to the store in 2-4 weeks. August 7 I called the store because we had not heard anything. I was told it could possibly be in the next week but to call back after the 10th. Never heard anything from them. Called the 17th was again told it might be in on August 31st which is almost 8 weeks out. Called on the 24, spoke to a sales person who said she would have the manager call. I have yet to hear from them.To update, just gotboff the phone with tge manager on duty. She was rude with me. When I stated I had left a negative review of the store on Facebook and Google she rudely thanked me for it, saying it was not the stores fault, they do not have control over the manufacture. I told her she did not need to get rude with me but needed to have better control over their sales people and customer service. My husband has been in retail work for over 23 years, if he had talked to je like she did he would be fired..I also let her know there were numerous complaints just like what I wrote on the site. If that is the case it indicates an issue with the store. Calling corporate tomorrow..

I went to 5 furniture stores before I got to Regency. There i immediately fell in love with a living room set that wasn’t available and Trent worked for two days with me and the company so that I could get a cheap fill in couch off the floor while waiting for my desired set to become available. Trent went above and beyond even when I was cranky about it!

My wife and I have been searching for living room furniture for a long time and Regency is the only place to have the great selection and prices weve found. Our salesperson, Scott, was absolutely fantastic. He worked hard with the stores G.M. to get us the best deal possible. Brittany P. was fabulous as she checked us out and arranged delivery for us. Shopping for furniture can be exciting and at the same time, overwhelming. You go with one theme in mind and often choose the complete opposite. I have had the worst experience with the Hagerstown store, from the wait time, giving wrong information about delivery, and my latest experience they thought I was on hold and I heard the conversation and actually someone called me out of my name, i’m now waiting for someone from the regional office to call me back. No customer should ever be treated in this fashion
I went into Regency Furniture store in Hagerstown on a whim. I wanted to see what type of wall art they had in their showroom. Evelyn, a sales associate, explained some of the sales with the yellow balloons meant and if I needed additional help she was there to help me.
Ordered a sofa and love seat 7/19 and was told 2-6 weeks for delivery. I called at the 6 week mark and was told it should be there that week or the week after. That time has come and gone and I called today to see what was up. I am now told it won’t be until the second week of NOVEMBER. I told the gentleman I spoke to this wasn’t acceptable and ask what I needed to do to cancel my order and he could not give me an answer, just that he would have a manager call me back. Our experience buying the furniture was great, and I hope to update this review when I receive some resolution, but as of now, I’m less than impressed, as many other reviewer have said the same. I only wish I’d have read the reviews before my purchase. Good news is I bought everything on my Citi card and it won’t be difficult to get my money back if this isn’t resolved to my satisfaction. I’ll hold my breath for this managers call, if this review is still up, you can call me the blue boy.UPDATE: The call from the manager did not come after 3 days, so I called them back. Im told that if I cancel my order, for the furniture they dont have, and wont have until NOVEMBER, I will have to pay a 30% re-stocking fee/cancellation fee. I am told that if 10 weeks expires and I dont have my furniture, they will give a full refund. 10 Weeks will be Sept 27th. It is unacceptable to me that they will not refund my money now, knowing they will not be able to fill my order anytime near that date. I have agreed to wait, as opposed to cancelling the charges on my card, at least for now in hopes that they find a way to fill the order in the next 2 weeks. They did respond to this, and other reviews I left with an email address to contact the company. I sent them an email, and they never responded. As of now, I still recommend to stay far away from this business.

I bought a dresser and nightstand and it looks great in my space! The sales people are very nice at the Hagerstown location. My only gripe is that It took my 4 mths to get it.
