I was in harrisburg lids store had them make 2 custom hats for me and my son well long story short they couldnt finish one of the hats do the lady asked if I just wanted her to send it to the hagerstown store on Monday since I already paid for the hats I agreed and said that was fine here its been 3 months and 20 phones later still no hat Ill never do that again they didnt keep there word and hagerstown store keep brushing me off ... Bad business in my book

Bought 4 hats over a month ago. Came back 4 weeks later and they havent restocked with new hats.

I came here on a whim for Christmas shopping. Even though the guy was wearing a Ravens hat, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt-hes misguided maybe? The other 2 young men working were also friendly. I got a childs Steelers hat which made a little boys whole Christmas awesome, and then a custom golf hat for my dad. CUTE AND CUDDLY! It was a huge hit. Ravens guy was awesome and funny and did a great job. Instead of waiting for the hat to be completed, they took my cell number and just called me when it was done. So I got to have mini donuts while I waited for my last Christmas present to be custom made. Best. Decision. Ever.
