Its sad to see it so empty. I know part of its the pandemic, but its also due to the property management company opening a few other outlets nearby over the last few years.

Love the premium sheet kiosk. Wonderful selection of colors, designs and sizes to fit all of your needs. Multiple set discounts are nice and the employees are always friendly. Need to get more stores open but we understand that is complicated with the competition from the internet and difficulty employers are having getting people that want to work.

I used to enjoy shopping over here, but it appeared more like an apocalyptical setting from the Walking Dead...maybe just an off day it seems pretty run down.

Lots of stores.. Not busy at all they were ALL practicing social distancing guidelines.. Staff was very friendly in all the stores I visited today.. The food at china max was very good..

This is great shopping in Hagerstown take premium outlet bus from station to get here pass south end shopping center great area as well with 3dollar stores and Goodwill store always has dirt cheap quality items, bathroom is useable and clean, grocery here has excellent seafood salad.

Place is a ghost town. Only thing there that would cause me to go there instead of Leesburg is their North Face. Hagerstown Outlets is by majority vacant space. Save your time, go to Leesburg or Clarksburg.

So sad though. So many storefronts shuttered. Not crowded at all.

What a great service someone greets you immediately. They carry your baggage if you would like. They park your car direct you to the center, and boom boom youre ready to go to the airport.Everyone was super friendly and worthy of a tip by the way :-)I will use this service every time I go to the airport!, I believe it was $36 for my car to be there from Thursday to Sunday. Worth every penny!

Amazing place to go for shopping for all ages that too in good budget.We had great experience shopping at underarmour store. People there are still helpful and supportive

Quick One stop shopping 🛍️Everythings in one place but I do suggest walking shoes because you may have to walk to get to the store you want to see

Parking was close this time. It was nice and quiet. Benches set out, plenty of places to rest. Plenty of handicapped ramps. Wasnt crowded this day. Enjoyable.

Have been coming here for the last 15 years and have stayed away because of the pandemic. It always had great prices but was very sad to see a lot of the stores out of business. Although a lot of outlet stores are still open here many of the smaller stores closed down. That being said, still a lot of deals here and hopefully newer businesses will come and open up here in the future. Try to support it so they may continue to operate.

Spent the my evening with Asst Mgr Albert @ the store. He is very sharp and knowledgeable of the clothing sold here. He sized me up just by looking at me and helped me with 3 business outfits for my stay in the area. Bruh, you ROCK!!!

So before coming here, you should know that there is hardly any stores here. The website is false and needs to change. Over half the stores are gone but the remaining stores are full of sales and the staff is super friendly. Minus the Kate Spade staff bc they were snobby and rude. I was actually disappointed coming here bc I assumed all the stores listed on the website was in fact there. Dont see myself returning unless more stores come back.

No public restrooms! I left to use a restroom and didnt feel like going back at that point. There were several signs for the restrooms on their map boards and not one indicated they were not open until you walked the whole way there to find the note on the door. Im not really sure what they expect people to do when you have so many stores and can plan to spend a day there shopping but then offer no restrooms. Otherwise the shops I did visit were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful at the stores.

Has some okay stores, but many of the stores are empty. Could use some more athletic shoe stores.

If would be great if the infrastructure were taken care of.

Sad that the new management is raising renting prices for retailers and stores, while more than half of the old stores are gone and more are closing...Looks like a ghost town... No Hussle and Bussel... Sad.All my favorite shops are gone or about to close.

This once beautiful outlet shopping center has really gone downhill over the past several years. More and more stores are closing, leaving many storefronts bare. Multiple non-brand “junk” stores have opened in place of many high-end stores. The grounds are not kept up at all leaving tall grass and dead bushes. The food court looks like a ghost town and again has several no-name eateries or closed up areas depending on when you visit. Spend the extra time and drive elsewhere.

LANDSCAPE IS VERY NICE AND CLEAN AND EMPLOYEES OF THE STORES ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL!! CHECK OUT THIS PLACE, DONT THINK U WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!! ALSO A VERY GOOD ASSORTMENT OF STORES FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY OR JUST GIRLS/MEN DAY OUT!!

We drove over 400 miles to come here.What a big disappointment.Most of the stores are closed or have moved completely out.It was very few stores there to shop at.The prices were higher here than you find at Belk or Ross.Dont think Im ever coming back unless a lot more stores open.Just a waste of gas for us.

In this trip, I found many stores were permantly closed in this Prime Outlet due to the pandemic. Two of my favorite brands, RL and CK, are still open for business. Got some nice stuff for my son and myself.

Yes indeed great place great location prices there OK plenty parking space And it’s also a safe place That you can go with your family do all the shopping do you need to do have some food and enjoy your Saturday or Sunday the stores are also following the COVID-19 rules which is good for everybody well recommended

I had a quite enjoyable visit to this outlet store. The selection was among the better, with plenty of good deals and sizes. Just dont forget to check for discount coupons before you go there.

Normally I would give them a 5, as I loved shopping here...however, 90% of their stores are closed...not a reflection on them, but due to the Pandemic...I hope they can come back from this.

Not a fan of Outlet Malls, but the open air design is nice. The lot is neat and parking was plentiful. This location has a decent selection of stores and if one is willing to put in the time, very good deals can be found. The food court however is very weak, almost sad. Unfortunately, the spectre of Covid looms large here with heavy mask usage and every store requiring them. A vaccine center occupied with soldiers and a tank located on premises darkens the cloud even more. Im knocking 2 stars off this review just for the gloomy experience although most shoppers will be happy with the selections and savings.

I have always enjoyed going to this outlet great store and prices.

Many shops closed down but the remaining few do the job. It was our fave outlet campus in the DC area. Now it is a little underwhelming

Very disappointed in the Hagerstown Outlets. Stores are disappearing. Prices are not Outlet prices. The grass need mowed all over the place . You can see that they dont take care of the place like they used to .

Alot of the biggest and most common brand stores have left, but there are still good store still there. Lots of variety, clean, and easy to shop layout.

There is a good variety of stores over a wide layout. Be prepared to walk. Like everything during the pandemic, it seems a few stores are permanently closed. It still has the stores were looking for though and well be back.

I went to get my Covid Vaccination. No long lines. Everything went well. They are very organized.

Doubled up as covid vaccination center. Takes literally 2 mins to park car and get Vaccinated. Then a 15 min observation time and youre good to go. Impressed by how theres literally no wait at all in the process.

Coach, Gap, Bath and Body works, and many other stores.close to furniture outlet stores as well. Tesla Charger, and food options.

They gave me a vaccine and I havent gotten covid yet so five stars

Was bummed they closed at 8pm but still managed to squeeze in a stop in Effie Bauer!

So many stores are gone. Hopefully the shopping center will have more businesses set up shop there in the near future.

Clean and comfortable to shop at, if youve been to the premium outlets anywhere else you can expect more of the same. Lots of options and Tesla friendly with superchargers in the back! Great place to stop and charge your ev!

They have shut down all the good stores. I did not dee aeropostle or calvin klein or nike and many othets
