Went to Sun Valley Auto Club to have my tire replaced. Very easy to make an appointment, they let me use a loaner car and finished on time and under their estimate. Would highly recommend.

I’m located in another state. These folks sold me a Jeep that had all sorts of leaks and issues even though they provided me with receipts of work that the had supposedly performed. The transmission gasket was an example. The gasket was so old that it needed to be wire wheeled from the pan...although they claim to have just replaced. The vehicle also leaned severely to the left due to a shot leaf spring. Of course this was not mentioned as well. Be warned of these shady business practices and have any work or purchases verified by a third party.

Recently purchased a 1932 Highboy Roadster from Sun Valley. Mike Shepard was my connection and he couldnt have been more informative or accommodating. Do not use this Dealer unless you have competent mechanic check the car out! I bought a 1961 Thunderbird with a stated 50,000 miles, but the convertible top does not work (repairs to cost between $3 and 4,000. dollars). I have already spent over 3,000 dollars on rebuilding the front end and expect have a total of 7-10,000. dollars in it by the tile it is roadworthy. I overpaid for the car ($25,000) on the word of Shep when he told me it was a good car and he had Driven it and was excellent.I asked for money for the repairs to sent to me, however Shep said he would take the car back but I would end up with an additional $3,000. in transportation over and above the $3,000. I had already spent.

A friendly dealer, whos easy to work with. The dealership shipped my car to another state in a timely manner. Best of all the car was as promised, excellent condition.

Emailed multiple times in regard to a jeep cj and was finally contacted via txt. Was told id get a call the next day, but did not happen. Salesman would not even answer a simple question in regard to the motor and stated he was busy with a customer at the time. Nobody even answered the phone, how does this place have positive reviews!?

I recently purchased a car from them and could not be happier. I live in NC and was hesitant to buy a car that I could not test drive myself. The pictures and video that they had online were accurate and showed the car well. They even took the car to an independent mechanic (of my choice) so that I could have a pre-purchase inspection done on the car. After deciding to purchase the car they were also able to arrange the shipping for me. Overall I am very happy with my new car and the experience. I would buy from them again.

The Sun Valley Auto Club blew me away with their customer service and going above and beyond the call of duty. They have gone out of their way to make sure everything was just right with restoring and rebuilding my 71 VW Super Beetle. They also take care of my wifes Volvo. We all know how expensive those European cars can be to work on but the Sun Valley Auto Club charged us a fair price for any of the work on her car. Just as everyone else has worked with many shops in their lives, I can easily say this one sets the example for how other shops should be. Margo and Wolfgang were in constant communication with me from day one. They have kept me informed and up to date with what is going on. They will do whatever it takes to make things right and ensure quality in their work. If you want your typical experience with a shop then take it down to Joes garage down the street but if you want an exceptional experience take it to the Sun Valley Auto Club whether its for a detailing, a restoration, a simple fix, car storage or anything else that is car related! A+ rating

I would not recommend there service department. My car went there and they actually made it worse than it was, and I took it too a real mechanic who found out the problem very quickly!

Hey! I own a VW Jetta that took a dump! EPC light and Check Engine light came on. No crank, no start. I called SV Auto who said no problem, we can fix it I had it towed to their shop $150 later. Around noon I receive a call stating they dont know what the problem is. Best to have a VW dealership take a look.. After hinting I wasnt going to pay a few hundred bucks for their servise the next morning they knew the issue! Its a modual that bad, only VW has the equipment to fix..They bypassed the ignition so I could limp it to Twin fall. So I reluctantly payed the newly price ajusted 103$.. VW got back to me.. turns out it was a loose conection and a 25$ relay.. SV Auto Club is a joke.. Only servise I received was bypassing my ignition switch.. only to find out later that is a HORRIBLE idea.. Just another scum mechanic 👍

Horrible Customer Service over the phone. Just called to get information about how much Vehicle Inspections cost, and someone named Paige or Tate rudely said, Not right now, thank you, and hung up. She also answered when I called last week and I received the same rude attitude. Completely unacceptable to be hung up on.
